Alright, anyway, have anyone here been keeping up and watching Twitch Plays Pokemon? It's been quite entertaining, at least for me. I watch it on and off, seemingly missing when something cool or very stupid happens. Mainly because I get bored or the video won't load for me.
For those you don't know what TPP is, it is this social experiment on Twitch were people in a chat can input commands. It has been going on for over a week now and there a tons of people playing. Religions and backstories have already been formed. It's great.
Here is the link if you want to start watching ----> Twitch Plays Pokemon

I've seen some crazy insane fanart come out of this. Who knew it would get this popular, really.
I honestly can't believe they brought back Omantye, I thought they'd keep him a fossil forever.

I think it its popularity just came from the fact that it is just something...honestly, don't know how to describe it. Odd and weird, since it is thousands of people playing one game and actually playing it a bit correctly. At least getting through it.
Yeah, I missed that unfortunately.

That's true. It's honestly very surprising how far they've gone considering there are just as many people working against the progress than there are working for it. I guess people were inspired by the determination and just how darn silly it's all turning out to be haha.
I did too, but Omanyte sure is cute haha.

Yeah, that's true. I guess, in the end, people want to play, have fun, and beat the game no matter what. True perseverance.
Yes, yes he is.

I can't wait until they beat the E4 and their team goes across the screen. Someone is going to record that and it's going to be everywhere. xD

Well, it's been 11 days and seven badges. So, I see it maybe in the near future. It will be a memorable moment in time, that's for sure.

Oh my God, they are back in Pallet Town. They have one my gym to face before the Elite Four.
How...How did they manage this? What does this say about people in a large group going after one goal?
Insanity, that's what.
