Following behind her, Bluu could only manage a smile. It felt a bit strange at first, being in a new pride. But then he'd found a brother, and so many other relatives, that he didn't feel so bad. His birth pride was a memory now, with the Pridelands filling his time and very being. Hunting here was different than in the mountains, something he found he rather appreciated. He just couldn't quite get over how WARM it was... He paused by the lioness, lifting his head and closing his eyes, smiling a bit. "It is... Though it's not as cold as the mountains..." He flicked an ear, suddenly looking around. "I don't think we're alone, Warrul.."

 Essien had once more decided to venture closer to the pridelands than he probably should have. His mother would have been slightly furious at him for doing so but he still did it. It went against the outland rules but he didn't care. If he wanted to enter the pridelands he would do it and no one was going to tell him he couldn't. That wasn't to say he was blindly arrogant enough to believe he wasn't in any danger. Just as he crept closer he noticed that he was not alone at the pridelands border. In fact there were two others just on the opposite side. His pace slowed as he reached it's edge, not stupid enough to venture closer. "Hey." He said in a casual greeting. Essien hadn't been to the pridelands in a couple days and he wondered if he would see the lioness he had met before. Obviously that wasn't going to happen today. Oh well. Whoever these two were he wouldn't mind sticking around and meeting them.

Green eyes danced with joy as Warrul went up to the apparent rogue. "Good morning! Lovely time for a stroll, isn't it?" She looked him over, trying to place his face. "You look somewhat familiar... Have we met before?" Perhaps he was a rogue she'd met while living outside the border... But he looked younger than Bluu, and she didn't recall meeting too many cubs outside the pride. Perhaps he was from inside the pride? There were the lions who had split from the pride, unhappy with the choice of heir being a grandson of the king. It reminded the aged lioness of the Outlands. They'd been somewhat successful... Until things got too harsh and, as far as she could tell, they gave in and asked to be let back into the Pridelands. They were splintering off again... So perhaps this lion had been BORN here, but taken out when his parents decided to splinter with the others.
Bluu was glad he couldn't look into Warrul's mind. If he could, he'd be deeply confused. He eyed the other lion, also trying to place hi. Of course, a lot of lions here, he found, looked VERY similar. While it made him miss his birth pride where lions didn't tend to look related to lions not actually related, he was both glad to be in such a diverse pride with so much activity, and to have... Not yet met Warrul's family. She said they all shared similar markings. A lot. Even a few generations out from her parents... He looked the brown lion over, cocking his head to one side. "If I may inquire, who are your parents?"
