Regimen: Shoot Lasers from Your Eyes.
Pokemon Participated: Frogadier
Reward Obtainable: 1 Evo Point + Special Attack O-Power.

Allen walked into the large metal room, his shiny Frogadier in tow. "Looks like this is where we get your..." He lifted the paper up to his face again to make sure he'd read it right, "Shoot lasers from your eyes... Mm." He didn't sound so sure. Frogadier looked excited about the targets on the walls and hopped around a few times. Allen cautiously read the words aloud, “Shoot down the targets with only special attacks till you shoot lasers. Arceus, this sounds so ridiculous.” He looked around for the metal door that lead behind a wall of glass, must be laser proof. There was a com system leading into the room to talk to his Pokémon, “Alright, let’s go.” He called to his Pokémon.

Frogadier held a steady stance as the numbers counted down, the targets had all disappeared by now, there was a look of confusion from the Bubble Pokémon’s face, they were there only a second ago. The timer hit zero and targets randomly started popping up everywhere, too many for the Pokémon to track. “Frooog!” He croaked, surprised at the pace they were moving, too fast to be hit by physical attacks, but just slow enough for special attacks. “Come on!” Allen called to his Pokémon. Frogadier nodded, and concentrated. A moment later he began firing thin jets of water at the targets, numbers flashed whenever he would hit one. “You can do it!” The trainer called in support. Frogadier was still missing targets every now and again. He knew he’d have to up his game, suddenly he’d shoot two streams of water hitting double the targets; the numbers soared. That is until Frogadier’s eyes were glowing brightly. An entire circle of targets encased the room, a few blocking the sight from Allen’s placement. Frogadier finally understood. He shot the thin lasers from the power built up in his eyes in a full 360 to knock out the remaining targets.

Allen stood there flabbergasted for a moment, “Well, I guess I know what they meant… Good job.” He left the room, again, the shiny Frogadier in tow, seeming a bit cockier that usual.

Good job smile My only critique is the lasers came kinda without warning. Explain why the lasers came from his eyes. Maybe include a part about Frogadier feeling an energy building up inside himself or a burning sensation from his eyes.
Regardless, congratulations and put that O-Power to good use!

Regimen: Punch a Tree
Pokemon Participated: Banette
Reward Obtainable: 1 Evo Point + Attack O-Power

Banette wafted through the air, slowly orbiting her trainer. She was excited to be out and about, but was worried about the ‘special training’ he’d been telling her about. Of course, there were a lot of human terms she would most likely never understand and be worried about. Not that she minded, she liked being near her trainer, even though he did sometimes do things she thought was bad; like beating up wild Pokémon and stealing things from other humans. In fact sometimes she felt it was downright savage, but that didn’t matter to her. She bobbed around, finding herself in the forest with a large tree in the center of a circle of smaller trees. After a few minutes of circling the tree she curiously glanced at her trainer.

“Banette, we need to work a little on your attack today, alright?” She looked him up and down, what was the problem with her attacks? They always worked before. She felt a little offended, of course she’d never show it, but still. “We have a big mission today and with it looking like Seviper will have to be out of commission, we just have to make sure we’re covered.” His voice was obviously seeped with sadness. Awwww, there was no way she could be offended by that! She puffed her chest out and knocked on it a few times to show her new found determination. She would definitely work on her attack now!! But what would she do? The big tree! It was sturdy enough. She grinned widely, unzipping her mouth.
“Nette! Ba-ne!” She then flew over to the tree, ready to pounce on it.
“You’re gonna attack the tree…? Sounds good to me!” Allen nodded and gave a thumbs up.

She lowered to the ground, drawing her hands up and staring it down. “BAAAN!” She zoomed forward, crashing head first into the tree, it was painful, but she knew it would be good for her. Her little hands papped the tree bark, barely leaving any scratches. She kept working at it, moving to different spots, arcing her punches and kicks at various angles. It was apparent her stout little legs weren’t going to do much damage, so she stuck with punching and slashing. Her little muscles were sure getting a work out.

Suddenly it clicked, she understood what she needed to do, she pulled her hand back, balling it up and lobbed a big punch into the tree truck. Over and over, the energy building more and more, each punch was becoming stronger and stronger, the thuds; louder, until even cracks could be heard from smaller branches breaking up higher in the tree. Finally, she drew back one last time, energy bustling all throughout her arm, and shot a punch so powerful bark flew from the tree and countless leaves fell, shook from their spaces. It stung a lot, but it felt worth it, she felt somehow empowered.

Allen clapped behind her, it was great, he was so proud and she reveled in it. With her training finished for the day, they headed off, Banette again orbiting her trainer’s head.

It's a pass. Sorry, I've actually been trying to type up a grade in my head for the past 5 hours but I'm too sick to come up with one. Pass. Story good. Pass.

Regimen: Bring on the Storm
Pokemon Participated: Larvesta
Reward Obtainable: 1 Evo Point + Halve Flying Resistance O-Power

Ubella huffed and puffed, she'd spent the majority of the day trying to get her trainer to get out and do some training, she wanted desperately to evolve. It had always been her dream to not have to crawl around on the ground to get around. And it would seem as though her trainer wanted nothing to do to help her with achieving that. The lazy b*****d was asleep! How dare he be when she needed the training!?

Well, she’d show him, she’d just have to go find someone else to help her. Hmm, which human looked dumb enough to help train another trainer’s Pokémon..? She crawled through the spacious hallways, making her way down to the training facility; too which Allen showed her the way. Ah, there was a dumb human, a fine specimen, asleep and drooling all over the control panel, but a fine one nonetheless. Now. How to wake him…? She thought for a moment and the idea hit her! She crawled over, lifted the man’s pant leg and chomped down really hard. The man’s voice erupted from his chest, his head shot up, jerking a lever and turning on a bunch of machines through the doors. She could hear them clearly, he looked down at her and lurched forward to make a grab, but was too close to the control panel and smashed his head, knocking him out again.

Hmm… Oh well~! Ubella pushed through the doors and into a room with a towering wall surrounded by a massive amount of fans whirring at high speed. Climb to the top perhaps? Well, she’d just have to try.

The first half of the wall was so simple! The hard part of this was reaching the next spot to grab hold… STUPID HEIGHT IMPAIRMENT!! She fumed for a moment, scanning the ledge she was on for a way up. Great… She’d have to jump for it, and just as it was starting to get super drafty to! With a huff she hopped to take hold of the stone sticking from the wall, gripped tight and pulled her little body along. A sudden gust of wind caught her body and whipped back and forth, forcing her grip from the wall to tighten. She was effectively stuck, unable to reach for the next leg placement without falling. However she wasn’t going to fail! Determined, she quickly shifted her weight to reach, but the gust of wind blew across again, forcing her from place, she felt the weightlessness for a moment as she began falling. Quickly! Think, think, thiiiink!!

Suddenly a thin rope of string shot from her mouth. The wind picked up, blowing her across the width of the wall, and again backwards, giving her a bit of lift and effectively slinging her much highter, she bit off the rope and allowed the draft to carry her for a moment before she stretched to the wall, latching onto it to wait for the next strong gust to repeat the process. Sure, she was technically allowing herself to be thrown from the wall, BUT ALL IN THE NAME OF SCALING THE DARN THING! SHE WAS TOO SHORT FOR THIS REACHING CRAP! She internally raged for a moment as she took hold of the wall again, the top was only a very short distance away. But the way the wind was blowing all the way up here even if she tried to use String Shot again, it was just be blown to a different spo- Maybe if she aimed a different way.. A massive blast of air suddenly howled past, her grip was too weak and she slipped again. As quickly as she could, she launched her thread again and as luck would have it, it hit the mark! She swung around the wall, flying high above and landing at the very top! HAHA! Success!! That would show her lazy, good for nothing trainer what’s what! Now as for getting down...

“So you really want some training, then…” Ubella’s trainer sat in the sand, staring at her. She’d been playing charades with him for the past hour or so trying to get him to understand that she wanted to evolve badly. It took him half an hour just to get it that her legs were so stubby, which he only commented that they were cute. She nodded, sighing that he only just now got it. “Well okay then. We should go for a run.” And with that he stood, towering high above her. Ubella grumbled at his height, and took off through the sand. She could hear a laugh behind her and a moment later the human ran passed her.

She cried out! That wasn’t fair, he was taking full strides! But he turned around and stuck his tongue out, blowing to making a fart sound. She gasped, offended, and pushed herself to catch up to him. How DARE he mock her!? Oooohh she’d show him who was boss. Just at his ankles, she smirked, ready to pass him, but he leaned forward a bit and sped up. Her Lucky Egg felt a little heavy, but was only a minor inconvenience.

“Keep up!” He called to the Larvesta. She was trying her best, but her stubby little legs did barely anything to keep up with her trainers stride. Admittedly she was running pretty fast, but the stupid human trainer’s legs were so long. Still, this would definitely help her in the end and she was partially grateful for it. He was still dumb though, for not initially wanting to help her like she wanted. But why did it have to be running!? Why not lifting or carrying weights or climbing like she’d done yesterday? She fumed, huffing along, trying to catch up to her trainer only for him to quicken his pace. She forced herself to run faster to catch him again; to try to pass him; to beat him. She forced her tiny legs to move quicker and quicker, she squeezed her eyes shut concentrating her energy into her legs to move as fast as possible.
When she opened her eyes again, her trainer was nowhere to be seen. She heard a heavy breathing behind her and glanced back to see him! She’d passed him!!

“Hah! You did it! You win!” He cheered her on. She felt a little pride build up, “Let’s just run down the beach for a little while, okay?” She nodded and they both slowed their pace, running beside each other. Then the burn kicked in, it was there a while ago, but it was finally becoming a problem. The strain that burst caused on her little body was a pretty harsh, but she pushed through it. Only every now and then slowing down to a walk to catch her breath, she then quickly caught up and continued running. “Your determination is nothing to scoff at.” The trainer commented, pleasing her. They continued down the beach for a while before turning to jog back.
