Appearing atop one of the beautifully crafted and rather tall buildings that make up the city of Cairo, a slender, yet muscular human-like figure would be seen looking down over an slightly overpopulated area of the city. No one there, seemed to have noticed his presence, which was odd, seeing as his skin tone was a mixture of vibrant shades of blue, not to mention the fact that, he appeared to have been naked. After standing up there for about another minute or so, the man would jump from the rooftop and land with a powerful thud, right in the center of the area. While he did not seem to be affected by the landing, the same could not be said about the surrounding area. All of the vehicles and small buildings that decorated that area, would be blown away, just by the sheer force of the man's landing, while the numerous citizens, would also be blown back. Some would be sent flying into others while most were knocked back into other buildings, of course those who were caught in the impact, were killed instantly. The few that were just outside the radius, could only watch as there small little area was devastated. Suddenly, powerful shrills, coming from both women, children and men, filled the air as they all ran away from the area. Standing upright, the man's eyes glowed blue as he merely stood there, scanning the area. "This would make a perfect base for me." he would say just as a small child wondered helplessly towards him. Looking towards the child, the man would smile and with one swipe of his hand, the child would be electrocuted and burned to a crisp. "But first I will need to clear out all the filth." he added as he started walking and with each person he came across, he would do the same.

Xuza was rocketing through the portal at incredible speeds, shrieking all the way til touchdown. Her partners might not appreciate that, but it really had been a while since she'd used one to go to a mission. She landed and quickly grew silent.
How close am I? ... What's that smell!? Xuza let out a small cough from inhaling burnt human. She realized that this would probably compromise her position, so she began to slink through allies whilst looking around at things that would reflect the beast's presence. She found little glass to help in that, but it didn't matter much as she was nearly trampled by a mob of people trying their damnedest to get away from the destruction. That'll do, The meister thought as she fought her way through the current of the crowd and into an ally nearby. From there she could get to the epicenter of the chaos without standing out too much, or without being trampled for that matter.
Eventually the meister found her way to a part of town--crater, sorry--adorned with twisted debris and perfumed with scorched blood. She watched the strange looking man in the middle for a while, observing whatever she could.
Lumina appears in the dessert in a flash. She wears a visor over her eyes to keep the sand out.Soon she comes into town and gets a full view of the source of the chaos.Her sister had I formed her of a threat here,and she decided to check it out. The DWA had already dispatched Miester's to the location so she was strictly on recon for now.
What is this? . she thought as she walked.

Hikaru makes his way through the portal while in his weapon form with Kitsu. As the two come across the end they both see an opening which leads to a hot and sunny climate. As Hikaru is launched out of the portal he could see the area within the blade's reflection. "Okay good. We're here." He morphs back into a human right beside Kitsu. "Now me and you are going to get to the Nile and cloak the city with steam. Simple as that! Now let's get going!" Hikaru ran for the Nile while also using his soul perception to locate each soul that was in the vicinity of the city. One of the more noticeable ones was what he assumed to be the target. It was pure evil and very overbearing. "That must be our target. Kitsu let's hurry we have to follow the plan through!"
Kitsu looks at Cairo and grins seeing the destruction that has already been caused. "It's beautiful," she comments under her breath followed by a slight chuckle. The black haired girl looks at her partner as he changes and nods her head upon hearing him. She watches as he runs off towards the Nile, however, Kitsu doesn't just sprint off. She watches him run for a few moments before jumping into the air and changing into a small black fox and following him. Being so small she is quite fast on her feet as well as graceful as well. Once she catches up to him she leaps onto his back almost making it to his shoulder. She uses her claws to stay on his back and to climb on to his left shoulder. "I figure since you're going to be my weapon I'll end up carrying you a lot during battle. Before that happens why don't you carry me," she states as she looks at him with red fox eyes. In her fox form she is no bigger than a small puppy and no lighter than one either. Meanwhile, Ene exits the portal after her meister and upon seeing the damage already caused she changes into her weapon form ready for Kuro to use.

xxxxx Kitsu is a holder of high levels of madness. TO be more specific, her type of madness is terror. Although, she has a good grip on her madness, when it's released those around her will probably hallucinate some pretty messed up and scary things. She will, of course, act differently and her fighting style will most likely become erratic. When this is release she does get a boost in strength and speed.
+ Strength
xxxxx Though she is short and has a small built, Kitsu packs a hefty punch. She is a lot stronger than she appears and leads on to be.
+ Golden Eye
xxxxxxx Kistu has her hair cut in a way that her bangs cover up her left eye. Many believe that both of her eyes are red but the eye covered by her hair is actually a yellowish color. This eye allows her to see the thoughts of whomever she looks directly at with it. There is a cost to it which is why she covers it up: every time she uses it she is pushed closer to being completely consumed by madness. Kitsu will rarely use this ability and only really uses it when she really needs to. She can't use it for long however. When used it has what could be called, a cool down. In other words it can over heat and when it over heats Kitsu goes into a state of pure madness. Each time it "overheats" the longer the state of madness. The state will continue to grow longer until Kitsu is completely consumed by it.
+ Burning Touch:
xxxxxxx Kitsu can heal herself and others but there's a catch to both of them. When healing herself it takes longer than it would to heal others. When she heals others....well....look at the name. When she heals other they will experience a burning sensation around the area she is healing. Kitsu can intensify the healing allowing the injury or whatever to heal faster but the burning sensation will hurt even more.
+ Fire's Spell:
xxxxxxxxxKitsu has the ability to control fire. She can use this ability to create fireballs, fire walls, etc. However, when it comes to making someone instantly combust it takes up too much of her energy and has a 40% change of actually happening.
+ Transform:
xxxxxxxxxxKitsu's name comes from the word kitsune. The reason behind this is because she has the ability to change into a fox
However, this move changes when she's in the state of madness. When in the state of madness she still turns into a black fox but when in this form, in the state of madness, she has rabbies so it's best to try not to get bitten or scratched by her in this form when in a madness state.
+ Madness Ability: Hell Fire's Clock:
xxxxxxxxxxxxThis ability allows Kistu to summon a large mechanical clock. There are two types of things Kitsu can do with this but she can only choose one when summoned and using this ability is once per battle. The first option is that the numbers of the clock will manifest into twelve clones that share all of her abilities. The other option is that it can stop time momentarily twelve times. Each time she stops time it only stops for a brief moment.
Kuro Rei Partner: Ene Coming through the portal Kuro landed on his feet, he looked around the area seeing already some destruction happening already. As he scanned the area he didn't see anyone from before and remembered the communicators they had Ene Hikaru Xuza anyone hear me? he questioned seeing no sign of the others just fleeing people

As the meister continued to watch the beast, Xuza heard a voice. Finally, somebody was using the communicators. But moving would still prove to be difficult in this situation.
"Hey, I'm here. I'm really close to the target," she began quietly.
"I'm going to try and distract this guy while Ene, Kuro, and I regroup. After that, we should have enough firepower to distract him long enough to see what Kitsu and Hikaru are cooking up." She told them this in a serious tone. The old seasoned meister side of her was showing.
Xuza concentrated on finding pathways. She closed her eyes and eventually they began to present themselves. It was always amazing. Some kind of smoke made of light, it danced around where it pleased, and the meister was mesmerized. She found one that was particularly promising. It wrapped around the beast and ended at his blind spot southeast of where she was. She picked up a rock and threw it at the stream of smokey light. It vanished just before hitting the wall in front of her and seemed to materialize in mid flight heading for the creature. She would do this a couple more times and then speak into her communicator as she moved back toward the street.
"Ene, Kuro. Find your through the crowds heading away from the target. That should lead in my direction. I'll be in an ally with a red pipe overhead. There's an old kiosk to the right of the street," she told them as she waited at the edge of the ally to wave them in.
After completely decimating the area and killing nearly every living being around him, the man would stop as he could sense the presence of someone, he did not know who or what it was, in fact he almost shrugged it off, that is until he had heard a slight cough. This caused the man to smile, he had hoped that there were at least some capable humans around to keep him from being bored. As he thought this, yet another presence could be felt appearing, then two more and then one more. It seemed like an entire team was dispatched to deal with him. Without wasting any time, the man would raise his hands up in the air and discharged an incredible amount of blue electricity into the air. This would serve two purposes, one it would let any who wished to fight him, find him pretty easily, the second purpose was to fill the air and various surfaces around him and the town, with negatively charged particles. Everyone would feel this effect, as a slight tingle on their skin. "My name is Torax and I welcome all newcomers." Torax stated, leaving himself wide open for anyone to attack, of course, from what has been seen so far, Torax wields the power of electromagnetism, he is truly a dangerous foe.

Lumina surveys the area from the rooftops while remaining hidden. She wasn't sure what to expect,but she saw the other Miester's arrive. Ren adjust her stylish looking shades. These shades while stylish serve a unique purpose. Her Tech Shades allow her to analyze situations and individuals, even of new species of monsters. She places a hand to her ear and speaks to her sister as she watches the events unfold.

Understood. Lumina begins to scatter little metal orbs in front of her. The activate with a quick spark of magic and reveal themselves to be several flight-enabled camera units that spread out to get a panoramic view.

Hikaru laughs at Kitsu and runs a bit faster. He wasn't really shocked to see her in that form considering they both lived in a world filled with witches and demons. "Look the Nile is in sight!" Hikaru ran faster towards the great lake. It held many stories that he had learned when he studied a bit of Egypt at home. Secretly Hikaru wished he wasn't positioned at Egypt if he became a death scythe. The weather was too hot for him. What he needed was a nice tropical climate filled with rare and exotic animals and nice relaxing vacation resorts. A place where he put down the sword and relax for awhile would be great. Something quickly alerted him causing his attention to focus on the blue electricity that was shot into the air. Moments later something didn't feel right to him. "Do you feel weird Kitsu? This could be the enemy's doing...I don't like it. Let's cover this city in steam." Reaching the Nile river he focused on the water. At first it looked like nothing much was going to happen. Suddenly a whirlpool formed in the river only it bent and twisted counter clock wise. It began to flow upwards until a big whirlpool out of water was seen. It twisted and danced around as Hikaru focused on it not moving a single muscle. "Hey Kitsu I don't mean to discomfort you, I know my shoulder is pretty comfortable right now but if you could just revert back to human form? I'm going to need you to supply this whirlpool with really hot fire. In turn that should create a big cloud of steam that should cover our group's actions." While talking to Kitsu he heard the voice of the others. Judging from the familiar voices he could understand that Xuza was hatching a plan of her own on the communicator. Hikaru made sure his voice was low but understandable just in case the target was near one of the others. "Good thinking Xuza. Me and Kitsu are at the river right now. We should be able to cover the city shortly. If we finish early me and Kitsu should be able to regroup with you guys and launch a powerful team attack. Let's do this!" With the whirlpool that was still swirling around out of water that was size of a building he slowly made the water more cool. It gave off white puffs of smoke which reminded Hikaru that he could have easily covered the city with fog by himself. Of course that didn't come into mind as he thought up a plan back while everyone was at the front o the gates back at the witch academy. "I'm such an idiot." He whispered to himself. "I made the water a bit more cold. You should be able to create a large amount of steam with enough fire.
✮Ene changes back into her human form and sighs as she closes her eyes to concentrate. She attempts to find Kuro's soul however before she could a light tingley feeling dances on her skin making it hard for her to concentrate. Hearing Xuza tell wear she is Ene sprints forth to head to that location to find Kuro. Meanwhile, before Kitsu and Hikaru reach the Nile the same weird feeling affects Kitsu however it brings on another negative effect. Upon being asked to change into her human form Kitsu jumps off of her partner's shoulder snickering histerically. "Weird. Is that the word you used a bit earlier?" she snickers as she changes back into her human form. A crazyed look is in her eyes. "I guess you could call it that," she says as fire begins to form under her feet. It burns uncontrollably and shoots directly at the whirlpool making a hissy noise as it comes in contact with the cool water. ✮
Ok, sounds goo-- the meister was interupted by a huge pulse of power. It wasn't any help that she was so close to the source. Everything seemed to hold a charge, and she didn't want to fight that thing head on if it could do that with ease. If that weren't strange enough, a dense fog started to roll its way into town. Of course, it wasn't that strange to her. After all, her teammates were the one behind it. Funny how that works.
But rather than stick around, Xuza thought it better to find her way out of there before the dense electricity could mingle with the water vapor. A pleasant side effect of the steam was that it was obscuring a little bit of the harsh sun, and that made the smoke-light paths easier to find. One was particularly pronounced, and she stepped forward into it on a hunch. That hunch turned out to be correct--that the path would lead to the ones causing the fog, Hikaru and Kitsu. Hey! You did it, nice!
"Kuro! Kuro! Where are you?" calls out Ene as a blanket of steam rolls in. Hikaru and Kitsu must have made it to the Nile, she thinks as she continues to search for her meister. She then remembers the communicators they all have on. "Kuro, come in, Kuro. Where are you? This isn't good that we're separated," she says through the communicator as she reaches the spot that Xuza said she was at. "I'm at the spot Xuza said she was at. Xuza, where are you? We're a bit unorganized here," she states as the blue flame around her left eye burns more vigorously as well as changes shades turning a darker colored blue. Being disorganized in a situation like this is causing Ene to worry a bit. Meanwhile, Kitsu looks over to see Xuza coming theit way before hearing Ene over the communicator. "Sounds like you're all alone right now," she chuckles. "Better find your meister soon and Xuza is here with us." Kitsu begins to laughs a bit insanely once more as the fire's heat intensifies. "This disorganization of our team. The destruction that has been caused already. Oh the turmoil! I love it!" she laughs as the fire's flames become more intense. As Kitsu's grip over her madness lessens her ability Madness: Terror, begins to ready itself to be activated.

Kuro Rei Partner: Ene Kuro was on top of a building looking down at the city, he could hear everything on the communicators but did not respond to anyone. He could see the target and already knew that he could just blow anyone away with just a hand, No need to worry Ene I'm still here, the targets in my sight and I think I might go pay him a visit. Kuro said as he jumped down from the building and walked towards Torax an stopped having a few feet away from him, Kuro look up and saw the electricity Im guessing you set the area in your favor? Kuro said as he stood in front of Torax
