Rules:
1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, visit Shops and Armories, and dig up items in the desert.
2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above, including but not limited to meatshielding, building Supports, opening Doors or Chests, and talking to Fargus in Chapter 16x.
3. All Gaiden Chapters except 22x and 26x are required to be visited. 22x and 26x may be visited at the player's discretion, and don't count towards the total turncount up to 20 turns taken per chapter.
4. Other units may do as they please without penalty.
5. Defend chapters count the last played Player Phase for turns if the timer is waited out.
Penalties:
1. Undrafted units have a 4 turn penalty, per unit per chapter.
Exceptions:
1. Meatshielding is allowed for Chapters 4 and 13x.
2. Lyn, Kent, Sain and Wil are free for Chapter 15.
3. Undrafted Thieves may be used to obtain necessary Promotion items.
Drafting:
1. This draft is for 5 players.
2. Eliwood, Marcus, Merlinus, Serra, and Athos are free for all to use.
3. Ninian and Nils are drafted as a pair.
4. Geitz and Wallace are drafted as a pair.
5. The game will be played on Lyn and Eliwood Hard Mode
6. For Lyn mode Lyn will be free to use

Count Mand and I in as one. Just talked it over with her and she wants us to give it a shot. I don't know how well this will turn out, but it sounds fun and challenging.

Well, if Sue wants to do it, she can have the spot. Especially if other people are picking one's units and this is for turns. Not a fan of combining those two aspects.
I enjoyed it for FE12 because FE12 has a huge cast and the purpose was to use units you'd never touch normally. I imagine most people have used the entire cast of FE7 by now.

Alright it's drafting time. The order for drafting is:
1.Marshmallow Kitty
2.Queen Melethia Dagon
3.Misuki Marishima
4.Kashigan
5.Sasuke no Katon
This is a snake style draft so it goes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,1, etc.
The list is up on the first post and there is indication for characters that are in both Lyn mode and Eliwood mode.
It is Mallow's turn to draft. Happy drafting everyone and lets get the Winter 2013 season started.
