Necroa, the source of the zombies of this world, is an infection in its own right. Unique to all others because rather than simply invading and infecting a person with particular symptoms like all other infections, it instead attacks other infections and reconstructs their genetic mapping, turning them into their own branch of Necroa infection. This makes it both difficult to cure and highly unpredictable unless the base infection is known prior.

The Necroa infections, in their purest forms, are divided into five main branches, with two routes of travel. There are:
- Virus
- Bacteria
- Fungal
- Parisitic
- Prion

And the routes of travel differ whether the host either:
- Living
- Deceased

Please reffer to the individual sections for each infection for information on each infection.

Virus: the fastest mutated infection, it attacks the host and can turn them within the hour, and also has the highest host mortality rate when it comes to weak immune systems (5-10% of infected die before total control)

Incubation is almost immediate upon exposure. Symptoms show within 5 minutes. Victim is lethargic, joints become stiff, especially closer to exposure site. Hyper sensitivity follows after 25 minutes, the body surging with pain in any site that has even mild pressure placed on it. Joints feel like they're encased in broken glass, eyes begin watering heavilly with milky fluid. Vomiting prevalent. If victim vomits blood, at any point, they will not survive the infection. If, however, they continue to vomit bile and stomach contents to the point of increased aggression(55 minutes after exposure), they will have been completely devoured by the infection and display aggressive symptoms similar to rabies. They can, however, differentiate between infected and non infected. Key aspect of infected is their unrelenting sprinting and brute strength thanks to muscle inhibitors in the brain deactivating. Bodys stomach can still extract nutrition from flesh to heal wounds and grow further muscle tissue and bone. Deceased are just as strong, but eyesight is limited and their organs for the most part ate dead.

There is no cure, but a vaccine can be produced.
