Hobbies: Piano || Well, keyboard. He's too poor for a real piano. But Adam spends a lot of time playing and doing some lame composing on his piano. He took lessons as a kid thanks to his mom's persistence, and kept up with it as he got older because he found that it was a good way to help him think clearly while still keeping busy. It's not a hobby that he takes seriously, more of one that lets him think and de-stress after a long day. He's no musician, but he'd like to think he's pretty decent at what he does know. [Note: I'd like to leave this sort of open for plots, because he could end up in a band or teaching casual lessons or any number of things]
Romcoms || Okay, so its a little embarrassing, but Adam absolutely loves Romantic Comedies. He doesn't care who's in them, or even how bad they are. He'll watch them all day long if he has the chance. Something about the witty dialogue and the heartwarming final confession of love just draws him in until he's absolutely absorbed into a world where that kind of romance is possible. When given the chance he'll drag all who're nearby into watching them with him. A romcom is better with friends and snacks than it is alone.
Virtues: Protective || Adam can't stand to see his friends in trouble or pain. It ignites a bit of beast in him, and he'll go to great lengths trying to make everything better and protect them from further harm. It doesn't really matter how dire the situation, it could be protecting a friend from a bully or an enemy, or as simple as a friend stressing themselves sick, Adam will try to step in and fix the situation. He's been known to make enemies of his friend's enemies just on principle, and nearly nothing can make him budge on this.
Persistent || Adam won't give up easily on what he wants or thinks is right. He'll keep pushing until he gets a result he's pleased with, and if he fails he won't let it get to him, he'll just pick himself back up and try again. He's all about finding new tactics and techniques to accomplish his goals.
Hardworking || If Adam is anything, he's hardworking. He has a goal in mind, and he gets it done. He's entirely willing to put in the blood, sweat, and tears into whatever he's doing in order to get results. He's willing to take on just about any task, no matter the predicted difficulty, whether it's in his daily life, in his work life, or in his negaverse life. Particularly physical goals can tire him out, and he'll stress himself out over mentally taxing tasks, but he'll still give it a shot.
Flaws: Workaholic || Perhaps the most significant downside to being hardworking is that sometimes Adam gets entirely wrapped up in his task. He'll spend hours working toward a goal and might forget the time or forgo sleeping in order to finish. He'll stress and work himself sick until he either can't anymore or someone steps in and tells him to chill out. Even then, he might put up a little bit of a fight to get to his work.
Rowdy || Adam can be a little... boisterous. Meaning he'll yell across a crowded room to a friend about something weird, or he'll dougie through his apartment to old rap songs that no one listens to blaring through the stereo without a care in the world. And if you think he's not going to tackle you and wrestle and rough house, well, you're crazy, because he will. Absolutely. Mostly this has to do with growing up in a home with two football star older brothers (if high school ball counts for stardom). It was a loud and rowdy house, and he became a product of that environment.
Vain || Let's face it, Adam likes the way he looks. From spending too much time on his hair in the morning to spending a little too much on his clothes, he takes pride in making himself look good. He's not even ashamed of the way his closet is sorted by jackets and shoes, because in the end, he looks damn good, and he knows it. If you tell him otherwise, he might just scoff in your face and call you jealous, because there's no way he's looking less than fabulous.
