Tylar Noche's headquarters. Built in a cave on the outskirts of town, he's blocked off the entrance with rocks, as it was originally accessible only by the water. Only using shadows can someone enter. Due to some people knowing exactly who he is, he's taken up permanent residence here.

He originally discovered this place while practicing his abilities. Using his Form ability to help him build, he's taken the wrecks of many ships and built himself a home from them. Though he allows sunlight in, there's always enough shadow for him to defend himself.

He left enough room in his rockpile to allow fish to swim in and out, giving him a constant supply of fish.

Despite that the grotto was on the Outskirts of town, almost beyond Red Acres, Lyndis ran the entire way. Granted, she was in wolf form, so the task was far easier and quicker than running the full amount of miles as a human. Still, when she reached the dark edges of the grotto, she paused, heaving air for several seconds before sniffing the air. With sharpened senses, she moved deeper into the vegetation. Abbadon was here, she was certain. However, there were hundreds of unknown scents to her, and it was frightening to think that two could be Len and Nanami. The lycan continued to walk through the land, her bag still dragging slightly on the ground as she carried it between her teeth.

Abbadon "Donny" Fitzgerald

Donny was indeed there, but the area around Lyn was silent. There weren't even birds chirping. After a moment a brown haired demon girl poked her hea out. Her face was like that of a young Donny and her hair color was the same as her father. She was bad at hiding the blade. There was no blood on it. It was clear that the girl had been crying by her red eyes and just wiped the tears away to put a brave face on.

"Leave here right away or face the punishment." The girl raised the blade that she had no training in using. That was when the smell of blood finally hit. A small bit of it was Donny's, a lot more of it was Len's. They were hidden by the bushes. "Leave." She demanded in a loud voice. It was full of warning. No one came.

Not Donny not Len. No one came to her side to enforce her demands. Something had happened to both of them. A tear tricked down the girls face as she charged Lyn. She expanded her wings in order to fight. They looked more like Donny's wings, but black. "Your time is up." She declared. She was probably protecting the bodies.

The eerie silence of the Grotto was intimidating to Lyndis, but she wasn't going to give up her search because of the lack of chirps or buzzing. The shadows had grown long in the late afternoon, making it more difficult to differentiate colors. Luckily, her nose was still her sharpest sense, so she smelt Nanami before she saw her. Raising her head slowly, her gaze met the girl's once she had been revealed. Lyn's eyes widened as she took in the sight of this girl, someone she had always seen once before. While her hair color was not Donny's, her face was so similar that it made Lyn smile inwardly.

The demon girl's warning was confusing initially, but when the scent of blood reached her nose, Lyndis realized that something extreme must have occurred. Dropping the bag from her mouth, she approached Nanami, a feeling of panic welling up inside of her as the smell grew stronger, making her nose burn. While the majority of blood seemed to be Len's, she knew the silence had now shifted into an even darker feeling of foreboding.

Spotting Nanami's blade, Lyn stopped walking, one paw returning to the soft earth. She considered the idea of shifting, since it was clear that she was no ordinary wolf. However, she was a far better fighter in this shape, and if she were to face Len, she would need the strength. Before Lyn's decision was made, Nanami seemed to lose her patience. The lycan dodged swiftly, skirting the bushes for some thing cover of her own. She watched for a few seconds as Nanami revealed her wings, also familiar to Donny's but again a different color. Still, she was unable to fully appreciate the likeness as she was addressed once more.

A choice had to be made. Either Lyn could continue to dodge around, or she could change back and hope that speaking would help her case. It didn't seem as if Len or Donny would be backing up the demon girl, which urged Lyn to make the latter decision. Only half hidden in the bushes, Lyndis shifted back to her human form, a scream erupting from her as she felt every bone pop into place and reset itself into that of a human woman. It was strange, but turning into a human always seemed several times more painful than when she became a wolf. Uncurling herself from the fetal position, she gulped air before looking back to Nanami, her voice as shaky as her body. "I'm not here to fight, I swear it." She moved slowly, a hand reaching for her bag and the dress inside. Still naked, she prayed that Nanami would see that she was no threat.

Nanami was surprised when Lyn jumped into the bushes. This was not going to be easy. With the other woman hidden it made it hard to find her. The girl searched each bush bit by bit in a circle to find where the wolf had gone. Then her voice yelled out and the Nanami froze. Who ever this person is was close to her father and brother. If she looked around too much then she would find them cold and close to death.

"I said leave, if you don't want a fight then do so." The teenager responded. She moved closer to where the voice was coming from. It was best if she got between her and the bodies. "I don't want to harm you, but if you don't leave I will." She yelled out when Nanami was sure that she was between them. Which was a mistake.

Nanami had not gotten between Lyn and her father and brother. Instead she was in arms length away. A hand was put around Lyn's mouth. There was no need for her to scream. "Shh." Said the voice. It was weak and in pain. Barley audible. An arrow came to Lyn's side. It was stuck in someone's chest or it was being carried it was hard to tell with the person holding her firm. "Tell Nanami that she is no a demon because daddy tells her so. Take care of my son." The arm came lose as Len let her go and laid down before he passed out.

Hearing Nanami, Lyndis slowly withdrew the dress from her bag. She slipped it on for the simple sake of modesty, then crouched low. Before she could respond to the other girl's words, a hand wrapped around her mouth. She was tempted to lash out, but her ears quickly placed the voice. A feeling of shock overcame her as she realized that Len was alive...and he was giving her no threat. She listened to him, memorizing his words and doing her best to understand what was happening as he released her. She spun, still on her hands and knees. "Mister...Len?" she questioned, her voice small as she noticed the arrow in his chest. It was silly, still referring to him as if he were her teacher, but it was a habit she reverted to in her shock. She felt for a pulse, her fingers against his throat gently. Upset, she leaned back, only to remember the demon teenager. "Nanami!" she said, her voice high and sharp as she stood from her spot. She was tall enough to be seen and the advantage was that she could now see Nanami. Reaching out for the girl, she said, "Listen to me. I knew you when you were a baby, and I know you aren't a demon. Your father said so."

Lyn wasn't completely sure why she was going along with Len's request. Maybe it was Nanami's obvious innocence; she was still young, and one could never choose the race they were born to. She stepped back from her spot, moving her gaze away from the teenager to try and spot Donny. She knew he was still here, somewhere in the shadows and unconscious. Taking a step around Len's body, she inched her way deeper into the vegetation. She did her best to ignore the stifling silence, but the sight of Abbadon on the ground made her gasp. Choking back a scream, she knelt at his side, looking for a pulse just as she had with Len. "Don?" she asked quietly, her voice cracking as she leaned closer to him. "Abbadon? Donny!"

Len smiled at Lyn when she touched his neck. He was lucky the arrow hit his right side. It may or may not of hit a lung, but he would be find until he was gasping for air. "He surprised me a little too much." The man whispered in a low voice. He wanted to get the point across that he didn't mean to hurt his son, but his son scared an already scared father.

When Lyn popped up Nanami turned towards her. Her dagger at the ready. She only stopped in her movements when the other girl called her name and told her that she wasn't a monster like everyone who wasn't in her family said. It made the girls happy, but she was emotionally drained. The girl dropped the dagger and came to Lyn. "Big brother surprised us and it freaked dad out. He went dark right away in response and gave him a nasty beating." The girl said as tears streamed down her face. It was like hey could take her father to the hospital.

Donny showed more signs of being hit with dark magic than knifes and arrows. His body was bruised and bleeding from his lip. His arm looked like it got its own beating since it was not bent in the right position. He kind of looked like a old beaten doll that had seen better times. He probably had a few broken ribs at least to go with his arm and a facial injury, but it was not known what dark magic did to his body.

Hearing Len's voice, she was just able to bite back a cry, her thoughts confused as she tried to understand why this was happening. Slowly, she was given pieces of information, which she put together in her mind like a puzzle. The two men had hurt one another, with Nanami watching and scared. As the younger girl dropped her blade, Lyndis released a breath she hadn't been aware she was holding. Looking up to the teenager, she listened to the response given, worry seeping through her. Abbadon still had not moved, nor had he awaken. Leaning closer to him, Lyn ran her fingertips across his face as she felt tears escape her. "Don..." she said once more, wishing more than ever that she possessed healing magic or anything useful. Yet, even she was aware that dark magic was an unknown area, and that Donny's injuries were probably far worse than any she could see.

Tears fell from her cheeks onto the angel as she tried to wake him. Her words had begun as whispers but before long she was shouting, her body racking with sobs. Slowly, she came to her senses, and a small sense of practicality caused her to lean back, her gaze landing on Len's own body. She let out a shout of frustration, her body moving faster than her thoughts as she lunged for the fallen blade. Unlike Nanami, she did have some training in its use. Once at Len's side, she held the sharp tip of the blade against his throat, her voice hoarse as she shouted at him, "He surprised you? He surprised you so you attack him? You hit him with God knows what and then you think you can lay down and rest? "

Abbadon "Donny" Fitzgerald

Nanami sobbed each time her brother's name was called out. It hurt her to know she had some hand in all of this, at least being born the way she was. She was nothing more than a monster. She didn't want any of this. She wanted her family and that was all she could ask for.

Then Lyn again moved towards her father. Pressing a blade to her father's throat. The man didn't move he was too weak to do so. He had spent the last of his energy. "No don't." Nanami yelled as she released an energy ball. It wasn't big, but it hit Lyn in the chest. The singer would be uninjured, but it would knock her away. In a flash Marcus grabbed the girl and held her in a way that would keep Nanami from attacking again.

The Dragon looked towards Lyn. "You okay?" The dragon asked as he held the panicking girl. "If you want to finish the job please do. I'll hold her till then." Marcus told the woman. He wasn't in any mood to stop her. "Go ahead and destroy the creature that ended your happy ending. It was his fault that Danny left, it was his fault for causing much pain and trouble to his family, and it was his fault that you had to leave your friends wedding." The dragon said as he talked about his own grandfather.

"Please don't." Nanami yelled out again. "Don't listen." She added. "Daddy is good. He did it to protect his son to protect me and mama." She yelled. The girl was getting pretty desperate. "If you kill him then Donny will die too. Let me go and leave Daddy alone and I'll help make sure big brother lives." She was risking the lives of both of them by doing this. But there was no other way.

The only warning to the blast she received was Nanami's small shout, telling her not to do what she intended. The ball of energy hit her square in the chest, shoving her back and causing her to gasp for air. More tears prickled her eyes as she heard Marcus, and she took advantage of his help to reclaim the fallen blade once again. Her gaze met the dragon's and she nodded slowly as he allowed her to finish the job. Everything Marcus said was validating her own thoughts. Within a second she was back at Len's side, the blade point resting just above his heart. Her hands were shaking, and her vision was blurry due to her tears. But she heard Nanami's words, her tone desperate and reaching. It was easy for Lyndis to block her out, until Donny was used as a bargaining chip.

"How can I trust anything you say?" she questioned, her hands lowering to her side. The lycan did not release the blade, but she was beginning to second guess herself. Here was a man who had taught not only her friends and herself, but Len had been a teacher to her parents and their siblings. This man had fought in the Veil Wars, and he had been a hero...but was he still that man? Or was he who Donny and the world feared? If she let him live, let Nanami live, would it be a mistake? "Abbadon." she whispered, looking over to his too still body, her decision already made. Lyndis was no killer, and she could not pass judgement with the angel's life at stake. Standing up, she looked to Marcus, her expression begging as she told him, "Let her go."

Nanami couldn't look at Lyn. Why would anyone trust a monster like her. There was no way to win in the end. Tears started to well up. She was the monster. The monster everyone hated and feared. She was never going to be like her brother or her mother. She was just a monster like her father. Then she was told to be let free and Marcus did so. The girl scrambled to her brother.

"Big brother don't worry." She said as her hand went into his body. It wasn't like she ripped him open, but her hand went right through his chest. She started to pull out black spheres that had gotten into his chest during the fight. The heavy breathing that the angel had before started to get lighter. He was breathing normally again. Once done, Nanami pulled away.

The girl turned to her father and went over to him. "He'll be okay, he'll need a doctor to fix his arm and probably his ribs." The girl said as he pulled the arrow through her father's shoulder and out the other end. "Only time will tell when he'll wake up."

((Good idea))

As Nanami scrambled over to Abbadon, Lyndis did the same. She moved swiftly, dropping to her knees as she pushed away some hair from his face. Her hand rested on his forehead as she cried quietly, studying his face as the teenager did her work. Any other time, it would have been fascinating, but at that moment, all Lyn cared about what whether or not it would work. She continued to watch him, only letting out a sigh of relief when she heard his breathing return to a normal state. A tiny laugh escaped her, like a bubble of hysteria leaving her body.

Once Nanami had moved over to Len, she looked up to Marcus. Meeting his gaze, she motioned silently to the girl, indicating that if she tried to run or disappear, the dragon should pursue. Looking back to Donny, she whispered his name again, telling him that he would be alright now. They would need to transport him to a hospital immediately, but first she need to address Nanami. "You can do good." She started, her voice small but her tone kind. "Is what you said the truth? Is Len– is your father still...is he good?"

Nanami looked at Lyn with unsure eyes. Was she good? She tried to do good. That was what her father told her to do was to always to good. "Daddy is good. If he was evil then Donny would have really died. My father stopped himself when he took note that it was Donny. He couldn't kill his own child. He just has some issues." The girl said as she looked over her father. "We've been running for so long that we can't trust anyone." She added.

Doing her best to hang on to a sense of calmness, Lyndis listened to Nanami. She nodded slowly, biting her lip as she looked back to Abbadon. After a minute she looked up, standing slowly as she used a tree for support. Not only was she emotionally drained, her rapid transformation to wolf and back had left her body sore. Now that the adrenaline was wearing off, she was exhausted. "Marcus," she began, looking over to the dragon as she spoke. "Can you carry Donny? He needs a hospital." She was too weak to carry the angel in her current state, and it would have been a jostling journey anyway. At least with Marcus, speed would be an advantage.

"Nanami, I will help you bring your father to a safe place." Her words were calm, and she hoped that the teenager would understand the offer being extended. It was actually double-sided, one reason being that she didn't want to let the two out of her sight, but the other was that to truly understand what was happening, they needed Len to heal. But Lyndis kept this information to herself, instead adding, "My mother adored Len, so her home is the best chance you've got. She will help care for him no matter the rumors."

Nanami didn't know if she really had a choice and agreed to let Lyn take her father to a safe place. She would go with him too. There was no way her father would be left alone with some who may still have it out for him. "Okay." She answered as Marcus picked up the angel. He was so pale and limp that he just seemed like a fallen hero in the movies.

Marcus let his green dragon wings grow out before he moved them a bit. It had been a while since he had used them. He didn't like it when people stared at his wings. With a flash he was up in the air and flying Donny to a hospital.
