The main courtyard is very big. There are many trees and a couple of small fountains on each side of a bigger one. The courtyard is in the middle of the school, surrounded on all four sides by the school. The fountains are beautifully designed and show off the talent of some of the art students here.

Fayt looked up from his book for moment to make sure no one was around him. He prefered it that way too. He never attmepted to socialize with anyone since he felt so different from them. He didnt know why, but he could just feel it. It always felt as if he belonged somewhere else. No idea where, just not here.
Not noticing anyone playing any attention to him, he returned to his reading. Wishing the next class was starting already.

When Fayt looks up from his book he notices a young lady walking slowly through with a Japanese umbrella open and against her shoulder. Akane was a light skinned young woman, not because she was a recluse but because she always relied on her umbrella to help protect her eyes while she was outside. Thankfully the summers dreadful sunlight had begun to fade as the seasons transitioned to fall with the start of a new school year. At least she didn't need to wear her sunglasses any more.
There was plenty of time until she needed to get to her biology class so there wasn't even a hint of haste in her pace, just enjoying the subtle changes around her in the colors of the trees, the activity of the birds and a handful of squirrels that chattered about campus.

"How did I end up in the courtyard again?!"
Amai makes a sound of frustration.
"Hey kid," She turns to the white haired youth reading a book and shoves her schedule into his face, apparently not caring if she's being rude.
"Do you know where room 203 is?"

Fayt almost jumped as the schedule attacked him. He pulled the paper out of her hand and looked it over.
"Yeah, it's on the second floor of the main building."
He held out the schedule and returned to his book.

She frowned, and violently took back her schedule.
"Well. I could have figured that out." She mutters to herself. Turning around and heading back into the building she just left. At least she thought it was the main building. It's where her other classes were... she thought.
She repressed a sigh. School was hard. And it was only her first day!
Squaring her shoulders she stomped angerly back into the building. Her glare scattering the students who dared stand between her and the building.
She would find her next class. She would!

Lina walked out of the building sucking on a lollipop. She saw a girl stomping towards the building and smirked. As the girl passed her, Lina grabbed her arm and whispered, "I wouldn't go in there if I were you. The building's closed." It was an obvious lie, but Lina loved causing a little trouble.

Amai barely stopped herself from attacking the girl when her arm was grabbed, it became an odd gesture of her stepping back and her free arm wavering in the air. She settled for simply pulling her arm roughly free.
It took her a moment to register what the girl had said.
"Closed?" She looked dumbfounded. "I just left that building... why would they close the school? Wouldn't there be an announcement?"
She watched as another student entered the building and frowned. She wondered if it was because she was the new kid. Maybe it stuck out that she didn't belong. It made her uneasy.
She looked the redhead up and down. She had a feel like one of her members. Like maybe she didn't belong in a boarding school either. Was she here because she'd had trouble with the law too?
Her brown eyed stare would make anyone uncomfortable as she studied the girl.

Akane too happened to be walking into the building when she heard the blonde's out burst and she tilted her head to one side. The idea briefly crossed her mind as she folded her umbrella up to make some attempt at clearing the confusion but she decided it was between these two young ladies to hash it out. Her umbrella tucked neatly under her arm as she opened the door, right in front of the new girl deciding that a demonstration should suffice. She took her time walking into the building and down the hall as she mulled over who those two students were. She didn't routinely miss many details but their faces weren't even vaguely familiar to her. Some moments pass and she decides not to let it worry her any further than it already had, after all her favorite class was soon to start.

Damn it, Lina thought as she saw another student enter the building. People always had to go ruin her jokes. "There will be an announcement shortly about it," she said hastily. "I heard a teacher talking about it. You have to go to another building for your classes." She took the lollipop out of her mouth and pointed in a random direction. "Your next class will probably be over in that building. You better get there. Don't want to be late." She winked at the girl and proceeded to walk off toward where the white haired boy was sitting. Lina walked with an air of arrogance and held her head up high. She surveyed the courtyard, trying to pick her next target of the day.

Fayt let out a sigh as he closed his book. First the new girl attacks him with her schedule, now it appears as if the trouble maker is headed his way. Looks like it was going to be one of those days. Maybe if he headed inside, she'd ignore him. After standing up, Fayt turned to make his way to a building opposite of where Lina was coming from.

Raidyn walks out of the building right past the 3 girls and toward the building opposite giving Lina a sidelong glance as he does and shaking his head a bit. Not slowing down he passes Fayt giving him a nod as he heads towards his AP art class which is in the Garden today.

Lina looks curiously at the boy who shook his head at her and brushes it off. She makes her way to the white haired boy and appears right at his shoulder. "Hey," she says, taking the lollipop out of her mouth for a moment. "You look kinda weird with that white hair. What's up with it?" she asks, replacing the lollipop back in her mouth. Her fingers begin to twitch slightly. She really wanted to slip her hand into his pocket and grab his wallet, but she knew she had to refrain. Lina didn't want to get in trouble on her first day of school. Or at least not get in trouble for stealing.

Damn! He knew he should have read his book in the library. Oh well. Guess he will just have to be a bit social today. Not like it will kill him right?
"Hey. Yeah I don't know. Guess I was just born weird with it." He turned to her and gave a smile. "You must been one of the new students. I'm Fayt. Nice to meet you."

"Weird name for weird hair," Lina teased, holding her hand out to shake his. "Mine's Lina. And yeah, I'm new here. Just moved cross country last week." Never let them know your past was one of Lina's mottoes. She liked the air of mystery around her. People had been coming up to her all day like she was some new shiny toy and she told them all different stories about herself. "So where are you headed? Looked like you were trying to run from me like I was the boogey man. Or would it be boogey lady in my case?"
