If I were to trade an egg onto my white 2 version hatched it, then trade the Lv: 1 Pokemon onto my Black 2 brought it up 99 levels then traded it back to White 2, would the Lv: 100 obey the Original Trainer on White 2.
I think I already know the answer,
the answer being that it would, but I just want to make sure.

I just want to make sure because I want to beat White 2 as fast as possible so I can get a trade done

As long as you have that game's final badge, then yes.

The egg was hatched on White 2, making White 2 the OT and requiring Black 2 to need badges for the Pokemon to obey. It's being leveled up in Black 2 and sent back to White 2, where there would be no need for badges to obey since White 2 is the OT and a Pokemon will always obey it's original trainer.
