In this case, it was through Sisky's dev notice, then I simply remembered to check the thread a few days later. Previously, it's been through word of mouth or just browsing the GCD.

Oh my gosh trying to work out the grant key was so much fun <3 I missed the chance last year but this year totally made up for it ^^
