Finn the frog hater, Finn the roller of rims and lover of hokey. He had been rude to her but not really and Solia wasn't really sure what to really think of him. So she had a plan. The plan was flawless really. Bribery. All guys loved a good bribe. Plus with the status of things she might as well. It might be insightful.
She did as she'd done before, typed out her little questions, clipped it to a board, grabbed a pen and headed out.
It was morning, and so she also brought with her a warm croissant as well as a cup of Tim Horton's coffee, courtesy of some other bribery. She had been also sure to have it be a roll up rim. At his dorm room, she didn't bother with polite knocking rather kicking with her hands full as they were.
"FINNNNNN. I request you to come out. I have Him Totron-er, Tim Hortons yes. Roll up a rim and things please come out of your room thank you."

Finn answered the door almost immediately, as though he'd already been standing there with his hand on the door handle. As though he could sense that a Tim Horton's cup was coming and it had his name written all over it. As though he could smell it's sweet caffeinated scent as it came nearer to his room. He was there, and he was ready and waiting for his delicious cup of Canadian brew. Though really he had just been about to go out and hit the library, deciding that maybe doing a bit of reading about horsemen and Halloween in general might not be a bad idea considering his friends kept getting their a** kicked in the haunted house. Maybe a little intel would provide some insight and give them a better idea of what to do about it. The fact that there was a pretty woman on the other side of his door offering him a coffee was just the bonus of the day. "Hello there, chéri." See, he totally knew some french. "What a pleasant surprise this is." He reached out to quickly snatch the cup of coffee away. He really wasn't even a big coffee drinker, but after that morning in Tim Horton's and all of the coffee consumed, he'd actually been craving the damned stuff ever since. "Now. What do you want?" His smile, as always, did nothing to warm the cold expressionless look in his eye.

" Je ne savais pas que vous parliez français! Quelle belle surprise!" She smiled, actually very suddenly convinced that Finn knew French. She let him down his coffee, offering up the croissant as well. "I hope I am not bothering you, but, I am afraid I must. You see, I was tasked with a mission a while back on helping deligate missions based off of certain categories and self evaluated answers. Problem is..most hunters never got their forms. So I've been having to track people down to get the info I need." She wagged the clipboard at him in her other hand. "It's $50 if you fill it out... and I'll throw in some more coffee! Please? Please do this? For a friend?" She still, in the back of her mind, wasn't sure if he meant to be insulting or what about the frog thing.

"Uh ya. Voulez-vous coucher avec moi or some s**t. Sure." He took the lid off of the cup of coffee and raised it to his lips for a taste. Warm, nowhere near hot, but it would do. He basically chugged it, because it was easier to roll the rim up if the contents were gone.
"Never a bother, sweet cheeks. What can I do for you?" He smirked, not even looking at her as he worked on getting the cups rim rolled up to reveal whether or not he'd actually won anything.
He was only really half listening to her, but one thing did catch his attention, and that was the offer of money ( though he had pretty much completely ignored the croissant). Lifting his gaze, he raised an eyebrow at the clipboard.
"Let me guess, and then you'll report your findings back to your psycho leader and he'll decide whether it not he should have killed me instead of just maiming?" He was hesitant to agree, even with her offering up cash and coffee for his compliance.
"$100.00 and you've got yourself a deal, princess."
Because he was such a good friend.

Solia just stared at Finn, one tiny eyebrow raising before she let our a hesitant "Oui." Why that mattered however, when she just explained why she was there, Solia hadn't a clue. Oh well. Guys were very strange sometimes. "No to the findings part. I doubt he has much interest in what I've been tasked to gather info on." Unless he had a secret thing for trainees in which case he kept his secrets really well. Probably why he was the lead and all that. "If 100 is what it takes then okay. Unless.... you prefer other forms of payment." She looked at the cup of coffee in his hands. Negotiations had begun. "I am willing to do whatever it takes to get the data, but I am not a bottomless money bank."

He really hadn't expected her to take anything he said in a language he barely understood seriously. Her reply had him looking up, eyebrows raising, wondering if that was an actual, genuine response to his mostly joking offer or if she was playing games with him. Eh, whatever, she could play games with him if she wanted. A smirk was already threatening to spread across his face at the thought when she spoke up again. "So what, exactly, do you need to gather info on that your own leader would not have any interest in." He asked, deciding for now to just ignore his own deviant thoughts in order to focus on what she was really here for. And then he eyed her carefully, his smirk reappearing easily as he reached up with a free hand to scratch at his chin. "Well I guess then that all depends on what else you are willing to offer me, darling." She definitely had his attention now.

"The qualities that might be found in certain individuals might be useful in later recruitment for hunter candidates. Do you think he cares where his cannon fodder comes from? He wants competence, but of course, that doesn't exist to him so there you go." She shook her head. Her boss was so picky, a terrtible two year old really. Going about, tossing hunters like toys. At least he didn't demand 'nap time'. Unless it was a dirt nap. Nobody wanted one of those. "As for what I can offer..." She looked at the coffee. Negations start. "I did buy... nearly $500 worth off... coffee..cups... that day...." She hung her head in shame. "I still have about 100 rims to roll. The cups are clean! Just.. unrolled." She did stare at him in a rather passive way. " Le sexe est sur la table, à condition que vous pouvez prouver satisfaire. Mais je doute que vous comprenez un mot que je dis." She bet if Dory had been there, he might have laughed. "I also am good with sewing, as well as snooping. If you need information, who better to get it that someone you're not well connected to?"
