Administrative Staff
The Academy is run by dedicated, hard working individuals and they are our Administrative Staff. These positions are real jobs which require daily commitment, organization, and leadership skills to make the Academy run. All Administrative Staff are played as the player and must be members of the SDRP Crew.

Dean
The current dean is School Of Dedicated RPers (guild Captain).
The Dean is the head of the Academy and ultimately responsible for resolving conflict and making final decisions based on the advice of the faculty and staff. The Dean will make official announcements so pay attention when he posts.

You should only contact the Dean with matters of high importance such as:

• PM the Dean (guild Captain) if you notice Gaia TOS violations anywhere within the SDRP.
  
• PM the Dean if other Administrative Staff have failed to resolve a situation. Please allow at least one week for other staff to do their jobs before contacting the Dean.
  

Registrar
The registrar is School Of Dedicated RPers (guild Captain).
The Registrar is responsible for handling student enrollment and tutor placement. Job includes: accepting student applications, keeping track of student grades, updating student directory listings, and placing students with appropriate tutors.

You should contact the Registrar with matters of enrollment and scheduling such as:

• PM the Registrar your application to the Academy.
  
• Contact the Registrar if you must withdraw from the Academy at any point. Also notify your current tutor.
  
• Notify the Registrar if there is an error on your Transcript or Directory listing.
  

Director of Student Services
The current Student Services Director is Watervoir.
The Student Services Director is responsible for giving Academy students a fun and enriching experience outside of their tutoring sessions. Job Includes: providing students with events, and activities in which to participate, managing student clubs, and directing out of class RP threads.

You should contact Student Services with matters of extracurricular activities such as:

• If you have questions about an Academy event, club, or activity.
  
• If you want to volunteer for an Academy event, club, or activity.
  
• If you have ideas for an Academy event, club, or activity.
  

Groundskeeper
We are currently seeking candidates for this position.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping campus clean and everything in working order. Job includes: removing spam and discouraging property damage, updating location descriptions, maintaining the map, and locking/unlocking locations when needed.

You should contact the Groundskeeper with matters concerning the Academy Campus such as:

• Contact the Groundskeeper if you have questions about the Academy Campus (RP setting).
  
• Notify the Groundskeeper if you cause major changes to the Academy Camus including but not limited to: landscaping, graffiti, setting up a booth, posting signs, property damage, installing artwork, and arson.
  
• Notify the Groundskeeper if you notice spam, vandalism, or any other unsavory posts anywhere in the Academy.
  

Chief of Academy Police
We are currently seeking candidates for this position.
The APD Chief is responsible for keeping the students in line. Job includes: enforcing Academy rules and policy, reporting disturbances, mediating conflict, and providing emergency assistance.

You should contact the Police Chief with matters concerning Academy rules and safety such as:

• Contact the Police Chief if you have questions about the Academy rules.
  
• Notify the Police Chief if you notice Academy rules violations.
  
• Notify the Guild Captain if you notice Gaia TOS violations anywhere within the SDRP.
  
• Contact the Police Chief if you are having difficultly resolving a conflict with another Academy student. Contact the HR Director for help with faculty/tutors or staff.
  

Director of Human Resources
The current HR Director is Watervoir.
The HR Director is responsible for hiring and managing Academy faculty, tutors, and staff. Job includes: processing faculty/tutor/staff applications, updating faculty/tutor/staff directory listings, enforcing curriculum and staff standards.

You should contact the HR Director with matters concerning Academy personnel and standards such as:

• Contact the HR Director if you must withdraw from an Academy faculty, tutor, or staff position at any point.
  
• Contact the HR Director if you would like to apply to join the Academy faculty/tutor or staff.
  
• Contact the HR Director if you have questions about the Academy faculty, tutors, staff, curriculum, or standards.
  
• Notify the HR Director if there is an error in a faculty/tutor or staff Directory listing.
  
• PM the HR Director end of course evaluations (tutors should ask for this at the end of each course).
  
• PM the HR Director official complaints about Academy faculty, tutors, or staff.
  
• Contact the HR Director if you are having difficultly resolving a conflict with Academy faculty, tutors, or staff. Contact the Police Chief for help with students.
