Hobbies:

Drill Team - No, not your average cheerleader drill team. Horseback riding drill team. Sure, she isn't a fan of the uniforms, but who really ever is? It's more about the sweet smell of the hay and bonding with an animal that could easily kill you. It's about perfect equitation and becoming one with the animal you work with. She prefers to ride the stable horses as opposed to having her own. Each week is a new challenge, and she takes pride in being able to ride any of the horses there. She isn't much really for the other people in her team, but she doesn't horribly mind them either. - Here is a video of a RL drill team in action. Yay RL experiences lol.

Reading - She loves to escape into a book. When she isn't with her drill team, she has her nose buried behind some fantasy novel. As an only child, she has no issues immersing herself in the book shes reading. Each one is like a movie playing in her head as she reads. She hasn't really found a bad book, each one takes it's own turn. However, she finds if a movie is made out of a book she's read, they almost never get the right actors to fit the parts! At least how she would have seen it.

Virtues:

Protective - Chloe is protective of friends, family and those 'deserving' alike. She can't tolerate seeing someone picked on, called out, humiliated or trolled for any reason. Hell, she would throw down if need be. Although this is a virtue of hers, sometimes it can turn into an obsession for retribution...

Creative - Chloe loves to create things, she loves art, she loves color she loves anything that would keep her creative juices flowing. Although she is not great at everything she picks up, she often is good enough to sate her interests. Unfortunately sometimes her wallet feels the pain of this more than anything else. On the plus side, if she sees something she likes, she can usually duplicate it for less than retail value, or find someone that can!

Flaws:

Obsession - On one hand, having a drive is a good thing. On another, her obsession almost never lets her let go of something that should long have passed. Those others that needed 'retribution'? Oh, it will come, one day. And by her own hands. There is no 'karma'. Those moments of being creative but not having the money to really get what she needs? Or the time? Nope. She will get the tools at whatever cost, or stay up until 4am, because it's 'almost done'. Her obsession often turns into a very driven, very serious one. She is likely to become more withdrawn, even horribly bitchy if interrupted or if someone is standing, somehow, in her way. Of course, if that is the case, she must eliminate all obstacles.

Anti-Social - 90% of the time, Chloe is anti-social. She prefers the company to her own mind than having to deal with someone else. She would rather look in a store for the item she wants for hours than ask for help. She doesn't trust people, she doesn't tolerate idiots, and she certainly can never leave herself open to being an idiot herself. It's not that she hates people, it's that people are too random. Prone to different bouts of ego or emotion that otherwise make her uncomfortable.

Self Conscious - Being a bigger girl, Chloe is extremely physically self conscious. This is not without reason as being the bigger girl among a lot of thinner, prettier girls while growing up certainly took it's toll. She was quite often the brunt of bullying and has developed a hard and semi mean personality because of it. It's how she protects herself, emotionally. Being self conscious has also fed into her flaw of being anti-social. To her, most people are enemies who are just looking to harass her because of her weight and looks.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Green. A fairly bright green and slightly narrowed. She has a tendency to look mad, even when she's not.

Hair: Her hair is beyond shoulder length, and is a dark golden blonde with a white or light pink streak in the front. Her bangs always change (CC), but her hair otherwise is usually pulled back into two ponytails on the top while the rest of her hair is left hanging under that. Her hair is thick and often tied in bundles and held together at the ends with giant silver metal rings. It's easier to bundle it than flat iron it every day. See Shiva FFX or a female dwarf. (I have pic refs if need be)

Face: Her face is round and she has fat little baby cheeks. She is a little overweight so this really shows in her face. Her eyebrows and lips, though, have a very natural tone/shape so makeup/upkeep in these areas is minimal.

Clothes: She can almost always be found in capris and sandals. Even if it's cold outside. Otherwise she tends to wear a t-shirt with any geek image or saying. Right now her favorite is the 'cat song' that Sheldon likes on BBT. She tends to dress rather tom-boyish on an every day basis. She's not out to impress anyone. She does wear an earth toned anklet and two silver rings with pink hearts for gem stones, though.

Hey! Sorry I totally forgot to respond to this, but I did indeed look it over and I feel that her attacks are varied enough to not cross over! Hey Ktns! Here for your crit before I can stamp this -

Civ side is good, but I would like to note she has one more flaw than virtue. As we would like to see balance between virtues and flaws, one more virture would be GREAT!

Moving to her powered side!

..I'm going to hate to say this, but, unless you are the person whom originally commissioned the artwork, it is asked to change her fuku. It does look like your looking at Lolita styles - it's perfectly fine to use images of photos from google for this or throw Lolita as a theme as well as various cutes and let an artist go nuts, but if using artwork you must have permission from the artist and commissioner since then it is another's design, possibly for an OC.

Attacks! Truthfully?

I like the Basic; though you will want to change the wording to the person whom the target is most infatuated with. I do recommend avoiding slipping into the Lust realm as that is handled by Sailor Ganymede, but the attack looks goo.

You'll want to add how long the projection lasts and how often she can use it - if you'd like a cooldown go ahead, if not it shouldn't be too terrible. Uses generally are per day OR per battle. 15-30 seconds tops is also a good Basic average!

Super looks like a good upgrade to Basic - again, add how long it lasts, and how many uses. A 25-45 second range is fine for timing, and both levels are fine for 2-3 uses really. Since it's great for distraction don't be afraid to go for 3 uses if you like!

Eternal looks a little too close to Love to me. Although I know Infatuation rolls in the first 1-2 stages one idea might just be to use the projection to dupe an enemy into an assist or trip them up - in other words, an upgrade to basic and super, or perhaps making an enemy temporarily infatuated with her or another person.

If you do go to the latter, which should be closer to what it seems you want, you'll want to er towards a 30-40 second cap and 2 uses, though if you like another upgrade you can do another small increment of time and be perfectly OK!
