Welcome to the great DECEMBER RAFFLE! We are giving away SEVEN CHARACTERS: 5 Students, 1 Horsemen and 1 Hunter, all spirited for the holidays!Rules:
- This is open for EVERYONEEE, especially YOU, NEWBIES! Make sure you read the requirements for each students if you are a non-newbie with two characters or more!
- This will run until the end of December at Dec 20th at 11:59 P PST! You get one ticket PER DAY of entering and posting!
- We do ask as this is a free raffle that you at LEAST be interested in roleplaying at This is Halloween! We have a wonderful newbie guide dedicated to helping new players as well as a great community and GM team here to help you along the way! If you have any questions, you can always PM the mule at We Are Halloween!
- Hunters and Horsemen are recommended for more expert rpers, if you are BRAND NEW at TiH we recommend the student to get started out with first!
- You can post more than once depending on the requirement fulfilled, just don't post more than once for the same premade to try out!
- If you have already won a free character in the past 2 months you are on cooldown. Please wait until after the 2 months to give others a chance to win!
- This raffle features 7 characters - one Horsemen, one Hunter, and five Students! To read about their factions, please go to the newbie guide and check out the different faction events! In addition check out the announcements thread to see the latest events going on that your characters can participate in!

- Use the REGULAR TICKET CLAIM form below and post your claim! You may claim AGAIN for the next day when the day rolls over at 11:59 PM PST (PST time). So if you posted 7 PST, you can post again the second it is 12:00 AM PST the next day, but will have to wait till 12:00 am the day after. Every day is ONE raffle ticket
- You can claim one ticket every day!
- At the end of the week on DECEMBER 20th, we will roll 7 winners!
