Sailor Chione holds out a hand towards her opponent and a small burst of snowflakes flies out, surrounding the target and wrapping them in a mini blizzard. It is very cold, snowy and windy and the 'blizzard' renders all movements nearly useless, and limits the vision of the the one affected. The attack can be used twice per battle and and lasts for twenty seconds per use.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Chione Raging Blizzard!
Sailor Chione again holds out a hand towards her opponent and a larger burst of snowflakes flies out, surrounding the target's and wrapping them in a mini blizzard. It is very cold, snowy and windy and the 'blizzard' renders all movements nearly useless, and limits the vision of the the one affected. The attack can affect up to three different people at once, and can be used three times per battle. The effects still last for twenty seconds.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Chione Blizzaga!
Sailor Chione raises both her hands and a chill wind picks up. An area extending eight feet from around Chione turns into a raging blizzard storm. Snow and fierce winds affect everyone in the circle around her, providing limited vision, difficulties breathing, and the bitter cold of a winter storm. Chione is unaffected by these elements, allowing her to make an escape under this cloak of snow. This attack can be used once per battle, and lasts for 40 seconds.
