Shikai Ability - Meimei kusabana (Invisible Flower) White crystal flower petals rush out of the Scythe to scatter across the air. Allows the user to blend in almost becomeing invisible (Can only use once every 4 post) (can last 2-3 post if not cought.)

Kusabana doku (Flower of Poison) The flower petals in the air turn a lucid green, while dripping black oils off of them selves. The petals can be sent towards the enemy to try and poison them, (Makes small Cuts on the person if they make contact of skin. Slows their movement and decreases their vision.) Shikai Ability - Kusabana kuchiku (Flower of destruction) the flower petals turn a glowing red before the send bursting waves of destruction with in a small radius of the petal field, causing all with in it to be damage to a certain point. (User is not damage) (Can be used once every 6 post. Or if another battle occurs right after the next.)

Kadou kahen (Vortex petal) The zanpakuto sends out black oily petals that are in fact vortexes, they are also floating/flowing through the air surrounding a radius of 25 meters. User can control them with his will and send them at his enemy like razor blades or he can make a single petal big enough to send his arm through and make multiple attacks at his opponent through them. ( Can use 5 vortexs at a time to attack through at a time.) (These petals do allow the user to blend in, There is still the chance of being seen.) (opponent can use 2 vortexs at a time, but also takes minor damage for using it.) (Can be used once every 5 post.)(Can last as long as 3-4 post.)
Hikō no hana (Flying flower): Slashing at the opponent, air, or ground, can send a furry or dagger like petals in a single direction causing enormous amounts of pain if a full blown hit is taken. (can be used once ever 2 post.) (Width radius 10 meters, length radius 15 meters, meant for mid range combat)
Shi hanabira (Death petal) User spins around causing dagger like petals to spiral around him and upwards, sucking everything into it, enemies, allies, anything with in its sucking reach, to destroy. If a possibly body found its way to the center of the petal tornado, they would find larger petals flying at a higher rate of speed. (Can be used once every 6 post) (User has full control over petals and can stop it at anytime.) (The width of the tornado is 25 meters, the sucking radius of it is 15 meters. Total of 40 meters.)
Hanabira kōsoku (Petal restraint) Sticky petals made from high bonding liquids are sent flying at a opponent to keep them stuck or unable to maneuver at all for a short duration. (can be used once every 3 post and last only a single post)

Personality: Tsukai is a very careless guy, always putting him self and others in dangers way. Being said he also has never trusted anyone other them himself, which has allowed him to be ruthless and sadly careless at all times. He is very strong willed and see's to all his goals to make sure his plans don't fall apart. Tsukai can be short sighted at times, focusing on the small objectives instead of the whole objective or a mission.
Personal Likes: Food, as he loves to cook. Peaceful meditations near a waterfall, being alone.
Personal Dislikes: Being around people, having to deal with incompetence, and people with arrogance nature.
History:
Tsukai was born into a lesser known family of Japan’s royal descent. His father agreed that Tsukaii would be highly educated. Using the family’s wealth sent him out in to the world at the age of 12 despite the Mother and little sisters protests. Tsukai even at the age of 12 calmly stated that one day he will be back and not to cry for him. So Tsukai went out across the world traveling through most of Europe and gaining knowledge on languages and evening cooking, which he had gained a strange interest in before leaving his family. At the age of 16 Tsukai returned to his family home finding his Father had died from an unknown illness. Tsukai being the oldest son decided to run the family and help expand their small empire. Tsukai now being able to speak not only Japanese, English, German, French and Spanish used his talent to create trade embargos with many European trade merchants. This gained positive and negative audience with many of the other Royal families. Tsukai was almost killed 3 times during his 12 years of ruling Tsukai was trained in the art by the English known as speed dueling. He wasn’t the biggest guy so he used his light yet incredibly tough body to fight using a combination of Scythe and Katana. Tsukai knew how to fight and even kill yet he tried to avoid death when it was not necessary.
Tsukai was killed at the age of 28. He died when an Assassin came and took one of his sister’s hostage. Knowing his skill the Assassin led him into a narrow room. Tsukai tricked the Assassin but was poisoned during the ensuing fight. His Sister lived but Tsukai died hours after that after his body finally succumbed to the poison. Tsukai wandered as a ghost through his family home he grew bored at one point but when a hollow which he believed to be a demon from hell, come to collect him attempted to eat him. Only to find a soul reaper to save him at the last moment. Tsukai was at disbelief at this point and shrugged when he was sent to the soul society not wishing to stay in this world any longer after all his Sisters left to be married. Tsukai wandered the soul society for many years’s no longer being able to remember his life before but remembering the skills of cooking and languages. He soon found himself joining the Gotei 13. While getting notes on how light and fast he was, even if his body weighed slightly more than it should have to allow him to move that fast. He was sent to squad 2 for his use of speed, and skill with Kido and his blade.
Family Line: Unknown, memories slowly come back as fragments to him letting him add each piece together like a puzzle.
Friends/Acquaintances: Does not disclose this to others as he keeps names of people a secret.
Rivals/Enemies: Anyone he can not beat will eventually become a rival until the day he can rise above them.
Love Interest: Does not care for the word love, as he can't ever remember having it in his life..
Affiliation: There is always that go to guy when you need someone gone, or taken care of, even if its only retrieving people for questioning. Tsukai has always been that person for the captain of squad 2. Always doing the things that matter no matter what happens.
