Still sitting on the brown horse, the black haired soldier sighs. It's been a while since she's seen her mother. Knowing that this home is her mother's new house she figures that the woman didn't keep anything that belonged to Krista. Yumi wishes that she knew the blonde woman was moving so that she could come back at take some of Krista's belongings. Yumi slowly climbs of off the horse and walks up to the door. She balls her right hand into a fist and raises it to knock on the door. Her whole body freezes as she imagines coming face to face with her mother again. Abigail sits up from her bed as she hears a knock on her door. The woman throws on a large shirt to cover herself and walks up to the door. Opening she comes face to face with one of her daughters. An unhappy look rests on her face as she looks at the girl before her. She then catches Cole and raises an eyebrow. " So you joined the military?" she says with an uninterested tone. " Why are you here? Am I in some kind of trouble? she asks. It's pretty obvious that the woman doesn't care much for the two's company one bit and that she had just woken up from a long night out and about. " Or did you get knocked up by this guy? Where's Kris- I actually really don't care," she says stopping mid sentence.

Cole was a bit surprised to hear someones mother to speak in such a way to her own daughter. In fact it got him a bit angry. Why would she be so cruel to her daughter? Especially someone like Yumi? "...Excuse me ma'am but your other daughter passed on, now I'd appreciate it if you treated your own daughter with a bit more respect, shes not like you, shes not going to get 'knocked up' by some random guy. Shes much better then that." He said in a bit of a frustrated tone.

Abigail eyes Cole then looks at Yumi. " So, Krista's gone....hmmm...That just leaves you doesn't it? Eh." Abigail looks at Cole and closes her eyes in annoyance. " Listen, KID, my daughters were the biggest mistake of my life and I'll treat them how I want to and I'll have you know I didn't get knock up by some random guy. That guy was going to be my fiance but once he discovered these two things he committed suicide," explains the blonde woman as she flips her hair. Abigail takes a step towards Cole getting into his face. " So don't give me any lip!" Abigail then backs off and slams the door in the faces of the two. " Go away you filthy piece of sh*t!" you can hear her yell from behind the door referring to Yumi.

Not even a hello and she already begins acting like the fool she is. Yumi turns bright red as her mother asks if Cole "knocked her up." Such language embarrasses the girl as well as bring up some scarring memories from her childhood. Yumi looks up at her mother as she mentions Krista and then listen to her as she easily dismisses her. Anger builds up inside Yumi and she's not going to let the blonde woman get away with it. The black haired soldier looks at Cole as he protests to her mother about treating her daughters with more respect. Quietly she watches the scene like she did as a child yet, this time, without Krista around, the anger just build and builds inside of her. The sound of her mother's voice pronouncing Krista splits it especially how the event of her death doesn't even phase her. As the door slams in their faces Yumi looks at the door with a emotionless face but deep under that mask is pure anger. How dare she just dismiss Krista like she's nothing. How dare she just.....do what she does! Yumi turns to Cole and looks at the ground, this time allowing some of her emotions show. "There, you met her," she says softly ashamed of the woman who opened the door. _ _______________________ _ "......where she and I would have been together and safe?" xxxxxxxx▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

Cole growled a little as the door was slammed on them. "...No...I'm not leaving it like this..." He said as he knelt down and started playing with the lock. In a few seconds there was soft click and Cole pushed the door in, walking right to her mother. "...Listen to me now you wh**e!" He yelled in her face. "Your daughter is anything but a piece of sh*t! But honestly I'm not too surprised you see her that way, you left her to fend for herself with her sister! You should be proud to have a daughter like Yumi, with everything you've put her through I'm surprised she didn't end up as bad as you! But she was smart, and took a different route!" He stopped and calmed himself. "...Do you have anything here that belonged to your deceased daughter? Since its obvious you don't seem to care I'm sure your daughter wouldn't mind taking it off of your hands.

Abigail goes to walk back to her bed when suddenly the door bursts open. She looks at him with a hateful look as he calls her a wh*re. Abigail blocks most of the things he says out getting every other word here and there. She rolls her eyes like a spoiled teenager as she faces him without a care. Upon hearing him calm down and ask if there was anything of Krista's that Yumi could take she sighs. " Looks like you got b***s kid," she purrs. " I respect that but I don't have anything belonging to those mistakes. I left it all back at the house where I was forced to live because of them. Go back there and see if you can find anything unless it's been bought already," she says as she leaves the room.

She listens to everything he says. No one's ever said anything like that. That's..............the nicest thing I've ever heard....... No one has ever done that to her mother and this was a first. The same feeling from the barracks comes back to her chest. This time, though, it feels softer. Yumi hesitant;y walks into the house and up to Cole where she slowly reaches to touch his arm. Ever since she met him she never imagined him yelling let alone at her mother. Cole took a moment to catch his breath as her mother left before feeling Yumi's touch. He nodded and sighed. "..Sorry about that...I didn't make it much better..." He said as he followed Yumi out of the home. He took the liberty of closing the door behind them before looking back at Yumi. "..Um....sorry about making you come here...I didn't really believe when you said she was this bad...I'm sorry..."

"It's fine. I'm.....I'm glad we came," she says giving him a light smile. Yumi climbs up onto the saddle and waits for Cole to saddle up. The brown eyed girl watches Cole with good intentions. "Cole..................Thanks..........thanks for saying all that stuff......the support.......the compliment.........and what I could never say to her." Yumi looks in the direction of the Scouting Legion headquarters and wonders if Alice had made it back to the room yet. "What do you mean?" she asks. Yumi begins to wonder if her relationship with the Captain has anything to do with this or perhaps it could be the three drawings she showed them. The pictures. There is definitely something connecting those three pictures but what? In all truths, Alice hasn't been acting different, well, that's Yumi's opinion. Cole sighed. "..Well...when I first met Alice she was much more...well...friendly. She wasn't one to just leave your side without making sure you were alright with it first. She didn't run off without letting you know....maybe its just her relationship with the captain or something...but it seems like somethings really bugging her..." He sighed once more and smiled a little at Yumi, trying to cheer up. "...But who knows, maybe she just needed to take some time alone to train...we should head back..."
