Class: **** HP: 100/100 Description: This creature is entirely covered in armoured platelets, making it very, very difficult to find a weak spot. It will also released electrical charges along its spine that become dangerous if left unchecked for too long. To neutralize this, the electrical charge points must be attacked before they literally explode and knock Hunters back outside of its blast radius. Upon defeat: Has a 100% chance of dropping Insanity remains usable for the R & D.

No, I don't. Even if... She knew Armagnac had a very valid point. Jake had lied, and not just a little. He could have just told her he wanted to try being friends. He could have decided to keep nothing but a working relatonship with her. But no, he had gone and said he wanted to try the more-than-friends thing. The dating thing. He had gone and let her believe that was what he wanted. Too good, too perfect , too easy. Had she just been making it up? Had she just assumed what she wanted to believe was true? Maybe, but he had let her. Right up until she had asked. How long would he have let her believe it? The stupid jerk, she would have been okay, eventually. Being forgotten had hurt, something had broken in her...maybe she had just been too eager to patch that up. And now... It hurt. The black, empty cold was back, but this time the edges were hard and sharp. It hurt, and she was angry.
So why was she helping? Because she was a fool. But she couldn't just let him die. And if he failed at this, he would die.
Sherry didn't agree, even if she was feeling used and betraed and broken. Silly girl.
She sighed. At least a titan might take her mind of it for a moment.

She knew now. She knew everything, so why...
He didn't deserve this. SHE didn't deserve this. Even after everything, why did she continue putting up with him? He didn't understand.
With a sigh, he only shook his head, and took off, landing on top of the titan without too much trouble.

Of course he didn't deserve her help, but he didn't deserve death. And Sherry, well, she was just plain angry. Anger was the safe emotion in this case. Better than the sadness and confusion and the hurt. As long as she was mad, she could pretend she didn't want him to be lying, and she could pretend that he hadn't been right. But she had gone and deluded herself because she'd wanted it so badly. Gah. She was just plain stupid.
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. Good.
Except it didn't help with setting up her end of the equipment. Not that she was moving very fast anyway.

Because honestly, what kind of a*****e does what he did? He didn't just lie to her a little, or for a short time, it was practically systematic and prolonged, his lying to her. Hell, it sounded like he'd planned the whole stupid thing. Would it really have been that hard to tell her the truth of his feelings after a day or two? Did he really think she would have just up left, not helping him in the least?
And then there was her. So stupid. She knew it was too good, too simple, too quick. Why did she let herself actually believe all the crap he gave her? What was wrong with her?
And why was she standing her trying to help him with this stupid titan hunt? She shouldn't. She'd just hope, and she really shouldn't.

"Don't get electrocuted." She couldn't believe she'd offered to continue helping. Stupid. Sure, she didn't want him to die, but surely he wouldn't if she wasn't here. Someone else would help. What was wrong with her?

He was a little worried when he saw Sherry stumbling about like that, and was about to ask if she was alright, but managed to stop himself. No, she was like this because of him. He really didn't understand. Why was she still putting herself through all this?

He winced slightly as he caught a small discharge from a nearby spine, but it wasn't. The sooner he took this down, the sooner he could tell Sherry to go back to her room and rest. His own issues were one thing, but he didn't want it to lead to someone else's death.

Watching, waiting, watching. It was repetitive, and not what she needed. There was just enough to keep her busy, what with watching Jake and staying out of the titan's way. Just enough to keep her busy, but not to occupy all of her focus.
Just how stupid had she been? Very, it seemed. His birthday, shopping, the general downtime they spent together... Lies. Was he that good at lying? If he were, it would make sense that she hadn't known he was.
It was reflex that had her wiping at the tears. Dammit. She couldn't afford to cry. Not now. Not with titans and not where he could see. She needed to stay angry.
"Sparks." She didn't bother to tell him where they were.

If getting electrocuted could lighten Sherry's mood and the atmosphere, he would have gladly run into one of the sparking spines voluntarily. Having her still help him despite being deeply hurt wasn't making matters better for either of them. She wasn't focused, and it wasn't just him who risked danger, but her too.
