It irritates me how much people obsess over what will happen when their life comes to an end. They put the afterlife up on a pedestal, and make it more important than everything else. It's a trivial matter, honestly, that know one will really know the truth about until our life ends and we see it for ourselves; or don't. So, why is such a trivial matter more important than the life you are living right now? Something that you know for a fact is happening? What lies at the end of the road could indeed be a paradise, but it could also be nothing at all. We'll never know.

People realise the afterlife is forever, compared to the 90 or so years spent here on Earth, so they want to know what theyre doing for the rest of forever.
