 It happened again, she woke up in a strange dark place. She felt cold, scared and confused. There was so little she remembered, just bits and flashes of a time she felt disconnected to.
The last place that seemed to stick out, and the only place that felt at all familiar was Tuatha'ri Lake. Standing on the edge, the young angel just looked. Searching for anything familiar, she found herself dishearten and alone.
With wings wrapped tightly around her small frame, Menolly walks the beach. This place stood out as brightly as the lighthouse she almost remembered. That was silly though, there was no lighthouse. Nonetheless she spent some time looking for it before finding the lake. Something about it felt like she had been there, certainly more so then anything else so there she was.Shicala I tried,title was just for fun

 Adamm hadn't done much with his sister AND mom in a while, but his mom had insisted they get together and visit. He was forgetful but his mom had reminded him daily so he wouldn't make other plans so he just wanted to get the day started. He flit down from the city and landed atop a large rock on the beach, he looked back up towards the city and cups his hands around his mouth "Hurry up you two slow pokes!"
"Hold your horses Adamm we're coming!" She was only 10 yards behind him but she'd not been in a hurry as he had, she had decided to just land along side her mother. On her own insistence they'd brought a really big beach blanket and a huge basket of food, which had more then enough for the three of them. And of course her brother had refused to carry any of it. Carrying the blanket in her arms she flew alongside her daughter. "You know one would know know he was complaining about this this morning" she muses to Naomi who just laughs and shakes her headEvilSilverDragon sry for slow reply, was healing in my MMO game

Giving up, the angel fell to the grown with a strangled sob. Hitting the soft sand, Menolly couldn't control the tears. She felt so alone, and so confused. Wrapping tighter within herself, the ball of wings and limbs almost didn't notice someone had arrived.
The unknown male's voice caught her attention, but for a moment she thought she was hearing things. More voices and Menolly looked up. At that point, the desperately alone pae didn't notice just how much of her features the twins shared and didn't recognize the two-toned female they deferred to. All she could see were angels like her.
Getting up, she dusted her self off as her wings slowly receded back to settled behind her instead of the poncho impression they were doing. With a growing smile, she started running towards the group calling out, "Hey!" as if they were her long lost friends. With wings out, she picked off the ground a little to gather more speed. She needed to know they were real, that she wasn't alone. Her arms were out and she fully intended to hug the first pae she came in contact with, at this point that was Syannia.Shicala not a problem. I used to play Swtor, was one of the healers on my server until 2.0 came.

Adamm's voice then came from the basket his sister carried taunting her "But we want to be eatten!" it said. He'd been so engrossed in bugging the two 'slow' females he hadn't noticed the third female, at least not until she called out. When he heard her he turned, curious of who it could be, he saw her take to the air nearly racing for them and he watched the collision in what felt like slow motion.
Naomi's attention was drawn to the basket in her hands and she shook her head laughing, her brother could be so childish at times. She knew some of the food was his favorites, she'd done that on purpose to entice him to come with them more. Then she too was distracted by the new voice and she turned to see the angel who shared her coloring head straight for her mom, did she know her mom? "Mom!" she called out hurrying to touch down when she saw Sy hit the sand.Sy was likely taken by surprise the most, she'd been entertained by watching the twins so much that she'd stopped paying attention to anything around them. By the time she looked towards the voice her eyes would widen in surprise as their two bodies connected in midair and they tumbled towards the soft cool sand below them. She let out a soft startled cry as they landed on the sand and came to a stop with Menolly on top.

Not feeling the least bit awkward about the whole thing, Menolly hugged the two-tone angel smiling brightly, "It is so amazing to see you!" She spoke as if Sy was a long lost friend. Overjoyed to be around other pae again, she did take the time to look up at the other two but showed no inclination for another hug bombing run.
Smiling brightly she waved to the two of them, only now noticing they two two shared similarities with her as far as colors and even markings go. That that meant she didn't have the slightest idea. Maybe long lost relatives? She didn't know how long it had been.Shicala dentist, be back in a few!

Adamm climbed down from the rock and approached his mother and the strange overly excited female on the sand. "You seem rather excited about it, I'm Adamm" he motions at himself and then reaches a hand out to her to offer her help up off his mom.
Naomi just giggled and landed on the sand on the other side of her mom from Adamm and put down the basket. "Silly cloudy pae" she comments refering to the female who bore a striking resemblance to herself. "And I'm Naomi" she greeted the female after hearing her brother introduce himself.
Sy looked up at the angel atop her and blinked, something about her was familiar but she couldn't place it at all. "Uhm do I know you?" she said with a soft chuckle at the near innocence of the female and the situation.

All the pae around her, the dark empty feeling rushed away like the dusk to the new dawn. Her intent didn't go much beyond hugging the lady she landed on until the young blonde angel came up and introduced himself. By that point he was asking for a hug.
Taking his hand, she got up and proceeded to hug the young man, "Nice to get to meet you Adamm, very good strong name you have!" The name seemed vaguely familiar until the younger lady spoke and said her name as well. For a moment her smile faded and she looked puzzled. Those names, apart she wouldn't think anything of it, but together they seemed like ones she had heard before.
Stepping forward, she went to hug the young Naomi as well, " Nice to get to meet you, Naomi, very pretty name. I am Menolly! I think you met my Dad, Kurt. He mentioned twins with those names, very nice names." It didn't occur to her that the twins were babies freshly brought by a stork and wouldn't remember the time unless told about it.
At this point her smile returned, connecting the past with the present, even by association was a great relief. To the female she dive bombed, "Is your name Sunshine? You are very pretty like the sunshine!" The name her father used for the mother she couldn't put her finger on it, but sunshine jumped out at her for Sy as if it was supposed to be attributed to her but how was beyond the puzzled pae.

Adamm wasn't expecting the hug and so it startled him "Uh thanks, I think" he says and raises a hand to scratch his scalp through his blond curls and stared at the pae who introduced herself as Menolly.
All Naomi could do was giggle as the female bounced from one of them to the next clinging to each of them with a hug "I don't know a Kurt" she replies hearing this and looking to her mom with a questioning look.
"Kurt, oh yes, that's the name of the male who was with me with the bird brought you to me. Wow that was a truly overwhelming day, I never expected kids but I was blessed with you two." she tells the twins, and then stops abruptly when she's called 'pretty like sunshine' and steps closer to the female squinting her eyes a little "Nnnoooo.... I'm Syannia... but... I think someone told me that before.... someone cloudy with purple...." she looked Menolly up and down, something was striking familiar, but she couldn't quite remember what, it was like a big blur.

The two didn't know who she was talking about, but Syannia did. The story made her grin, "I still can't believe my dad of all people got into a food fight." It seemed so crazy to her, so out of character. But then, she knew them as a Dad not as a regular pae.
"Great to meet you Syannia! Have we met before?" Sunshine was close, both started with 's' at least. The talk of a cloudy with purple, Menolly looked to Naomi whom out of the two younger pae had no red in her, though did carry the yellow.
It was so crazy how alike they looked. "Do you know a pae named Sebell?" He was her brother, maybe the children were his?

Adamm and Naomi looked at each other at the mention of another name Adamm being the forgetful angel that he was shrugged his shoulders and shook his head "Not me" he said before taking the blanket from his mom and moving to spread it out.
The youngest female of the group too shook her head "Nope, never heard that name ever, who is it?" she asked and tipped her head to one side curious of this.
"I'm not sure if we have, you seem familiar somehow but I'm not sure if that's cause you seem to look like my daughter a lot." she motioned to Naomi but didn't take her eyes off Menolly. "Sebell? Nope, never heard that name either, but then there is a lot of pae I do not know these days, does he live in the city?"

Menolly responded to Naomi when she asked, "He is my twin brother." With all the different kinds of pae out there, she puzzled why she ran into two that looked so similar, there just had to be a connection.
Or maybe not, just having other pae around should be enough. Still she answered, "I don't know. I have been somewhere cold and lonely for longer than I can measure time. I don't know where my family went. I just thought we might be related some how, figured my brother had a family. It is neat." Someone in Sy's family had to be blonde for the boy was blonde.
Fidgeting a few moments she asked, "Mind if I join you?" While she was a little hungry, the angel was desperate not to lose pae she just met. There was something familiar and comforting about being around them.

Adamm finished spreading the blanket out and shrugged as he sat down "I don't mind if mom says it's ok, she's the one who wanted us to spend some time together, and sis here packed more then enough for an army I think" he crawled over and snagged the basket his sister had brought. He began to rummage through it pulling out food after food, everything from sandwiches to bunches of grapes and strawberries and slices of cheese and crackers. He also pulled from the bottom a small pitcher of punch and some glasses that didn't seem to match.
Naomi saw her brother and shook her head "You were supposed to wait for mom" she scolded him with a air of jest in her voice. She didn't look at Menolly but she took replied to the question "Up to mom" she said as she took a seat on the next corner of the blanket
Sy sighs "Makes two of us who aren't sure where our families are, with the exception of these two at least" she explains to the other female, she was still staring at Menolly trying to place where she seemed familiar from, and only looked away for a moment to sit down leaving an obviously large enough space for her "Sure seems they prepared for anything"

Menolly listened to the kids defer to their mother, it was sweet. She wondered what it would be like to have kids of her own. That might never happen, but the small family was a warm picture.
Delighted with the invitation, she took the space open for her, "Thank you!" Glancing at the water then to the punch she adds off offhandedly, "This is the last place I really remember being. There was some sort of party then its a blur, after that my Dad found be around here.The dark room was next." It was so disjointed like her memory was punched until holes appeared. The party stuck out, due to the proximity to the general area and how big the event was in her memories.
She had no idea what the party was for, great drinks though.

The male nods a welcome as she took a seat with them, he handed out plates and that's about it before he started to dig in wanting to get a good fill of all the treats that were packed on the blanket and the stuff still in the basket as well. "Least you are out and about" he comments as he gives himself a generous helping of strawberries.
Naomi gives more of her attention to Menolly then her brother did although she was too filling her plate including a generous helping of grapes and strawberries, which there seemed to be an abundance of. "Did you find your mom then if you found your dad or you just find him?" She thought about it some, and glanced towards her own mom, she didn't even know her dad.
Sy was the most intrigued by the story only because she too went through something like this once upon a time. "A party and a blur?" she questioned "I remember a beach party, kinda..." she was slowly filling her plate but she only put one strawberry on her plate amongst the other foods, they weren't one of her favorites.

She smiled at what Adamm said about at least being out. It was nice to feel the sun again, but she still felt something was empty. That train of thought was derailed when she saw the strawberries. Squealing, her wings fluttered happily as she reached for the strawberries. It was when the other two had gotten theirs that she took a generous helping of strawberries, "These are my all time favorites!"
The first thing she can remember eating in so long and it was the best thing in the world! Taking a bite she closed her eyes a moment to savor it before answering, "No I haven't seen my Mom in even longer. I feel like I lost a lot of pae but I can't put my finger on who all." She didn't look sad about it for a few reasons. The people she didn't know, she didn't feel the connection with them. There just wasn't enough memory there. That, and how can you be sad eating strawberries?
Looking at Sy's plate, she tilted her head and asked, "You don't like the red sweetness given form?" Another bite of the strawberry, her wings fluttered again just so happy to have them. "Either they have a lot of beach parties or we must have been at the same one!" She couldn't remember another party here but maybe there were parties every night for all she knew of the area.
