The first little discussion I want to bring up is my main three Bleach characters and a new one I'm making for here. As well as some changes to them. I plan on porting them over over time. (Hopefully if this guild is successful, which I have a feeling it might)
I consider Kazuki my 1st Gen. Bleach character, him being made two years before I joined gaia and made Kaida, however chose for Kaida to be my 1st character here.
Kaida being my 2nd Gen. character. I made a lot of changes with Kaida. Originally Kaida being a male from what some of you would remember, however in the past few versions (Which I used in another guild and stories) I changed Kaida to a woman, due to the bio I made for Kaida really works for a female character, and I actually paired Kaida up with Kazuki (They really do go well together in the things I've been making with them, and they need each other, due to their pasts being strongly intertwined).
Soranosuke (Sora) being my 3rd Gen. Originally she was a captain in an alternate timeline that ended up crossing over somehow, and in her timeline her and Kazuki were a couple. However I changed her long ago in a friend of mines guild and this one is more creative is better. In this version she was a captain 200 years ago who got trapped in the Precipice world while chasing a criminal and got effected by the Dangai's time manipulation and ended up in modern times. For her it was only a few minutes, but in reality she's been gone for 200 years.
Right now I'm working on a 4th Gen. character, Saruhiko Haruka.

We need to put up a character limit at some point. I'm not sure how many will be allowed but I'm just putting it out there. (Mostly just leaving this note here for myself to be honest.)
ALSO
I'll work on my profile when I'm not working on the guild, Kaida. It may take me a bit since I'd like it to be very detailed and correct this time.

Comes into the room with my cane, top hat and dark attire. With a devilish smile I tip my hat to the guild and spin my cane as cards go flyings and spin around me.

Sonus Venti Comes into the room with my cane, top hat and dark attire. With a devilish smile I tip my hat to the guild and spin my cane as cards go flyings and spin around me. "Greeting and good evening new acquaintances, I am, but a humble hater with a chaotic twist. Good to meet you all and question, if one wanted to be the Squad 6 Captain, what should they do?" To become Captain, one would have to make a profile that (of course) shows great detail and lists your strengths and weaknesses. This, of course, is basically what any guild member would have to do but Captain's profiles need to be a bit more lengthy. Also, an example of a fight and how you use your powers in battle will be needed as well. It should be sent in a PM to me. If you do not wish to give this example, then I would also accept a paragraph explaining why you think you would make a great Captain for the squad.
Honestly, I prefer the fighting example but whichever you feel comfortable with is fine. I'm not incredibly picky right now seeing as the guild isn't open yet but still do your best to show me how you'd make a good addition to the Captains ranks.

Not to be a bother, but I've just been looking around and noticed some things that could be addressed at a later date (after all, the guild still being built). Namely, there is no maximum on the amount of abilities one may possess with their zanpakuto (as personal abilities are a different matter). This is something quick and easy to take care of and I was simply curious if this was done on purpose or simply forgotten. Secondly, less importantly, we have two Hueco Mundos. Just a suggestion, but to remove front page clutter, we could turn the uppermost one into an OOC Subforum, which would give us a whole new place to work with. Just a thought, but either way, I can at least change the first one to something else so we don't have two Hueco Mundos. Lastly, addressing your own concern, as you've stated, we have no character limit. Personally speaking, three's always been a good number to me, so it really depends on your own feelings on this. Although I'd like to also place a reminder that a glass ceiling will almost certainly be necessary (perhaps not immediately, but it will) to prevent people from having, say, three captains (although early in the guild's life I can understand not having said glass ceiling). Just some thoughts.

As for limit to characters, I think it should be where by default you get 2 characters, and for each 100 posts you're allowed another. Crew could have 3 by default, VC's and up 4 or 5. I know I use a bunch of characters

I know I use a bunch of characters The limits on abilities are still being worked on. It's pretty simple actually. Low level kido, bakudo, etc. for the soldiers; higher for the officers, etc. Character limits however, I am still undecided on. I don't want a bunch of people having tons of characters and mixing up story lines, etc. so my decision isn't made as of yet.

As a note, I was thinking about making the Head Captain an arrancar. It'd be a good reason for them all working together.
My other choice was Arisa's sister who is exactly the opposite of her but I don't know. I think the first one would be a good choice because it adds some...what's the word... 'spice' to the story line I guess.

'spice' to the story line I guess. Perhaps. As for the Arisa thing, I thought you said you didn't like her. And it would make things interesting, and it would be interesting for those that follow the old way to be hostile towards this.

I like the idea. Implementation may be a bit difficult, but make our friend the Cero a Shinigami, and call it good faith ruling. Central 46 Could even be dissolved. That being said, backtracking to limits on abilities, I was more specifically referring to the maximum number of release abilities one could have in Shikai/Etapa and Bankai/Segunda Etapa.

1. Yes Kaida. I despise Arisa which is why she would have been opposite. But I like the arrancar/espada idea most because it's something new to our version od the Soul Society.
2. Hmm I'm not sure but you make a good point. I hadn't thought of it yet. What do you two think? A good number may be around 3 or 4 possibly. It would depend on the abilities and their strength, etc.

A question for the two of you (and also to give me something to do while I'm just sitting around and being of little help otherwise), we have the names of the different Divisions and their specialties (Emergency Deployment and Command, for example). Although entirely unnecessary, as their duties/specialties are fairly straightforward, do either of you see a reason to have a mildly more detailed explanation of each Division? Just a thought while I'm sitting here more or less twiddling my thumbs.

I was actually planning on giving the descriptions of each division. I was going to make a sub-forum in each one of them with an overview of what the duties and missions of each division are based around and such.
