She was back. She wasn't sure how she felt about being back, but here she was. Amusing how the oasis she had found herself trapped in was now a thriving herd. The blood must be long gone by now. Soaked deep into the sands.
Yasmin stood just beyond the line of trees into the sanctuary, Aludra pressed tight against her stomach. The little filly was warm. Yasmin could feel the sweat against her own skin. There was little she could do about the heat. They had to travel here, as a favor to the Nova. Mostly it was for his son that she agreed to do this. An innocent child caught up in all this. She didn't like having to bring her own children out this far, but it was for the best. Aludra was destined for this place anyway. Back to the beginning.
She wondered if the children realized that. Probably not. Children didn't care about the deeper meaning of things. In time they might come to understand. They would be spending enough time here for them to realize. Or maybe she would just tell them the story when they got just a little bit older.Ice_Dragon_Demon Muse crapped out. Feel free to toss Tenar and/or Nash in here.

Angetenar had seen the brown colt to his family here enthusiastic and innocent, Tenar hadn't the heart to mention how he'd seen some look at him. The colt would learn that in time, he had been happy to meet the rest of his family, a brown mare clothed in transparent fabric and another stallion that resembled both the mare and Nahusha's father, probably a half brother.
With That Tenar had left with Arch his and his mate's son. But how things changed. Since the time he'd found Yasmin a large heard had taken residence here, it was amazing how much this place had changed from the deserted oasis it had once been it was so lively now stars everywhere. He couldn't help but recall the nostalgia of it all.
Upon arriving he'd been getting strange looks too oddly, he doubted they had ever seen an alcor before. His ears and tail were strange to them all, his son was no exception to the same glances. Tenar looked at his child fondly as they made their way back to Yasmin
While his father was looking at him, Arch was too busy to notice he wanted to take in this whole place it was amazing and so different often the colt had slipped on the way here, the sand was unstable but here where thing grew there was hard ground, at least more stable then out there on the dunes. He wished he could fly sometimes.
Nash his cousin had been so happy to finally meet his family, and Arch had been happy for him but he would miss his cousin quite a bit when they left.
Ah there was Mother. He had lots to tell her, but this is where she'd come from, and it was everything he'd thought it would be but she probably had more for him to learn and wouldn't want to hear it. Arch still Quickened his pace and smiled eagerly at his mother. He did often like some of the lesson's he was given even if he couldn't quite understand the meaning behind them.
"Mother," he said affectionately his feline tail swaying back and forth, he could feel his father smile behind him.
