During Nintendo Direct, it was announced that a Celebi will be distributed for those who download and access Pokémon Bank by Sept. 30, 2014.

Pretty cool, I heard it also comes with a new move called Hold Back.

According to a few sites, Celebi is being reported to be level 10 with the Ability Natural Cure and have the moves Hold Back, Recover, Heal Bell and Safeguard.

Hold Back is a move that cannot be learned during normal gameplay. It is similar to False Swipe, where it will always leave the target Pokémon with no less than 1 HP.
