The fae had a chime to her laughter, Fauna recognised it and then re-established her understanding of Quin, of course, that's why she had teal hair, for she must be a Fae. Something she'll bring up later. As Quin also agreed and dismissed men, the two laughed it off. "i get the feeling we'll get along just fine, Quin" she said, turning around and crossing her arms as she looked up upon the towering colossus - Tiānshǐ shíwù. It was too tall to count all the many floors it must have, not to mention how many kitchens, how many employees and how many customers, but it seemed to flow nicely. The bottom floor was the waiting area with a bar and some entertainment. The great doorway was a giant golden arch with dragon decoration circling around its columns. As they walked up to the steps leading the to arch way, big enough for two doubledecker buses, an employee stood in oriental clothing of red and green and said "Kangei, Huānyíng, Welcome".

Fauna bowed in respect to him slightly before following his gesture into the bottom floor. It was beautiful. "the two of us please" she said at the small waiting desk. "So, what's you're first thoughts?" she asked the Fae, she could already smell the food from upstairs, and it made her taste-buds melt.

"This way please" asked the waiter, the two women followed him and weaved through some people before reaching one side where stone, giant tablets rest on the floor. They were great circle, like giant ancient Chinese coinage. As they stepped on Fauna leaned majestically on the wooden edges, it seemed like they were in an elevator, where the walls only stood high enough to lean your hip on them. Looking up, you could see all the way to the top floor. The waiter then clasped a stone pen of swords, with etching on its as he put it inside a slot of the elevator, soon enough blue light gleamed through the cracks of the elevator's floor as a magically essence began pushing them upwards. They zoomed passed countless floors of tables and diners, then a kitchen, then some more similar floors, now and then tipped with another kitchen and gorgeous smells. Soon enough, they were on the floor for them. They were lead to their table, it was in a nice corner with shelves fo books around them, a vase or two with lillies in them and a nice, wide window overlooking the city. They were... really high up.

"thankyou" said Fauna, taking her seat and gladly taking a seat, crossing her legs lavishly. The waiter placed down the menu's as Fauna leaned back and crossed her arms. "So where exactly do you come from?"

Unfolding a menu on the table before her she began reading over some of the contents whilst listening to Quin at the same time, occasionally looking up to show she was listening. "hmmm Direwoods" Fauna began. "then i presume you haven't been far down south, either? Though, it is the sovereignty's turf, i get a bit irritated by all those scholars and scientists, know-it-all wizards and the kind. but if i had to choose... i'd go to Entei, they have clubs" she added with a grin. Thinking of South Occulas two main things sprang to mind, towering cityscape of Entei, and the city in the sky that was Skyfall, the Injustira's capital had nothing on Entei for Fauna, Skyfall was just a bunch of white spires and libraries, courts and halls. Where as Entei had clubs, shopping centers and everything modern. It was perhaps the most modern in Maigc Earth compared to all the cities.

Finished looking at her menu she waited for the waiter to come round pretty soon, she had a few things on her mind. Fried Gobbles and some fried rice. the menu had a variety of foods, some traditional, others more inclined for those that lived in Zakernand, like the Fried Gobbles. Gobbles were like water chestnut, but with a sweeter taste, wonderful Fauna thought.

As she had expected, Quin hadn't gone too far south to the more populated towns or cities. Fair enough, sometimes people could get in the way. As for price of the restaurant, it was... rather expensive. But Fauna shrugged it off. "Don't worry, I'm a regular" she then glanced over at the young male waiter coming in their direction, he was fair, medium length hair and dark eyes. "Aren't I, Airon?" and the waiter looked almost startled. "Fauna, your usual?"
"Naturally... and if you're lucky we'll get some pillow talk", then he almost blushed and wrote down her usual order, then he looked to Quin and when she replied he took note and walked away. Then Fauna looked to Quin and remembered to mention "You don't really think i sleep with him? It's a tease the boy enjoys more and more each time, he'll charge us half-price so he's worth the time

"Well, i do my best to please" Fauna said with a little smirk, leaning back into her chair again. Fauna wasn't really one to care about impressions from others. She got by her own way, never really hurting anyone, she thought. She enjoyed having a little entertainment, and so did he. Doing this by herself all these years she never really had to worry about anyone else. And then she thought, if Quin is blushing now, wait until she saw Fauna in action, if she had the chance. "blushing already, Quin?" she asked, "surely i don't have that much of an effect" she joked.

Fauna was surprised, Quin was not exactly like Fauna, and Fauna was not exactly like Quin, but they got along better than most people. Fauna was never normally one for staying with anyone for too long at a time, she always thought it was far easier to get things done alone than rely on others. But despite her attitude at most times, despite her flirtatious style and sarcastic comments most of the time, she was a battle-born warrior, hailing from her ancestry of Rome.

She smirked however at Quin's response to blushing. As for the tea, Fauna shook her head lightly with a hand up to politely say no. As the young girl walked away, the young man from before returned and said "Your usual, Fauna"
"Oh, you certainly know how to play a girl" she teased back, taking from his hand a red lollipop. It was not like most, the sweet at the end carved into a rose shape. As the boy walked away, she admired the lolly and then opened her mouth, setting the sweet upon her tongue and closing her lips around it. Between speaking she would always take it out elegantly, before replacing it after her sentence.

After only a short while longer of waiting, their food arrived, the young man holding Fauna's, the young girls holding Quin's. The food was steaming, and it smelled like the food of the gods themselves, filling Fauna's nostrils with sensations no person would discover elsewhere in Magic Earth. The last thing placed before them was chip sticks and a green and gold napkin. Soon after, they were left alone again to eat their meal in peace.

"so", Fauna began, removing her still unfinished lolly from her mouth and placing it aside on the unused saucer. "How often do you use that bow?", Fauna asked, interested, the world was for the most part peaceful... unless you were looking for trouble. But then again, Fauna lived that way, it may have been very different for Quin.

Beginning to pick up her food with her chopsticks, she elegantly draped food onto her lips as they captured it. Quin, explaining her use for a bow made Fauna stop eating for a moment as she raised a brow and said "you hunt for food? My, my" as she took another gulp of her food. Fauna then continued to enjoy her meal, small talk here and there, gorgeous, teasing glances at the young man across the room every now and again. The natural view somewhat helped, as well as the plants around them, it gave them some fresh air and something to look at incase she got too full with food, nothing worse than feeling ill from devouring too much mouth-watering food.

Gazing out though, she did notice a flock of birds rush from one set of buildings. Brushing it off as a cat or something she took another, slow gulp of food. But then she turned her head against as she saw a lamp post get wobbled, and then fall over silently in the distance. "How amusing" she said, placing her chin on her fist, staring out of the window. "Looks like someone is having another tantrum over energy bills..." she then narrowed her brows on the spot over yonder. Then there was a tell-tale sign of what it really was, as the very small spot where the lamp fell she saw the entire area turn dull for a second, and then that's when Fauna placed down her chopsticks. "That's no tantrum" she then corrected herself, looking to Quin, almost suggesting she should have something to say about it.
