Hey y'all! heart
As someone who is still currently working on leveling up my alchemy skill, I find myself spending inordinate amounts of time scouring the marketplace buying up different caches and supplies one by one by one.
Just recently I started to realize that a lot of these resources can be purchased in larger amounts directly from other users in their private thread-based shops.
I tend to be a little on the paranoid side when it comes to dealing with other players (a few too many bad experiences and scammers) so I try to do my homework before I deal with players and bulk purchasing.
A good example of this is a person who was recently removed from this guild for trying to scam others and take advantage of their generosity to make a profit.
In light of this, I wanted to create a place for us to share our GOOD finds; the shops and people that we have discovered that actually offer good deals, or at least are considered trustworthy and honest.
If you find a great shop that you want to share with other aspiring alchemists, post a link to it here! I'll add it to the list of resources so that others in the guild can use it as well.
I'd also like to have a system in place for feedback and reviews for the different shops and sellers; I'll work up a game-plan for how to implement this and include the details in a later post.
In order to get this thread up and running, and to encourage others to be generous with some shared knowledge, I'll be giving out some "Thank You" gifts to the first 25 people who share shop links and resources.
A few guidelines to earning your 50k thank you:
1. In order for a shop to be a part of the resource list it need to have been active for at least 2 months. 2. You can submit your own shop to be included! 3. You must submit a shop that has not been listed previously. 4. The owner of the shop must be active! (I'll check their last login date: anything over a month ago, and I'll consider them inactive) 5. You can earn multiple thank-you rewards!!
Alrightly guys and gals, let's share knowledge!

gaia_star Shop Reviews gaia_star Shops will be rated on a scale of 1-5 spoons! (This is a tribute to the idea of spoon-theory which you can read about HERE)Highly reviewed shops will get featured as a shop of the week in the first post of this thread! Pez's Cache Shop I had great experiences with them while I was leveling and working on my Risen quest. They respond within 24 hours, and almost always have a ton of caches in stock. The prices are offer-based, and they are fairly generous with how much they can take off from MP. Rule of thumb on the pricing is roughly 5-10% less than ABP. -reviewed by Yami no Sakura[ Exclusive Formula Sale] ran by our own Checkmate and Pomy. Love their formula list. Prices are also offer-based. Just 5-stars all around. ^^Their response time differs, but usually within 24 hours if you quote the right person. xD -reviewed by Yami no Sakura

Want to help out? I would like to have some kind of badge that we can award to shops that get high reviews and become our featured shop! That way they can brag that they have an awesome shop, it will provide more publicity for our guild, and can even be a link back to our guild homepage! Only problem? I suck at art! Want to help?

I did the math and figured that it's cheaper for me to buy enough base caches to get all the Golds that I need and sell/save the extra everything else. I don't buy from cache shops anymore, but these are the two shops that I use a lot: -Pez's Cache Shop I had great experiences with them while I was leveling and working on my Risen quest. MayaBella19 i got a question, does anyone know if it is worth it to buy the back wings quests in the market or try your luck opening cases? in my humble opinion, if you want a specific pair of wings, it's better to go for the formula directly. if you wanna get a random one, you need to get at least 100 cases and open them together... with the current prices of cases i don't know if that ends up being more expensive... and it's not really guaranteed to get it stressed

lol I was going to recommend Pez's shop if it wasn't already mentioned. honestly I found that opening base caches tend to get me my money's worth in the end, because usually the total price of what I open is equal to or exceeds what I paid for all the unopened caches. If I need a specific colored cache that is 50k or less, I usually turn to the exchange. I've been using a method to help level up as well as get what I need for my backwings. I've broken the quest down into what formulas i need for what components and what levels they all are, so currently because I'm at level 8 I'm crafting all my level 7 component formulas. Before I start crafting I break down all the formulas to how many of each crafted component I need, how many components are in each formula and what colors, so I have a huge list of 'in order to complete all level 7 formulas I need these caches', and usually at least one or two colors I need in bulk of 150-200. And I totally rambled there sweatdrop sorry bout that. I think I enjoy the calculations and organizing everything a little too much rofl
