I'm going to go straight to the point here y'all!
Firstly I would really like to see the Arc highlight Team Aqua's and Magma's Anti Hero Status. Mix it up and let's show that this new thread will be different and highlight the new (or should I say original) concept. Throw in some break in's, raids, hassle some trainers maybe.
Secondly, I would like for Tier 1 to entertain the idea of creating new Magma Admins for respectable Aqua members that could be near the same status. It creates a more involved storyline and lets us build our character profiles by having a relationship with other characters. This will let our characters explore their minds, motives, and valor. Also, it creates a more involved RP response from whichever members by triggering an emotional response; in turn leading to a richer Reply.
And the last thing I can think of is to maybe change the response layout somewhat. Instead of the usual, "Defeat a trainer with however many pokemon..." We can add a sense of team work by splitting the team up and assigning different tasks that the Crew Member would see fit as far as Rank goes. This will also add a new creative twist that will force members to talk amongst ourselves and be more creative with how we approach and complete the tasks at hand.
That's all I have for now. I'd really appreciate if we can all start posting on here and giving our opinions to all the Tier 1's.

I'm gonna grab Maddys attention on this, cuz this is juicy.
First point - we're working on that. I don't know if you were here for them, but in the first RP, we broke into the Devon building to steal "THE GOODS". that's why like... 4 people have that in their siggy lol. The next, we broke into Slateport museum, and the third, we broke into the Safari Zone to steal pokemon. Until Archie is ultimately overthrown, we will continue to make it a point to focus on Aqua's anti hero status, and when the time comes to introduce Magma, which it hasn't yet, we will make sure to do the same with them. A point I will bring up to Maddy, however, is to include Magma in a bunch of our RPs they are introduced, though. I think it's important to have a strong rivalry with them established.
Second point - it's definitely a thought. We're reworking the Magma team as we speak, hoping to revamp them. The only problem with creating member-specific foes is the case of : who do we single out and how do we decide who is deserving to have one? We want everyone to be able to have a fun role-playing experience while keeping things as equal as possible. We just don't want feelings to be hurt, but it's something we will definitely talk about. I know back in 2009, I had a rivalry with Mars from Galactic, which no one minded, so it's a possibility.
Third point - I don't fully understand what you're getting at. From what I can piece together, it seems like a great idea, but execution might be a little difficult. Elaborate more, and we'll talk.

Well that's fantastic!! Let's all note that I'm sure we all greatly appreciate it! Love it!
Mmm..I see your point. Perhaps we can we can send a massive PM to our active members and ask for nominations, that may include themselves, along with a small summary explaining themselves. The top however many, perhaps 2 or 3, will get the chance to have their Magma rival. Or perhaps we can scrap this lol xD
As for the third idea yes it would be slightly difficult. It would require the members to open a chat tab and come up with how they will approach and complete the objective. Way more creative and hands on approach to a reply.

Go and read through the Devon Good's RP that Jeff led. I think he did exactly what you meant in your third point.
As for the Magma rivalry, if people want to single out specific Magma members to have a rivalry with, I don't mind. Magma should be introduced in our next RP, as our current arc is basically the plot of Emerald with a few tweaks.
By the way, we are looking for people who might want to play a second "NPC" Aqua member who would side with Archie when it comes time to defy him.

If you wanna make a bad guy NPC for Team Aqua, go ahead. I don't care who does it, as long as they're willing to temporarily build a second Pokemon team and such. I call Shelly razz
