Hated Food: Broccoli. neutral She likes vegetables but that one is the devil.

School: Meadowview High School

Hobbies: Paaaaartaaaaay: Fin has never been one to let her age stop her from getting to a good social gathering. She moves around a lot, and as a bonus, rarely does she get to familiar with a single group of people to were she cant easily sneak in. Being a tall girl, she has always looked a little bit older then she actually is, and has been sneaking into high-school parties sense she was 13. Now that she IS in high-school, she likes to sneak into the DCU parties. Who knows were she will go when she starts to attend college. Her favorite thing on the planet is a good neon filtered rave.

Site-seeing: Fin has lived a lot of places in her relatively short life, and is a girl believer that you should always know your town like you have lived there your whole life. Or better yet, better then the people who HAVE lived there their whole loves. To many people can live in a place for years without getting to really know its ins and outs. Fin will take walks that will take her out all day, when she was a bit younger she would do this on her bike, but she has sense outgrown it.

Loitering: A broke kid in the foster system, when she does cultivate a new group of friends in whatever location she is currently in, she likes to simply hang out. At their homes. Or out and about. She almost never has any money to speak of, but she is of the mindset you don't always need to spend money to have a good time. Though it does sometimes help if your friends have an X-box at their homes.

Schoolwork...?: Fin knows that the only way she is going to have a good life as an adult, is if she provides it for herself. The only way to provide for yourself, without doing something icky, is to have a good education. Fin takes her school work very seriously, which seems like a direct contradiction to anything else you will ever learn about her. But she is going to make it, and anyone who gets in her way better be prepared to get smacked up-side the head with her trig textbook.

Virtues:
Outspoken: Fin is never one to shy away from speaking her mind. If she thinks what your doing is BS, or wrong, or unfair, your more then likely going to be told so. Shes not afraid to stand up for what she thinks is right, regardless of the flack she may or may not get for it. She tells it like it is, and she does her best to be as honest as possible to everyone she comes into contact with.

Upbeat: Fin is a very excitable and happy person. Really, when life deals you a crappy hand, what are you going to do, get all teary eyed over it? No. Your going to get one with your life and enjoy it. Make the best of what you have and move on to brighter and better things! She takes pleasure in simple things, and it doesn't take much to put her in a great mood.

Selfless: Very willing to give whatever little she has if it will help someone else, be it a physical possession, her time, her opinion. She is the kind of girl who if she sees an old lady trying to bring in groceries into her house in the pouring rain, she will set her umbrella down, help bring everything inside, and then continue on her way soaked to the bone. Probably whistling the rest of the way home. Because you know, if fewer people acted like a** monkeys the world would be a better place for everyone.

Flaws:

Stubborn: If she thinks shes right. Shes right. That's it.

Reckless: Fin rarely thinks of the consequences of her actions before acting. Her hindsight is fantastic, like, hmm, maybe that wasn't a good idea after all, BUT OH WELL. If she feels she needs to do something, or she thinks she needs to help someone, or thinks that she needs to test out that great new hot-sauce in the fridge that has the skull and crossbones on it, she dives in head first without a second thought.

Quick-to-Anger: Its not about everything. But there are some things that will make Fin go from upbeat happy girl to scrappy hellcat trying to rip your eyeballs out. Bullies. Snide comments. Cutting in line and then acting like you did nothing wrong. She will ask you to cut it out with a smile. And if she is ignored, she will be happy to introduce your face to the floor. Shed probably still be smiling.

Unintentional Mooch: Fin doesn't try to be a mooch, she doesn't even always recognize she is doing it. She will often times over stay her welcome for the simple fact that if she is at your house to begin with, she probably enjoys your company, and she would rather spend time with you then going "home" to a place that is pretty much just there to keep her cloths indoors.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: A vivid teal. Large eyes, thick lashes.

Hair: Long white hair, with short bangs and framing around the face pulled into two low hanging pony tails. While for the most part her hair is straight, the ends to tend to twist into spiral curl, such as the framing around her face, and the ends of the ponytails. The ends of her bangs she likes to die silly colors, currently her color of obsession is pink.

Face: A Heart shaped face, no discernible skin markings.

Clothes: Currently a child of the foster system, she tends to wear an odd assortment of cloths which she makes her own with fashionable accessories. Strangely enough her most plentiful outfit would be that of white button up blouses and plaid skirts in black, gray, and blue. Almost the same colors of Azure Valley Academy, if they had girl students. These are Remanent of the last school she attended before being transferred to destiny city.

She tends to make her clothing her own with colorful and whimsical accessories. A mix of rocker, raver, and schoolgirl all rolled into one.

It should be noted she has her Eyebrow, Naval, and Tongue pierced.

Collar -- X The ribbon of this bow hsould extend up and around the neck / shoulders.
Bow -- X The back bow is small and white. Her dress laces up the back and the bow should be at the bottom of the laceing.
Bodice -- X

Tiara -- A tied cloth headband that goes across her forhead, beneath her hair. The same color as her front Fuku bow.
Choker -- None, hidden by the high collar of her fuku.
Shoes -- X White pumps of some sort ( Detailing CC ) with thigh high stockings with pale blue ribbons.
Gloves -- These should be long length gloves to match her stockings.

Sailor Scout Attack: ??
Suhail cups her hands and flings it outwards. From her hands a cascade of glittering lights emerge, which scatter throughout the air. These lights would twinkle and flicker like fireflys, the twinkling more hectic the closer she is to danger. IE: If she flung them into the air between her and an enemy who is intending on attacking, they would flicking between darkness and blinking light at a rapid pace. This would cause spotted vision, like someone turning a flashlight on and off that is shining right at your eyeballs. If there is no enemies, they are simply pretty lights floating around them peacefully, flickering gently. Maybe handy to light up a dark setting if need be.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: ???

Eternal Sailor Attack: ????

Suhail crosses her arms in front of her, hands clenched tight. She flings her arms forward, hands opening, and two fistfuls of dust fly outwards to the opponent. The glowing dust will take the shape of a fantastical creature, vaguely looking like a deep sea creature, glowing and vivid. If there are two opponents there will be two smaller creatures, if there is only one, it will form a larger leviathan like creature. Rushing the opponent it will slam into them. The point of contact will burn as if hot water ( Or a chemical ) Was splashed onto them, strong enough to blister. The effected area will also glow vividly with the light of the creature that hit them. If the attack was aimed at two people the area of effect for damage is only half as large as if they had taken the full brunt of the attack, but the glow stays as long.

Twice per battle. Glow lasts 30 seconds.
