Also known as the Temple in the Sky, the temple of Dreams is the most sacred area in all of Zakernand, to locals it is used as a place of meditation. Here you can gather, leisure, or even train in the training areas or in the mountains. The temple was built on a natural phenomenon where the fabric of the Spirit World is exposed, called the Spirit Fissure. Not even the sovereignty are allowed to meddle here without the permission by the Oracle, who governs all of Zakernand and his people. This is where he lives, in the utmost tower. He is friendly to visitors, usually, and cares very much for his land.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣
Through the other side of the portal, the first thing that hit Laxion was the air. It smelled fresher, far lighter if you could describe it that way than the Land of Crows. That musky and Victorian smell was gone. Then incense surrounded him in whiffs that would pass now and again. Looking around him he saw many red pillars that reached high above them, they joined the ceiling with green ribbed discs. Each column was decorated with a darker shade of red, forming elaborate Chinese dragons swirling around them. They were in a great hall with orange glowing lanterns and a pale stone floor. There was a raised floor nearby and upon it stood the Oracle (see above), a tall slim man, with long hair and heavily chiselled features with a heavy-duty staff in one hand. Around them were many circle windows, letting in the dull light that managed to hit the surface of the world through Lucifial's dark storm above them. The rain beat heavily down upon them and reminded them, and made Laxion realise, they were indeed much closer to the source of the enemy.
Each of them passed through one at a time, and Lysandiel gestured for them to walk towards the raised floor where the Oracle stood. When Alexis got closer, she noticed how there were several other figures cloaked and kneeling behind him in a semi-circle shape. Alexis gazed around and never thought she'd get to see the inside floors of the Temple of Dreams. By the looks of it she were on a higher floor too, reserved for only those most spiritual in mind.
"Thank you for coming... Team Elixer" he said nodding to those included, and then he nodded to the others too whilst saying "and you as well. I've heard of your achievements" his voice was strangely calm but strong at the same time. It was the kind of voice that was eerily kind but always kept you on edge, scared incase they would snap at you - just like that - and deem your presence unworthy. Alexis pulled a hand to her chest and nodded in respected, he returned the gesture. "Lysandiel told me you would come, and it's with not a moment to spare. The Elites of Únum are doing their best to control the situation" the Oracle went on, and then his pace of speaking quickened as he turned on the spot to turn to the nearby windows, this one was a much larger circular window looking out to the mountains and clouds, surrounded i darkness, "- yet the demons keep coming from the skies. It's becoming difficult to stop the twisted and deranged from from attacking their own and my Soothsayers predict the cultists to be working in the shadows." "Twisted and deranged?" Alexis asked, concerned. "Yes" the Oracle replied as he turned back to her, "Lucifial's power spreads like a sickness, numbing the mind and turning kin against kin. Even the Unbound have succumbed to the demon lord's madness - aside from two" he said with defeat in his voice. Alexis gasped at that fact, and Laxion looked at her wondering why she had gasped... he wasn't of great knowledge about the Unbound he had heard lived here. She saw the expression and said "The Unbound are the gathering of people - though small - that live and practise at World's End. They have the strongest minds in the world..."

The last to step through even though only a half step behind Dorian, she still was the last one to witness the strangeness and beauty of the land they had just come to. Like air was lighter, in that it didn't weigh so heavy on her shoulders; they were not mourning the dead here. It was fresh and clear, hints of incense of sandalwood and sage, along with many other scents was on the air. It partly reminded Adi of her home, giving her some sense of ease and some tense was lifted from her.
It wasn't trully home though, but close enough...not as earthy; no scent of dirt or hay, horses or other animals...there was no music either. Her home always had music...a home Adi doubted she would see again.
It was the Oracle that drew her attention back to the task at hand; her honey amber eyes opening when she didn't realize she had closed them. He was a lean man, far more definition in his muscled frame then she thought a Oracle or monk would; hair far longer then her own and darker from what she saw. His voice firm and kind in the same moment; authoritative to gain ones attention without being arrogant or disrespectful to others. Adi listened intently just as the others did, even Dorian gave the strange Oracle his full attention.
With the subject of the Unbound she was about as clueless as the rest, though she had heard stories and legend of them...all second hand from her gypsy people; stories based on from those that apparently had met them long ago.
Dorian knew who they were but certainly wish to know more. Even when they were not as far from his place of resistance in most other people's cases.

Ruby
The purified atmosphere that surrounded Ruby was a relief from the Land of Crows musky air. Claudia was sure to the odd smell and dark decor so stepping into this bright place felt so strange to her. However, she took pleasure in Ruby's enchantment because she looked like a curios puppy and speaking of which, where was her dog? Claudia didn't dive to deep into the thoughts since the divine aroma of incense invaded her nose. Meanwhile, Ruby admired the architecture of the crimson red pillars that reached up to the ceiling that had rich, emerald green rings circling it. The floor shined and was more appealing to look at than the black tile flooring of the Black Palace. Lastly, she noticed the symbolical Chinese dragons constricting the pillars and it was breath taking to see beautiful works of art displayed. Although, the rain pounding against the windows remained her that everything isn't as whimsical as it appears to be. The dull orange light from the lanterns almost made Ruby's skin look like a natural color which Claudia catch at the corner of her eye. She wouldn't never wish for her sister to have been born normal because she's one of a kind. Claudia converted her attention back to the tall, warrior/dragon Oracle that stood on elevated flooring. He seems strict, but appearances are deceiving even with outrageous eye brows.
All them eventually formed a line and walked in one at a time up to the Oracle. Lysandiel directed each of them along the way, but he was intimidating and Ruby was waiting for him to snap. Ruby found her spot between Alexis and Laxion watching Alexis observe the tranquil circle of monks behind him. After a few minutes of silence, the long haired Oracle's voice obliterated Ruby's worries as he thanked Team Elixer specifically. He addressed the others with a nod and Claudia nodded back because she never found her achievements spectacular, she was just serving justice and finding happiness. Claudia turned to Nyru for a moment to smile as Ruby watched Alexis bowed professionally? Wait, was that a custom here!? Should I do the same? she panicked in her mind and mimicked anyway just to be safe. She accepted nothing in return.
The Oracle informed them that he knew of their arrival and began to reveal the serious matters of their situation. Ruby straightened and listened carefully as he went on about the instigating wars. The Elites from Unum begin over powered by demons and even their own were returning against them, not deliberately of course. Not only that, but the Oracle's Soothsayers foresaw the cultist allying Lucifial to make a seemingly unbreakable force. Ruby felt sick when the man explained that Luficial was like a disease, infecting anyone he touches. As if the circumstances weren't bad enough. The Oracle then mentioned an unknown group of people called the Unbounded, but even they weren't enough to stop Luficial. All their members had surrendered except two which concerned Alexis. Ruby and Claudia stood there silent because they didn't what to say. Ruby mostly was leaning towards an emotion overload and severe confusion.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣
Everyone was fixated on the Oracle, his words like wisdom to them all and none of them dared to challenge his information. He saw how some of them reacted to the mention of the Unbound, he could sense it in their spirits. "Yes" he said continuing Alexis' little bit of information. The Oracle said "They who practise restricted magics and release their mind to ward the very rim of our world. Many of them have fallen, others acting against their will and two of them" he paused for a moment, "two of them will be with us very shortly.". Just then, thunder roared across the skies and a flash of blue light swiped across the large window nearby, an explosion could then be heard on the side of a mountain nearby. The Oracle looked over a few moments after everyone else did and sighed, some figures could be seen in the distance fighting, that was when the Oracle quickly began to walk around and behind the cloaked figures behind him and he sharply stopped and turned to face them. "There is a prophecy" the Oracle began, eye brows narrowed, "listen to my Soothsayers, they speak it and they repeat it each day yet it means nothing more with each passing moment. Yet I do not feel it brings us hope".
Laxion and Nyru prepared themselves, the two of them suddenly standing only those few more inches closer to each other, then Laxion placed a hand on Ruby's shoulder. Nyru exchanged a glance with Adi and Claudia as the Soothsayers stood up and pulled down their loose hoods. There were four of them, each with long hair obviously hidden beneath their robes. They had a blank stare when they opened their eyes, like they were looking right past the group of champions before them. All at once they spoke.
"...And when darkness falls, truth shall turn to lies as Vigour is lost within the souls of men. Redemption shall not be handed - and Torment will spill blood. Death, in darkness, will be free at last - as the betrayers lie in ashes.
Justice will shroud the first men as Reason remains unanswered. All Sincerity will be sacrificed - and all dead will see the Underworld again. Demons will run, only, when she stares, and spirits will plea for life.
Darkness will fall when the Armies of Black and Crimson, divide the souls of White and Blue."
Lysandiel was the first to react, thought no one could see it beneath his hood, if he had a face it would be twisting with uncertainty and - perhaps fear. It wasn't until the prophecy had been fully divulged to them that the first sentences made sense, and the High Angel was quickly turning to stare at Adi. His lifeless hood stared deep into her eyes, so intense that she could probably imagine golden eyes staring into her soul. "You're resonance is unbalanced" the Oracle stated, looking at Lysandiel. The angel broke his gaze with Adi and said "Yes. Your prophecy is none helpful nor hopeful. Yet I fear it must be true." "Why is that?" Nyru asked, being judgemental. "Because Vigour is indeed lost within the soul of a mortal" "But Redemption. You are Redemption" Laxion added, speaking of the next part of the prophecy, "As long as you are here the prophecy must be lying" he begged. But Lysandiel didn't answer, "It is not for me to decide the fate of our future..." he finally said, thinking back to the last meeting he held with the Inner Sanctum in the Heavens.
((This bit is purely extra and isn't really important, but I feel its worth adding it as a sort of flashback for Lysandiel))
There was a giant circular room, there was no floor but there were five thrones that reached from the bottomless ground to the highest portion of the tower. It was a alrge and grande room, stained glass surrounding them, semi-circular balconies facing the inside behind each throne that was complete with stone-carved wings. Each throne was filled, all accept for one, which had an extra set of wings on its back. When Lysandiel sat onto his, he saw that empty throne and felt an emptiness in his soul. conversation began, but only minutes later the sanctum was filled with frustration, a harmonic and beautiful tone sung with an aggravated tempo, Scentiel said "But you have interfered with the mortals enough, Lysandiel. They do not show the perfections that must be attained for what you seek". Sincerity was slender in draped in cloth and ribbons, her hood light and rimmed with golden embroidery. "I must agree" came another voice, this time calmer and filled with an immortal 'age' to it, Reason sat upon his own throne, though Mesraphael's darker colours yet strangely twilight glow contrasted their's, it was but the wisdom hidden behind his hood that darkened his soul. "I cannot advise that this is a good choice. You may believe the mortals to be redeemable, but after witnessing how they destroy themselves I think we should all conclude that without a doubt it is not a worry for them to be wiped out". Lysandiel couldn't believe his ears, if he had any. He bellowed back at them, standing from his throne and his wings flapping just once in his rage "How can you convince yourselves that letting the demon hordes of Hell take a magical realm would be wise?" and then, the final voice intruded. this one was adamant, young and sharp like steel with a hum to it that was still about to calm any mortal mind. "If justice is met then they will wipe each other out or there will be a stalemate, as there has always been" Injustira said, his pure white hood reflecting small traces of blue in its embroidery looked like small, minuscule streams of water. Injustira raised a hand a gestured, his hood turning to the other High Angels in turn as he said "If you honestly believe there is a Greater Demon about to invade Magic-Earth, then present us with some evidence? Even then, the gate is destroyed and the armies of Hell will never overwhelm the mortals. " That was when silence fell across the sanctum for some moments. Lysandiel stared from his hood around to them all, and sighed. "There is a darkness. It is in the minds of men and it is polluting them. They lack the vigour to-" "Vigour, was lost long ago." Mesraphael interrupted without guilt. It was strange how he so strictly spoke out with such a calm tone, "Mortals damned Vigour and now that is which the very thing they lack now. Zurial's fate is lost" "And what of the fate of the mortals?" Lysandiel asked. Each angel turned to face Mesraphael in that moment, his dark black wings, feathers woven of dark light, outlined with a twilight glow went still. Lysandiel prepared for the worst, and Reason replied "their fate is not yet written. Many reasons cloud it". "We vote" Injustira then said, standing with his spear in hand, "All those whom disagree to sacrifice the purity of our realm for the mortals, say so now" "I deem this unsafe.I am sorry Lysandiel" Mesraphael announced first, and then Injustira took it upon himself to know he disageed already. He then looked to Scentiel, who sat with a silence, "And what choice does Sincerity feel most comforting?" he asked. "I will allow this to pass" she admitted, looking to Lysandiel "I agree but only because it may be of some comfort to not sit unknowing of our true enemy.". Injustira then sighed, and said "Very well. Since there is no one to overrule our 2/2 decision... go at your own risk. Only volunteers will follow you Lysandiel. But I warn you not to get lost within Redemption, for it is not always available. This meeting is over."

The Oracle explained a few things further for them which Adi was glad of; certainly cleared things up a bit. There was still that hint of mystery that the Oracle just seemed to innately emit from him as he explained. Then the mystery of the prophecy itself was told and Adi listened intently. The first words of the last bit of phrasing bringing back the memory of Adi's own fortune telling that she has simply done without really knowing why.
"Darkness is coming..." she breathed out.
The gypsy's mind though quickly wandered back to the two lines prier that clearly mentioned a woman and her stare. Vigor was mentioned as well and felt a twinge of recollection for Zurial but nothing else; silent was the angel's voice in her head. Adi wondered if they were implying that 'she' was the one they mentioned in the prophecy; she didn't want to seem that self centered, but Lysandiel seemed to think that was the case. He quickly turned to her, though his face if he had one hidden beneath his good, the angel's stare was strong and unsettling, but Adi didn't waver. Rather she seemed to straighten as a golden glow and sparkle of light appeared in her eyes as she was standing up to challenge his stare. Plus the faintest outline of her wings could be seen coming from her back, ready to fully come into being at a moments notice but never did.
Lysandiel turned away and to the Oracle, Adi had to agree with this words though; that whole thing was rather confusing and unhelpful. But hearing Laxion and Nyru reply to it, she adjusted her footing uncomfortably now as they talked about Zurial stuck inside her.
"Hard to believe...I came along on this quest as a request of help since I could strike the demons down so well...now we know why I guess." Adi felt a little angered as well as a bit unsettled. "Hard to fight fate sometimes..." Or was it merely dumb luck on her part...hard to say that to.
Dorian at the gyspy's side smirked. "So it would seem...usefulness becoming requirement from the sounds of it. How you are to be useful in all this is the question...wouldn't happen to know any of those details would you?" the dark magic user asked staring between the Oracle and his soothsayers as well as the high angel. "Hard to move forward without a plan; rushing in blind will surely get us all killed."

Ruby
The Oracle went into further depth about the Unbound for those whom didn't know of their soul purpose. Evidently, they block their minds of worldly complications but it wasn't enough to shield themselves from Lucifial. Even they were tainted, and the two that remain are on their way to assist. Adi must have been physic or something because as she mentioned the darkness it reared its ugly head near the temple. Suddenly, a blue lightening flash zoomed pasts the largest round window and the sky bellowed down at the earth as if it were laughing. Ruby covered her ears automatically and ducked down out of habit, meanwhile, Claudia watched the chaos frozen in place. An explosion erupted on the mountain and smoke could be seen rising from the spot. They weren't close enough to make out what was exactly happening, but they could figure it out. The Oracle observed the battle in dismay before swiftly turning to his men, walking behind them, and then looking to the heroes. The Oracle bequeathed them with a prophecy and demanded that they listen to the Soothsayers ever word. Although, he assured them that the prophecy is leading up to nothing and contains no hope that they are searching for.
Laxion and Nyru studied themselves with the worst and after Ruby composed herself, Laxion soothed her. She cupped her hand over his and slipped one hand into Alexis's hand. Claudia noticed Nyru glancing at her and Adi, and nodded to him as the Soothsayers revealed their faces. All the robed men were identical, their hair even grew to the same length. Once their eyes opened, Ruby felt exposed as if they could see through her. In unison, they enlightened the group with the truth and now Ruby shook with terror.
The first part of the prophecy had already come to pass and the rest followed sure enough. Lysandiel reacted to the second part of the prophecy by looking to Adi for Vigour was lost within her. The Oracle saw his struggle and notified both of them that Adi's resonance was divided. Lysandiel turned back to the Oracle and admitted that he feared the truth of the matter. Nyru was next to speak out of turn, and deny the prophecy becoming reality. Of course, Laxion tired his best to back him up, but it was to no avail. Adi started to question herself and Dorian wanted to confirm the plan since everything sounded like it was falling apart. Ruby went over the prophecy in her mind and remember what Lysandiel just said. "You're right," she said a bit unconfidently as she looked up to the hood angel. "You don't decide our futures, we do. This prophecy sounds like a set of guild lines and for it to be true everything must fall into place. Like it says, "Redemption won't be handed" then don't hand it to us...make us earn it," she became bolder as she released her companions and stepped forward. "Let the blood spill and the betrayers turn to ash. Let's have reasons remain unanswered and people pleading. But, through all of this we won't give up. Let's target where the enemies are attacking and go from there. Let's fight!" Ruby didn't even her speech as inspirational, she was just saying what she felt.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣
Adi commented on how she was able to fight down the demons so well, and having now knownt he explanation. Laxion almost felt like it could have been to lighten the moment almost, but he hoped too much for moments like that. That was when Dorian spoke up to Adi, questioning her almost. They had to admit, they hated the guy, but he was quite wise. The Oracle stared back, he wasn't sure whether to feel offended by the way that Dorian looked at him. The Oracle but walked through his Soothsayers as the ladies put down their heads and moved behind him. Dorian then commented on a plan, but before the Oracle could have his word heard, Ruby cut in.
She spoke about Lysandiel's little comment on fate. She had a good way of thinking about it, maybe that is what Mesraphael was saying, when he said he could not read the fate of the mortals in his labyrinth of Reason. To her first comment, Lysandiel's hood tilted back in surprise, she said not to hand redemption to them because they had to earn it. He stood silent and let her continue. Laxion, Nyru and Alexis began to turn to face Ruby as they began to feel more inspired in this fight, even thought it would be more difficult than anything they've faced so far. "Good idea" Alexis began, turning to the Oracle, "Where do we go?".
He nodded as he said "You go directly north! The armies of Zakernand can defend the outskirts and the towns for now, the earth elementals have forged a safe route closer to World's End and we can get you there within a few hours witht he Air and Water elementals' help. You need to strike Lucifial at the centre and make him powerless". The others agreed and moments after, there was a great explosion heard far behind the ORacle, far behind one of the far walls and the sound of rubble could be heard. "We must leave whilst we have the chance!" Lysandiel called, drawing his long zweihander blade from the light, turning tog esture towards another exit, then the Oracle quickly shouted "HURRY, I'll slow them down!". That was when the next wall trembled and exploded into the room int he distance! Once the dust began to clear a giant, horrific worm like creature with rows and rows of sharp teeth stood high, purple cracks through out its horrific body. Over its long gigantic body crawled scythe wielding demons, thin as sticks as well as powerful cultists leading the demons. "GO!" the Oracle yelled to them, turning around with his Soothsayers as he spun his staff in one hand and raised the other. From the ground came a blue essence that spiralled around him and to his glowing palm, thrusting it forwards it was like a giant blue bomb that exploded on contact with the demons. The blue aura smothering them all, he then quickly thrust his staff tot he ground,w here the ground cracked to life with blue light. From it, as it hunted down the demons, erupted the spirits of the dead, here to fight once more, "DEFEND THE TEMPLE, NEVER LET THEM CROSS INTO YOUR REALM!". The Soothsayers then swiftly pulled fine curved blades from beneath their robes, (sorry i forgot to mention they were women xD) women, ready to defend their temple.
Whilst this took place, Lysandiel jumped from his place in one smooth action before landing at the exit, ordering them all to leave. They all ran, like they had never ran before, some of them couldn't help btu feel like they should stay, but if they did they would ne letting Lucifial have more time to desecrate the world.
(We'll stop half way for some stuff then after just a short while i'll take us all to the gates of World's End, sound good?)

Everyone seemed to have ideas and plans of their own, but all of them not truly painting a picture of a promising end. Even the Oracle had nothing of a plan to contribute and oddly enough the youngest of their group was inspiring them all to fight..inspiring some vigor of her own. Dorian glanced at Adi upon noticing that Ruby did that. It was faint but perhaps she saw a glimmer of hesitation, worry and doubt in her eyes. Ever since they had left South March and the death of her stallion, Adi had not been the same. The darkness in her was spreading and though interesting as it was...would it be an issue in the battle to come? And if he had no time to tame it what furies would it unleash? Too many questions...to many uncertainties, Dorian did not like it. Hearing the strong voice of the Oracle again, the strange holy man directed them north; attacking their enemy at his heart. It was something, but not really any sort of plan. Neither did it leave him much time to train the gypsy; the frustrations were endless. But things were only going to get rockier and that quickly became ironic as the enemy attacked them then; a large worm that carried more irritating but lethal demons. The Oracle stood to defend as Lysandiel jumped towards the exit the others following...except Adi. "Gypsy we're leaving," Dorian yelled. Adi herself stood there staring at the demons with an unbridled fury, but a worry still resided in there for the Oracle and his soothsayers. In a flash of light wings in full feathering pure white view and a lance like sword in her hand, the woman was leaping forward to assist. With some concentration she was able to conjure a wall of golden light and thrust it at the attacking forces pushing them back and any of those touching it bursting into flame; least the weaker ones. The Oracle though wielded power she didn't expect and was fascinated by. He told them to go, but Adi couldn't. "We can't leave you here! A temple can rebuilt but your lives can not be replaced!" she called to them eager to have them with them and safer. "Rur'Adika we must leave and leave now!!" came Zuriel's voice in her head so loud and strong made her cringe in pain. Adi struck down demons that came forward reluctant to leave them when outnumbered by a horde like they were. It was Dorian that grew quickly frustrated with the selfless woman; it was such an irritating trait. Wrenching her away with his inhuman strength, his gloved hand clasped her chin in a near bruising grasp. "We are leaving gypsy, whether you like it or not. I will knock you unconscious and carry you over my shoulder if you continue to be stubborn about it."Adi was so shocked that she was speechless and took Dorian pulling her toward the exit to get her moving. Still even then she looked back at the fight group of people calling this temple home. OCC:◑__________________●__________________◐

Ruby
The Oracle had parted through his female Soothsayers as they silently headed back to their spots. He was about to indulge Dorian when Ruby interrupted. Claudia saw her sister as a beckon of hope noticing that all eyes were on her. Lysandiel's hood tilted in surprise and her teammate supported her decisions. They all wanted to exterminate this darkness from the earth so Alexis asked where they should start. The Oracle nodded and announced that they are to head North of Zakernand. The armies will be defending the nation while they took a secret elemental made route to World's End. Lucifial will be there and they must strike him down before he consumes all of Magic Earth. As everything seemed to be going according to plan, an explosion disrupted somewhere behind the many palace walls. Lysandiel unsheathed his mighty swords and pointed to the exit as the Oracle insisted they leave too. Ruby and Claudia weren't able to take two steps as a gigantic worm demon stormed the palace. It bared its many rows of teeth and wiggled about showing off its cracked purple exterior. An arsenal of demon and cultist jumped over the worms slithering body ready to raid the temple. The Oracle demanded that they leave at once because destroying Lucifial is the true objective here.
The robed woman gathered around their master and a blue light expanded on the ground beneath him. The celestial light swirled around the Oracle as he spun his staff and thrust it towards the creature. The worms head was practically taken off by the power beam before Adi barged in. She stubbornly wanted to protect the Oracle and the Soothsayers as she summoned a wall of golden dust. All the demons that hit the wall were catch on fire and reduced to ash in a matter of seconds. Ruby stood there and looked back at the gypsy and others as Claudia tried to shove her along. Eventually, Dorian got the woman's attention and made her follow by force leaving the others to fend the temple.
Ruby took out her heads and Claudia stung her bow while they ran ahead. In front of them, enemies advanced from either side and they had no choice but to clear a path. Ruby fired a bullet's left and right taking the demons down one by one.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣
They ran and they ran, cutting like blades through the countless monsters that tried to intercept them along the way. They themselves were like a centipede crawling through the corridors of the Temple of Dreams until they reached the outside. Lysandiel took care of some of the threats from above. Shouting and grunting was all that could be heard from the nearby mountains as the team forced themselves down one of the slopes to quickly get down towards one of the make-shift paths up north. When they got to it each of them fell inside the hold one at a time until after the last person, darkness consumed them. the glow of wings was all the light they ahd until flames lit from Elementals along the new corridor. It was triangular in shape, the point above them, probably defensive to slice anything that tried to land on top. Laxion stared down into the darkness of the pathway, and he didn't think he could see an end to it. The Elementals did not say anything, but Alexis could tell they were quietly observing the outside of their tunnel, hoping their brethren's earth work would keep them safe. "This way!" Lysandiel echoed, walking now as he could not fly. With haste he lead them all down this dark corridor for some time. Sometimes battles could be heard on the other side of the walls, sometimes explosions... other times there were complete silence.
"The tunnel ends here" Lysandiel said, getting out into the darkness of the night that had fallen over the land. It was hard to tell where they were at the moment, sometimes it was hard to tell if it was even daytime with Lucifial's darkness taking over. "I need an illusion if you will, Alexis" he then said, his hood looking to his wings behind him. Without saying a word the would-be graduate wizard waved her scythe near Lysandiel. The magic was invisible, it was a simple charm that Alexis had to keep aware of until she lifted it. The tentacles of light then became but thin air behind him. "They're gone?" Laxion asked, it was obvious, but he asked it anyway. "You're looking too hard" Alexis quietly said to him "Just relax, like you're looking through glass, not at it." Like she said, he looked again, and after a few moments he began to see the wings appear again, an illusion.
The night was cold, colder than it should be in Zakernand thanks to Lucifial, "For now the demons won't find us, as long as we keep low" Lysandiel said "The surviving Unbound are waiting for us nearer the monastery, we should be there in a few hours even if we get slowed down".
It was strange, Nyru thought, he was so used to being thrust into abttle but this time they were like snakes, trying to get closer without being caught. He agreed with the plan, but it wasn't what he'd been used to the last year or so. Alexis meanwhile had been thinking too harshly about Zurial. He hadn't spoken from Adi for quite some time now, and she could sense the tension between Adi and Lysandiel. It wasn't here fault, was it? Alexis often wondered, but she was sure Adi could not be to blame for anything that had come to her, from what she'd been told... it has been horrific. Lucas was close by, for once he was going to be a part of the battle too, but he often kept away from the others. He for one kept a close eye on Dorian, as well as keeping his head to his scroll that told him secrets from the Syndicate and the Guildeam. "There is a problem" Lucas admitted, voice stirred, almost like he hesitated. He looked between Adi, then Ruby and the Lysandiel. Lysandiel turned around to face him, black hood looking confused even without a face. "The Jewels" he said again, "They're missing, all but the Sapphire Jewel. The Crimson and the Black Jewel were taken when it was attacked last week!"

Dragging the gypsy along was more then simply irritating the girl too shocked to protest. They were joining the group once more and heading out of the exit before Adi finally managed to get her barrings and snatching back her arms. Dorian glanced back and found the woman glowering at him, almost ready to slap him for threatening her and man-handling her, however seeming to put in place priorities. Seeing the demons swarming around them, Dorian transformed effortlessly and his sigh of relief and enjoyment only heard by the gypsy so close to him. Wings unfurling and claws sharpened and at the ready, the dark magic user struck out and sliced the enemy to ribbons. A fanged grin of enjoyment the sign for all those that wanted to watch him that he was in fact enjoying himself. Lysandiel unleashing his own weapons upon the demons as they gradually made their way further across slope and land alike in desperation to reach their destination. Perhaps a few scratches and blood splatter later, they made it to the tunnels that the Oracle had mentioned prier. Darkness descended on them as the tunnel closed. "I hope they're alright..." Adi breathed clearly troubled at not being able to help more. The sounds of the battle outside and how it raged on not helping the matter. Dorian mentally rolled his eyes, as entertaining as the gypsy could be, she was just as easily just as frustrating. With a none to gentle push in the direction of the other angel that led and lighted the way, Dorian took up the rear. The tunnel seemingly endless as they continued onward but eventually they came to the end and Alexis doing her tricks to hid Lysandiel's wings. Adi seeing this with an effortless and barely a thought, her double set of wings dissolved into nothing. She acknowledged the seriousness of what they were doing and for her just how dangerous night made it. Dorian turned on her and gave her an even stare. "One touch of light magic of yours and we'll be seen like a lighthouse on a clear night," he said firmly in her ear. She glared at him over her shoulder. "I'm aware of that...""Darkness only gypsy." That was all he said as he watched the other file out of the tunnel and into the night around them. Course then the mention of the Jewel's came up in hushed tones. Laxion glancing between the two angel's and Ruby as Dorian listened into the bad news he let them know of. ◑__________________●__________________◐

Ruby
Most of the demons were slaughtered by the boy's in front of them and the ones they missed were killed by the sisters. Adi, Dorian, and Lucas would clear the rear of any scum trying to reach the Oracle. Outside of the temple, an orange afternoon ambiance painted the sky and enemies from above intercepted them. Lysandiel held his sword up high and swung at the flying abominations as Claudia and Ruby assisted. The teams aggravated voices echoed through the mountains from fighting and sliding down the slopes. Filing into the dark passage, the golden testicles wormed there way thought the faceless angel's wings providing the only light for a split second. A row of Fire Elementals on either side lit the way, all the way down the passage and it created an optical illusion. The passage went on for miles and Ruby calculated how many hours it would take to reach the end. It estimated out to three, almost two if they run the whole way. Lysandiel gestured and urged them to move forward hastily. Claudia kept a light jog hearing Ruby's rough breathing behind her. When they heard a battle near by, they both looked in that directions as if they could see through it. The explosions caused the passage to shake while sections of dirt sprinkled from above. Although when it was silent, Ruby just wished for more commotion to drown out her thoughts.
The night's gray atmosphere was at the end of the passage, and the team embraced the fresh brisk air. Anything was better than that stuffy passage. Lysandiel's wings were still glowing so he asked Alexis to cast an incantation to hid his beautiful wings. The arcane wielder whimsically swiped her scythe past his wings and they soon become visible, but when he moved a certain way they mirrored the surrounds. The surroundings even looked distorted similar to when you're looking through glass, which was how Alexis explained it to Laxion. Ruby could hear Dorian insulting Adi by telling her to tone her light powers before they get captured. Ruby turned and glared at him just as Lucas did before Lysandiel gave them their next instructions.
Laying low is the key until the near the monastery. The last of the Unbound were waiting for them, but they still had hours of travel to get there. Ruby felt more tense than ever and hugged herself fighting against the cold. Claudia looked to Nyru for support and occasionally glanced at Ruby becoming more concerned. If the prophecy is true, how will the blonde cope with losing the only family member she's got. Lucas closed in examining his scroll when he announced there was a problem. Apparently, the Crimson and Black Jewel were taken last week leaving the Sapphire Jewel behind. Alexis still had control over it, but at some point the Jewel and her will be divided. Besides the point, Lucifial had been several steps ahead of them. Putting the pieces together like a puzzle, Lucifial could be a suspect for taking one of the Jewels or both. Ruby pressed a hand to her chest feeling it tighten as she looked helplessly to each teammate.

Alexis was already feeling uncomfortable after watching Dorian say something to Adi, too quiet for her to make out. That man was cunning, and his true motives here remained unclear. She still didn't trust him. But after the news about the Jewels came out, the feeling of death and hopelessness became more real. Nyru then exclaimed "that's impossible! The Black Jewel was in the safety of the Therians!" he could remember it in that chained up chest, untouched for countless years. But Lucas shook his head "The Therians made their presence obvious to the Guildeam when they warned them that the Black Jewel was missing. Looks like they believed them" he said, looking over his scroll once more for more runes that might explain what has happened. "Who did it?" Laxion asked in a hushed tone. Running a finger along the runes, he replied "There's no saying, the tower is still being cleaned, let alone repaired. There's no evidence and whomever was at the tower was long gone before Valorius could get there. " "This means we could be facing a much stronger enemy than we previously thought, though already powerful. If Lucifial has the Jewels then he could be near unstoppable." "Who would do such a thing..." Alexis sighed, unbeknown to her that one of the robbers stood before her. "Wait" Alexis added, "The Crimson Jewel. En'radial's soul is locked inside of it!". She tried to stay quiet but with each sentence their situation was sounding worse and worse. How could they possibly fight against two Greater Demons, let alone beings of immense power that have control of Jewels. She could only hope Lucifial didn't know how to release her...

The sun has set, I close my eyes I pretend everything's alright...Drowning in anger I can't pretend everything's alright...Please don't let me fall forever... There's a hate inside of me like some kind of master! I try to save you but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need you with me as I enter the shadows
━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
She did not know who En'Radial was...but from the reactions of Alexis and the group Elixir, clearly it was no one good. Knowledge of the Jewels and the fact that some were in the possession of Lucifial was disturbing to say the least. Just the thought of him along made Adi shiver in dread, but knowing that the Black and Crimson Jewel were in his hands, dread was a cold heavy rock in the pit of her stomach.
How could they win in the beginning and now with the Jewels, the odds were truly against them.
Zuriel's golden comfort wrapped around her reassuringly beneath her skin. Though not physically or that anyone else could see, beneath the surface and around her shaken soul, he reassured her without words. Angel of Vigor indeed; it made her smirk, the most of a smiling she had done since Croix had been slaughtered.
"We can't worry about that right now...we need to keep pushing forward. Thinking about plans but we first need to get to where we are going before we can do anything. Prioritize and one foot in front of the other."
Least that was Adi's thought, the sooner they got there the safer they were rather then exposed in the dark like this.
OOC:

Nobody hears me, as I suffer the silence I'm holding onto you...I'm holding onto you There's a hate inside of me like some kind of master! I try to save you but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need with you with me as I enter the shadows
