1. You must be active.
2. I will not tolerate any finger-pointing, name-calling, etc. among my crew.
3, When using your authority take into account both sides of the story of what may be happening, then let me or my VC know. If it is a big problem then all the members of the Crew, VC and myself will talk it over and decide on a coarse of action.
4, Unlike some other guilds, i rely on the 3 warning system, everyone is allowed 3 warnings before we decided a coarse of action.
5. Things are not always what they seem, the person may not even know they are causing a problem so it is always best to come out and let them know. PM and tell them that others are taking an offensive, point out EXACTLY what the problem was don't beat around the bush or not give them a straight answer of what was wrong and how or why they may have been causing a problem.
6. No editing posts without my permission unless it's to censor things that weren't supposed to be posted according to Gaia's Rules.
7. No deleting post without my permission.
8. No removing or banning anyone without my permission.
