PERSONALITY: "This guy is pretty famous... with his neighbours and the police. His "band" takes the stage after he backs his mom's van out of the garage, and and the names of each of the "band" members are known by the entire police force. This guy is pretty notorious, and knows the names of the entire police force as well as what's currently going on in their life. He's sociable and easy to talk to, if someone can get over his ego.
