What is your character's hobby, if they had spare time? PARTIES, finding new friends, story collecting/telling

What type of personality traits does your character gravitate towards? Extroverts and overachivers alike.
What are your character's personality traits Friendly, Sociable Easy going
What are your character's personality flaws? Needy, Spoiled
What is your character's favourite colour? Purple or red
Describe your character if they were in the opposite faction: Conquest. As much as he's not a genius, he'd strive to be a scholar for the sake of preserving history/lore
What would your character look like as the opposite gender OR 10 years into the future? Future Al would be much better dressed, with genuine confidence rather than assumed and probably some interesting scars from adventures. Not much older looking as he's a demon and ages slowly.
If your character was an Amityville Professor? Probably combination epic lectures with interesting presentation methods and encouraging students research and present subject material. Big on individual attention as much as possible for his students
Who does your character look up to? His older brother
What is a great weakness of your character? Insecurity
What are their favourite foods? Extreme flavors and sweet things. He'll choose something new over an old favorite 80% of the time.
Favourite fashion style? Victorian or old fashioned in a style that would fit his body. Corseting in all forms, formal jackets with tails. Pre-Halloween town, he doesn't wear much, especially not nice clothes.
Favourite minipet? Manticorpse
If your character was in a fantasy novel who would they be? The Trollop
Describe your character as a mythical creature: Closer to a Satyr than a demon, really XD Hedonism & parties all day
Describe your character as a Disney princess and/ or Villain He'd actually be closer to Lottie from Frog Princess than Tiana ;D
If your character could travel anywhere where would they go? There's so many places to go! Probably somewhere really hard to get to, since he wants to travel anyways, the chance to go somewhere really unusual, obscure or special would be a treat ^^
If your character could confess one great secret what would they confess? He's terrified of being exposed as a fraud & losing his social support- either being seen as not monster enough for his family or too corrupted by monster influence to be good at magic (demon adopted by monster herd) He can't quite imagine life without the herd, no matter how many friends he has. His two biggest terrors are losing family and being a washout failure, though he'd choose family over fame. He ages much slower than his relatives and is coming to the realization that he will likely outlive most of his immediate family.

63. Unexpected

Hooves clattering over the smoothly worn cobblestones, Al didn't actually know where he was. He wasn't lost exactly. Rather, he didn't recognize any of this part of Halloween Town but he knew how to return to a more familiar street. Nothing here struck him as ominous or a place he shouldn't be wandering, the artifices of abandoned houses were all deliberate attempts by hardworking homeowners to make their house unique and attractive. He paused to admire a thick wall of brambles shaped into reaching, clawed hands. The massive dead trees beyond the hedge were a nice touch. A soft rustling sound near his feet make him jump back, hoping he hadn't offended someone by lingering. "Oh!" he knelt, putting his hands on his knees to crouch down at the small creature emerging from the vegetation, "Hello there..." He pet the ratty, matted fur as the little skull faced beast tried to scale him awkwardly. Sitting on the irregular sidewalk, he let the scungy animal plop into his lap. He might have been a bit more squeamish if he'd been wearing anything nice, but his current outfit was specifically low key for doing nothing specific. "Hey little guy... or... thing? You're pretty friendly!" he laughed, eventually getting up to turn back. A few blocks later, Al wasn't quite sure how to handle the scurry of paws behind him, he hadn't anticipating being THAT interesting.

75. Gentle

"C'mon now. If you're going to stay, I have to keep you cleaned up nicely," the demon admonished the scruffy manticorpse. He still didn't have any idea of the little monster's sex or gender, but it didn't seem to matter much, though it would help in coming up with a good name, he thought. Looking for an owner had been a fruitless endeavor, though he secretly hoped there would be no one to claim the friendly beast. The elegant skull faced animal nibbled at his hands, but stayed in the washtub. Lifting muddy paws as he cleaned them, it scattered water drops with displeased lashes of many tails. "You'll look so much better when you're brushed," he encouraged, carefully scrubbing the hard scales and scrubbing carefully to lather up the filthy fur. After many changes of the bathwater, he was pretty sure the scruffy creature was as clean as it would get. By then, he was nearly as soaked at the damp bundle of fur and tails. He wrapped up the shivering, soggy mess in a plush towel he'd bought recently and rubbed down the strong little body. Once dried, he took it inside and fasticiously brushed the long mane and polished each scale plate to a high gleam, petting the bare head to the sound of burbly purring.

22. Family (Early life, about 10 years of age approx.)

It was darker than usual in the low slung building when Al woke. He was pressed against a warm furry body on either side. It was good to be with the herd, protected by his larger fellows. They had settled in their usual wintering grounds, shaggy coats long and thick against the cold. Mother had made sure Aloysious had a good outfit to protect him from the icy winds as he rode, alternating between siblings. Sometimes he felt like a burden, a small one perhaps, but it was a little frustrating to not be able to plow through the snow and hunt like the rest of the family. Winter was hardest on the smallest member of the herd. He could never keep up once the snow became too deep, unlike in spring, when the grass was thick and the world warm and welcoming.
He didn't HATE winter, but it made him feel somewhat useless compared to his older brothers and sisters. It helped that he could be effective in other ways, helping dress wounds from fierce fights or braid the elder's manes in the morning, weaving in bright feathers and trinkets. The cold was a good excuse to stay sheltered, listening to Grandmere's stories as he helped dye fur in preparation for the winter celebrations. He DID like the cold because it was an excuse to gather and be close. The family was tighter knit in the chill, and though they could travel to warmer climates, it was a long held tradition, a reminder that life could be sharp and harsh. Night becomes day and the hunt leads along many strange roads... but the herd always ran together.

53. Trouble

Chunks of bark pattered down through the branches below. Hooves scrabbling, Al clung to the trunk of the rough Monster Pine, hoping something else wasn't lurking in the higher boughs. Below, the angry beast huffed and threw itself at the tree as Aloysious cursed under his breath. He didn't want to risk slipping if he tried to climb higher- but it would be MUCH more comfortable to wait out the creature's rage at a distance. Sometimes, he wished he had better instincts- he probably could have outrun the slow, tank-like scaled thing in spite of the many stubby legs. Instead, he'd lept up into a formidable tree. It was feeling less and less strong as the beast slammed into it with a well armored head, roaring in near sighted, drooling irritation. The demon was pretty sure it was slowing down- the heavy spines seemed to be deterring it, SLIGHTLY... He'd dropped his spear a while back, which hadn't been his best or brightest move, but it had given him a few seconds of distraction to bolt up the thorn laden trunk. Assuming he survived, he was going to need some patching up, as the scratches were starting to itch... Clinging tighter, he tried to ignore the many niggling cuts as his heart pounded a rapid beat.
