The kage summit is where all each kage from different village come to one place to discuss work when something is happening when a kage arrives to the summit they must have at least two body guards with them "The Gathering of the Five Kage".

Chakra: 400% "I detest and avoid needless bloodshed."
Yoshirou walked in, his immaculate white and green robe smoothed out and freshly pressed. A lone seal tag hung from the green hem of his Kazekage's hat, swaying gently like a leaf on the tree that was his ceremonial hat. Yoshirou knew what the meeting was for, but he wouldn't say anything yet. Instead, the young man sat down, folding his hands and sitting patiently at his chair.
"But for you, I'll make a special exception."

 Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,770 Kanji Active/Inactive It was a long trip from the village to here but when arrived Rikyu entered inside the summit room with An'na and Ryan two of his jounin body guards and there was Yoshirou Miyagi the kazekage. "Hello Yoshirou seems like your the first one here." Rikyu said to him now everyone who is missing had to be here.

Yoshirou turned to the source of the voice, his lips turning up, the hints of a tiny smile apparent on his face. "Hello Rikyu," he said, cracking his neck softly. "So it does. How's the village been?" He asked, resuming his pose at the table. He hadn't brought any guards with him, but he was confident that nobody was stupid enough to attack a room full of the most powerful people on the planet. Thus, he had come alone, speeding along on his cloud of iron sand all the way to the Summit. He was still curious what was going on, but he wouldn't get too antsy yet. "So, Rikyu-san, do you know what this meeting is for? It's been quite a while since I've had the pleasure of being with all of you."
"But for you, I'll make a special exception."

" Hello my fellow kage's" Keiza said as he was heading to his seat at the table. Both of his guards just stayed at the door as Keiza instructed them to. Nobody would dare attack another Kage doing so would immediately declare an attack on an entire village. On the other side Keiza has always proven to be someone capable enough of decapitating an enemy within mere seconds due to his "abilities" that he grew up with. "So we're the first Kage's here huh?" Keiza said as he took his seat and as he looked around the room to see who arrived at the summit before him. ~~

Yoshirou looked curiously at the two Sharingan-wielding Uchiha, chuckling to himself quietly as he noticed their affiliations. Konoha and Kumo, not exactly on the best terms, at least historically. And even worse, the most famous of clans belonged to both. Yet another reason Yoshirou was glad he didn't bring guards. Being of practically unnoticeable birth did have a few advantages, after all.
The Kazekage looked towards Keiza, giving him a small, polite nod. "Indeed we are." He waited, motioning for Rikyu to speak about the problem he had motioned before.
"But for you, I'll make a special exception."

Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,770 Kanji Active/Inactive Rikyu got up from his chair he was the first to speak towards the others. "I call everyone here to discuss a problem that happened not to long ago the incident occur in the forest of death with a huge amount of chakra appearing out of no where. Bunch of my jounins and myself head there only to discover...that someone used the dead soul technique to revive the previous hokage before me who was known as..Kiyoki." Rikyu took a moment for everyone to sink in the information that was just told. "Kiyoki didn't know who brought him back from the dead, but after he went out of control in the end he recover his memory telling me that Phobos and other man with white hair who are Satoris members are planning something big that may affect our villages." Rikyu said.

The Kazekage laced his fingers, breathing out a sigh of exasperation, and just a little contempt. "Oh joy," he huffed, the corners of his lips turning down petulantly. This certainly wasn't too good. Those damn Satori members were getting more and more antsy by the day, and it seemed that only a good routing and perhaps a few executions of their members would make them stop. Damn, troublesome business.
"So, let me get this right. Random flash of chakra, your predecessor is revived by Satori, and you put him down. In his re-dying moments, he tells you who did it. Am I correct so far? Good."
Yoshirou stood up, arching his back and stretching with a groan of pain. "But of course, as with all things, Kiyoki didn't have the full story, and he either doesn't know or didn't tell you what exactly this pair of Satori are planning. So we have basically nothing other than a sneaking suspicion."

That's when he told me that the Satoris had something to do this and yes you are correct." Rikyu said to him.

Shi appeared in the summit room arms crossed a scowl etched in to his face, His eyes covered by a white bandage which had red spot bleeding through on the bandage were his left eye should have been located. Shi moved his head around in silence taking his time to single out the chakras in the room.......Some he recognized all to well from past failed attempts of assassination for the village to prosper of course, But that was on a different note he was here for a single reason and that was to give his input on the most recent situation. Shi made his way from the middle of the room and headed to Rikyu avoiding any obstacle that stood in his way with ease as if he didn't have bandages on his eyes. Shi standing beside Rikyu leaned over and whispered quietly "It would be unwise to tell the villages incident problems so freely......Some enemy's can be right under you nose Rikyu-sama......" Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,770 Kanji Active/Inactive Shi was right aside Rikyu whispering telling him that it was would be unwise for the village incident problems and that the enemy could be under his nose then Rikyu got up from his chair. "So far the incident that happen will continue to happen any time, any place." He said.
