Seren stretched out his massive paws, staring down at them he didnt know how he didnt trip over them all the time, with a shake of his head he smirked. His grandfathers paws his mother told him when he was younger, as his father hadnt the guts to be a real father to the cubs, his mother had done a wonderful job with her paws full.
He'd never be like his father he thought with a look of disgust, his claws slipped from their sheath and dug into the earth, making small mounds from each kneading claw. But that was neither here nor there as he wasnt even sure he would sire cubs.
Love, what was the point of all that? He simply wasnt sure.

Kujaku was a fairly normal sized lion, nothing too odd about him in that sense. He didn't tower over anyone, of course, unless they were very short. Kujaku had found himself wondering like any other day. His mate was doing something on her own. He wasn't sure exactly how they got together really. She was shy and he was... not very social. All he could do was hand it to the lion and lioness that had introduced them, he supposed.
His mind was wrapped around many things, so it was much surprised to him when he saw a beast of a lion close to where he was. He hadn't even noticed him until his mind snapped him back to reality. "Woah!" He said without really being able to control himself. It just came out. What more could he say. He just wasn't expecting it. He would have jumped, if he hadn't stopped himself from doing so. He could feel his heart pounding a bit.
"Where'd you come from?"

His head jerked towards the other male, Seren let an easy grin come across his features, he was an easy going guy. He chuckled, "Didnt mean to scare you there." He said with an easy tone.
"I sorta have that affection on others. " He shrugged his shoulders. "I'm Seren." He bowed his head in a quick sign of respect and slightly out of habit, his mother taught him manners.

Kujaku imagined being squished by the male, though shook his head to clear that thought. He smiled at the other, trying to be sort of friendly. Lions smiled at each other, right? "No, I should apologize, I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings." He wasn't really sure why the other had startled him, apart from one moment he was sure no one was there, and the next this giant dude was there. Intimidating, it would seem.
"I'm Kujaku." He said with a nod more than a incline of his head. "Just didn't think anyone was around." Let alone a tree of a lion. He shook his mane a bit and laughed to himself a little. He couldn't help but to chuckle at his own idiocy from time to time. After all, someone has to.
