tl;dr version: Verisiel, Vanya's sister, is going to be weaponised. Vanya will ??what is life?? for a bit before going to seek vengeance.

Story so far: Verisiel is a guard in her flock - something she spent her whole life training for. The problem is; nothing threatens her Flock and so all her training has gone to waste. There are other guards in the Flock and they've found other things to interest them upon realising their position is.. for show and nothing else, but Verisiel is much younger than them and is very devoted to her job, even if it's pointless. She doesn't want to admit that she doesn't have a purpose.
So, the leader of the Flock sensed her restlessness and decided to send her to Halloween Town for a bit, thinking she might be able to discover something else to distract her - or maybe her sister could be of help. This was the first grain of sand that started tipping her scales - she useless she was sent away like a child. Despite her feelings on the matter, disobeying isn't something Verisiel is about to do and so she goes to Halloween Town, rents a small apartment and here she is.
Future Chapters: Vanya and her sister have a strained relationship. Because Verisiel spent the majority of her life training, she never had time to play 'big sister'. She doesn't agree with Vanya's decadent lifestyle and obsession with beauty and Vanya thinks Verisiel has a stick in an awkward spot. I'm hoping that by being closer in location they might actually.. socialise a little and get to know each other. Verisiel can learn to appreciate the finer things in life and realise that Vanya isn't as prissy as she thinks she is. etc'. I'd also like Verisiel to make friends in general. Even casual bump into each other awkward small talk friends is a step up from what she has - which is nothing.
While Verisiel might make a few friends here and there, they're never going to fill the emptiness she's feeling. They'll be a distraction but distractions are temporary and won't prove useful for long. During her time in Halloween Town, I want her strength to be tested. For her to lose fights against those she thinks weaker than her. She's very dependant on her skills and strength; if her belief that she was the strongest and most skilled warrior was taken away she'd not have much more to stand on. (these can either be dice roll battles or pre-determined battles. c: )
It's after these instances that the Hunter should approach her - when she's at her lowest point and she's pushed everyone away. When everything she knew isn't real anymore and she's lost. When she's finally admitted that she's pointless.
*** This is just a rough thing of what I want to happen. It's very likely things will go differently and aspects may be added or taken away. c:

Vanya Verisiel's younger sister. She's currently a Y2 student in Halloween Town. She doesn't know much about her sister but from the few encounters they've had together, it's obvious that they don't share much in common.
Verisiel Vanya's older sister. Guard of the Flock. Currently residing in Halloween Town at the request of her Flock Leader. Unsure how to interact with her sister - or others in general.

What I'm Looking For
Verisiel
Friendly Encounters Either with students or citizens. Just people in general to try and get to know her. It may or may not be successful and it may or may not last.
Spars Some for her to win, some for her to lose.
Encounters with Hunters I don't want her only experience with a Hunter to be with the one who initiates her weaponisation. She can encounter others - those who are stronger than her and beat her in a fight, those who are just curious about her. Anything.
Outcast Situations in which she's an outcast. Perhaps a student friend of hers invites her out with a group of others but Verisiel just doesn't know what to do / say.

Sister RP RPs of Vanya and Verisiel together. Could be someone is more interested in Verisiel or perhaps Verisiel realises how much her sister is idolised (lmfao wat) and is jealous? Just generic 'hi this is my sister' RP.

LOLLY I would love to offer pretty much any of my characters for this, but mostly:
- Amrita (Undead Alumni) has extensive experience with Hunters, but Halloween-side she's fairly sweet and unassuming. She tends to get rage-y and murderous when Hunters are involved though, especially with weaponizing.
- Needle (Y2 Ghost) has friends with Hunters, but she's not aware of what they are. She's very quiet, and curious, and will tattoo anyone who even hints at wanting one.
- Jeremy (Sun Trainee), that while generally pretty dopey has a serious hate-on for Halloween.
- Ripley (Death Trainee) and has no experience with Halloween and so far has no opinion on them so long as they're not fire elementals, so that'd be fun too.
TL;DR I have a bunch of characters that could fit into most of your plots for part 1, and I'd love to help!

danny: can easily get into fights with people, lots of experience with hunters but not really uh ... she's not going to explain it well she's dumb
ami: is a butt and can continue to be a butt. she is an extremist who thinks all of halloween should be eradicated so if u want someone to 100% oppose her heyo ami
chel: also a hunter but would probably want to do ur harpy i mean what. she'd just be nicer about it if u want that
ying and lock probably wouldnt be much help to u either but if u need them they're here yay

I have Siddie or Nahm for spars, win or lose - Chaya is still Y1 and is thus kind of useless in a fight yet. >.> Any of them would be willing to make friends, though. Warning: Nahm is a creep and will hit on her.
If you want non-aggressive Hunter encounters, Jordan generally doesn't initiate aggressions and is willing to chat with students in the HH or through golems.
