After hearing rumors about this.. strange manor, Rachel decided to take risks and went to explore the area first. As she first found nothing after searching for an hour or two, she went to approach the manor's front door. Frankly, the door was open. Rachel hoped that she had prepared herself for whatever will attack or approach her. Quietly she opened the door a little more before she placed a foot inside. As soon as she did that, a strange aura hit her. This was.. something she never felt before. Humans would feel a sign of fear from their own conscious, but while Rachel was a Noctorus, she felt an eerie presence. It was something she never had to deal with before. She started to believe that this wasn't a good idea, and that she fell into someone's trap. Or, this could be a joke from one of her friends, trying to freak her out. Either way, Rachel would continue, no matter what.
Rachel continued walking, until she stood in front of the main stairway. She heard the door shutting itself behind her with a soft clicking sound. Yep, there was no way back now.. Great.. just great.
She held her hands close to her guns on the straps on her legs, in case she had to shoot something or someone for her own protection. As soon as she heard a sound of something falling, she quickly draws her gun and aimed it at the direction of where the sound came from. She bends a little through her knees as she did so before parting her lips. "If there's someone there.. Show yourself! Unless you're a coward like that." She seemed confident about the things she was saying. She was somehow expecting a friend to show up behind her to scare the living crap outta her.. but on the other hand.. she knows that the eerie presence means something.
