Rolling her slender shoulders, Erionda’s eyes flashed towards the door. The home on Aisko nearly complete gave the hybrid a sense of huge accomplishment. Now all she and Kilian had left were a few of his things before they were fully moved to the frozen world. She felt more at home with the idea Kilian wouldn't freeze now that she had given him the Song of Stone. Even if they were still on Eowyn's hot surface Erionda wondered for how long. She didn't want to linger here any longer.
It helped that she was always able to find stronger creatures in the mountains around the place they would soon call home. It helped to quell the insistent ache she felt needing to hunt. To find a creature and engage it in battle. To use her magic and weapons to her advantage. Rising from the table Erionda moved to gather up her sword. Today made for a perfect opportunity to hunt. Most of her wounds had been giving a fair chance to heal. In her mind at least.
Turning to look up the stairs Erionda gave a soft smile before calling up to her mate. “I’m going out for a bit. I’m just going hunting. We could use more meat.”
It wasn’t a lie, the store of meat had been dwindling quickly with the three Drakein, her mate, and herself all eating it. She had to keep up a constant store of food. Dragon meat was nearly impossible to bring home and the strange creature that so closely resembled a water based Drakein, had meat that tasted like rotting slimy goop. Neither of the Drakein she had tried feeding it too would look twice at the offered meal. Alkara meat on the other hand was well worth the effort.
Alkara were as large as the dragons themselves. At least, the ones she had fought alongside Junjie with had been massive. The resulting meat she had split between them had been addicting. Disappearing faster than any of the other foods she brought home or attempted to grow.
Uassae lifted his head stubbornly. While he knew Rio was able to handle herself well, she had been getting in a lot of accidents as of late. And as much as he didn’t want to admit it. He didn’t want her going out alone. And he knew he and Lanzecki would not be enough for her stubborn desire to kill the dragons around their home.
"Shouldn't you wait for Kilian this time? I bet you a meal he's worried about those wounds on you from the last time you tried to hide them" It was uncomfortable for Uassae to admit the Oblivionite did a good job at making sure Erionda didn't do anything reckless when he was around her.
Erionda shot the Drakein a disarming look. "I'm sure he has other pressing matters than to worry about me. Besides I would only slow him down and cause him problems." Slinging her sword over her back and latching it into place, Erionda leaned across the table to pluck one of her fathers books from where it lay open.
Tying the leather bound item closed she pressed it carefully into her bag. "Who's to say he wants to be out fighting anyw-" Erionda's mouth shut quickly at the sound of something descending the stairs.

Kilian kept his lids closed as he lay awake, listening to the sounds below. Erionda moving around, the muffled sounds of her voice traveling up the stairs as she talked to her drakein. It had been torture being away from here so much lately. He was just grateful to be back home.
Their home. It was such a new concept to him and he held it tight to him every day. What was even more amazing was that she wanted him to move with her to Aisko. His fingers rubbed over the stone Rio had given him. A gift. One he would treasure forever. The warmth that emanated from the stone flowed through his body. It felt like he was standing under the sun of Eowyn.
Amadia growled in her sleep. Kilian’s eyelids opened and he glanced over the side of the bed and down at his drakein. She rolled over onto her back, clawed feet pawing at the air as if trying to get somewhere. He shook his head and reached down, poking at her stomach and laughing when she jerked awake, jumping back and away from him. “Calm down princess,” he said on chuckle. “You were running awfully fast in your sleep. Heading somewhere important?”
Amadia’s eyes leveled on Kilian and she gave a grunted huff of breath in response. She turned her head away and sat down, back to her friend. “You scared me. I was going anywhere.” Amadia’s head tilted to the side and in an instant she was turning back towards Kilian. “Rio, on the other hand, is planning on going out.
Kilian’s body tensed at the information. It only took a second for him to jump into action. He quickly donned the armor that had been discarded the night before. A fresh warmth spread into his cheeks at the memories. He shook his head and took a moment to store the song of stone some place safe before grabbing his daggers and shoving the bedroom door open and heading down the steps.
As soon as his feet hit the floor he glanced towards Erionda, a small spreading across his face at the sight of her. No matter how long he was with her, he was one hundred percent sure this feeling would still be there. A lightness to his stomach, warming of his cheeks. All of it.
He took quick note of the fact that she looked ready to go out to battle before he closed the distance between them. Kilian’s hands moved to cup her face and he leaned down, closing his lips over her’s. It seemed as if the kiss lasted for an eternity before he pulled back and looked down at her. “Morning,” he said as he let his hands fall from her face. His gaze danced over her a second time. “You’re going out?” he asked, a slight frown marring his features. “I’m coming with you.” Kilian knew that it would bring on an argument. Knew that Rio would not like the idea.
Kilian felt as if she thought she needed to prove something. To him and to the world. He knew that she was a capable warrior but he also knew that it did not mean she was invincible. She could get hurt - his chest ached at the thought as he glanced at her bandaged wounds - or worse. Kilian didn’t need Rio to prove herself to him. He just wanted her to stay safe. If that meant he had to follow her everywhere she went, then so be it. She was his mate, his love. He would protect her from anything that would do her harm. He searched her face for a reaction, waiting patiently for the objection that he was sure was coming.

Blue and violet eyes settled on the hybrids dark skinned mate. She hadn't expected him to come out of bed so soon. The color in his cheeks seemed to force her own to warm. Butterflies swam in her stomach anew, a reminder of his gentle dominance the night before. Her breath hitched paunfully in her chest as Kilian closed the distance that seperated them. Her imprinted sword clattered to the ground. Filling the silence of the air as her arms found thier way about her Oblivionite's body.
Her body melded against his as thier lips connected, fitting like a puzzle piece against him. She loved these moments, loved the feel of his arms holding her. Smiling softly, with a sigh, as he pulled back she searched his face. Was he planning on keeping her from heading out? She refrained from shaking her head, her smile faded into concern. He was wearing his battle gear! Trying to remember to breathe Eriinda blinked twice before nodding her head.
"I thought now would be a good time to hunt for some more meat. Our Drakein eat alot, especially Lanzecki. He's such a pig." She heard her Keindreds mental snort aware he was only on the other side of the house watching over the Hastar pair in the pen out back.
Shocked into silence at the words that followed Erionda wasn't sure how to respond. Feeling vulnerable under Kilian's gentle perusal, Erionda turned her head away trying to hide her rising blush. She secretly loved the way he was willing to challenge her like this. Mind spinning furiously she reached into the bag. Searching for the leather bound book she had only just discarded moments ago.
"Ok," Erionda agreed slowly. Nodding her head as she extracted her fathers leather journal. One she had been pouring over endlessly night after night. The familiar sound of the binding shifting as the cover opened away from the pages, the hybrid quickly thumbed towards a desired location.
It had felt like forever since the had been out fighting as a pair. And there was nithing as satisfying in battle than having the ability to fight alongside her mate. After the surprise attack from the Gaili, Erionda wasn't about to argue with Kilian about going together.
Finding the page she had been looking for the aiskala Hybrids eyes rose to meet Kilian's. "Would it be alright to travel to Soudul? There are some monsters here in father's writting I want to try taking on. I bet together, we could harvest a fair amount of meat and the hide might make some excellent armor." Turning the book enthusiastically so Kilian could see the young woman smiked up at her mate. She was almost certian he enjoyed the thrill of a good fight nearly as much as she did.
"We can take the Hastars. It will make the jouney quicker." Erionda offered with a shrug, watching the way Uassae pulled himself to his feet. Prancing over to get a better look at the yellowing pages.

"Soudul?" Kilian asked with a frown on his face as he looked down at the journal in Erionda's hand. "Are you sure you want to travel there Rio?" The question was asked even though he already knew the answer. She would not have brought it up if she had not meant it. He gave a quick nod. "If that is what you want, we'll go."
He glanced over the journal, reading what info there was about the creatures Erionda wanted to go after. As long as they were not forced into the city, he would happily follower her to Soudul. He would never let her step foot on that continent without him there by her side. His brows furrowed at the description of the creature. Kilian was thankful he had not run into one of these beasts as a child exploring the forests of Soudul.
He looked back up at Erionda and smiled. The thought of battling alongside his mate again sent a thrill coursing through his body. He turned his attention to Amadia, mentally asking the drakein if she would want to go. It had been so long since he had been in battle with her as well and would be happy to have her along. A snort and a nod of her head gave Kilian all the answers he needed. She was as excited at the prospect of a battle.
“Looks like we’re all going then?” Kilian asked as he glanced between the two drakeins currently in the room and Erionda. “What about Lanzeki? Is he coming as well or will he stay and finish off the rest of the meat?” Kilian laughed lightly.

Erionda until everyone was done looking at her fathers journal before she worked the binding closed. Shifting the leather bound item back into her bag with care turning to smile up enthusiastically at Kilian. She wouldn't dream of going back to Soudul without him, the fact he was willing to join her in the dark forest lightened her heart. "Yes Soudul, I know it's probably not the best place. But I don't think there will be many Oblivionite's traveling near where we are going." Part of Erionda was afraid they would run Kilians father again. Trying to push the thoughts from her mind at the mention of Lanzecki.
You bet I'm coming. He can't hold me back. You can't hold me back. Nothing can hold me back! I am not a devilish child that will eat all the meat! Even if it all belongs to me! IT ALL BELONGS TO ME.
Cringing at the roar that echoed from the back of the house. Amplifying the end of Lanzecki's words over the bond. Erionda gave her mate a sheepish grin. "Lanzecki will be coming too, he's outside as usual soaking the sun and 'protecting' the Hastar."
"I'll be flying along above." Uassae rumbled as he pushed his way out the front door.
"It will be good to have you joining us Amadia. You're light sure helps in the darkness on Soudul." Biting her lower lip Erionda reached out to take Kilian's hand in her own. Closing the distance to place a small kiss on his cheek.
"Thank you Kilian. I appreciate you joining me like this." Pulling back Erionda moved towards the back of the house where two Hastar stood waiting to be caught. Sighing Erionda's shoulders sagged. The first wasn't so hard to catch but the second liked to play of game of run-away before being caught and saddled.

Amadia’s tail thumped a few times on the ground before she bounded off out of the house. Lets go, lets gooo! Her excited voice echoed through Kilian’s mind as she joined Lanzecki and Uassae outside in the desert heat.
Kilian’s face grew serious at Erionda’s words. “Of course I’d go with you Rio,” he said as he followed behind her. “You’re my mate. Where you go, I go,” he said as he came up behind Erionda and laid his hands on her shoulders, squeezing as he bent to place a kiss at her temple.
His gaze followed Erionda’s out to the two hastars. One was standing idly by, not paying attention to anyone or anything in particular. The other, however, was stomping at the ground a bit and seemed restless. It was as if it knew they were about to saddle them up and ride them across the desert.
The fur on the antsy hastar was black in color, while its scales were a lighter color, similar to that of Kilian’s own skin. He felt drawn to it. As if the restlessness inside the beast called out to his own. It had been so long since he had been out for a battle, not counting the sparring match he’d had not too long ago with Kavanna. That had been practice. A friendly go around between two very old friends.
Kilian let his hands drop from Erionda’s shoulders as he moved past her. His hand glided over Amadia’s horns absently as he made his way past the drakeins and into the corral that house both hastars. As soon as the gate open the black colored one took off for the other side. Trying to stay out of the reach of Kilian as best as she could. Kilian’s head tilted slightly as he moved slowly, calmly towards the beast, his hand extended. “C’mon. I’m not going to hurt you,” he said on a whisper. The beast let out a snort as if to say yeah right, before it trotted off in the opposite direction that Kilian was moving.
Jump at it! Grab it by its neck! Amadia’s enthusiastic voice played through Kilian’s head as he tried to ignore. He knew that any sudden movements would probably cause the beast to be frightened even worse than it already seemed to be. He gave a mental push for Amadia to quieten before turning his full attention back to the hastar.
Slowly but surely he inched ever closer to the hastar. Kilian mumbled words of encouragement and eventually his hand made contact with the scaly patches on the hastar’s head. “That’s a girl,” he murmured as he gently ran his hand over the hastar, trying to calm it even more so.

Erionda smiled after Kilian as he moved passed her to the fenced pen holding her tamed Hastar. Tamed was a strange word. Both allowed human contact, didn't mind the Drakein as much and could be ridden and used to carry things. That didn't stop her newest one from prancing about, leaving Erionda to wonder if it was still rather young despite it's tall and lanky frame.
Shifting her weight to one leg, her hip shifted direction as she folded her arms across her chest. Watching Kilian enter the pen, a soft smile played on her lips. She hadn't realized till now that the younger Hastar with the dark black fur matched Kilian so well. Letting her arms fall to her sides she glanced at Lanzecki then to Uassae before moving into the pen herself. She didn't mind which hastar Kilian would choose both obeyed commands as best as they could. Though she had spent more time with the calmer of the two.
Approaching the remaining Hastar Erionda ran her fingers through the long blue coat. Rubbing the white scales with her other hand. She preferred the blue one to the black. Not that the black had anything wrong with it, or was unbroken, she just had her preference. Stepping away from her chosen Hastar, Erionda moved back to the gate to pull the leads off the door. Walking up to her hastar Erionda slipped the Halter over its head.
Guiding the beast over to a small box on the far end, Erionda hoisted herself up onto the creatures bare back. Circling around she pressed into the creatures side's with both heals. Clicking with her tongue they moved as a slow pace towards Kilian.
"Here, you'll want this to slip over its head before we leave." Passing the rope to Kilian Erionda pulled out with her right hand. Pressing into the Hastars left side signaling it to turn around. Kissing to her mount bringing the speed up into a trot back towards the gate. Erionda was pleased with the work she had done, her Soudul hastars were very obedient and sensitive to the pressures of her feet. Pulling up alongside the gate Erionda waited patiently for Kilian to mount his chosen ride.
Lanzecki trumpeted his excitement. Leaping from his high stand towards Amadia, exited to see she too was joining them.

Kilian continued to pet the hastar, letting it get to know him as he watched Erionda so easily move about on her own beast. He took the offered rope when she held it out to him and smiled. He followed her lead and fixed up his hastar as she had. Soon he was pulling himself up onto it’s bare back and guiding the beast over to the gate. “Shall we?” he asked as a smile spread across his face. He didn’t wait for her response but took off, instead. A light gallop turned into a faster pace as both the oblivionite and hastar became use to each other. He heard Erionda and the drakeins move out to follow him.
The trek across the desert was a fast one on the backs of the hastars. So much easier than traveling on foot. Kilian had slowed the hastar down, letting Eriond easily catch up with him. A smile spread across his face at the sight of her sitting atop the hastar. He would never grow tired of looking at her. The warm sun beat down on them as they made their way quickly through the desert. Though their pace was now slowed, it still did not take as long as it would have on foot.
Kiliann patted the beasts neck as they neared port. He waited as the rest of the group caught up with him. Not far behind, it didn’t take long before Erionda pulled her Hastar up next to him. He dismounted, using the ropes to pull his hastar along with him through the crowd. Soon, they made it to the boat that would take them to Soudul. It took some negotiating but in no time the whole lot of them were on their way to soudul - hastars, drakeins and magescians alike.
With each moment they came closer to Soudul, Kilian’s nerves became tenser. While he was happy to accompany Eriond here - would have it no other way - he was not exactly happy about being back to the continent so soon. Gods allowing, they would not need to make a trip into the city for anything and would be able to avoid other oblivionites all together. As they dismounted from the boat, Kilian instinctively moved closer to Erionda, his free arm snaking around her waist and pulling her in closer to him. Amadia kept close to them both, not wanting to wander too far away from the two that would keep her safest. It had been much longer, for her, since she last visited soudul.
Kilian looked down at Erionda and gave an encouraging smile. “So, where does your dad’s journal say we should go now?”

Blinking as the darker continent pulled into view Erionda had a harder time not pulling into her protective shell. Pulling her cloak off her Hastars back the hybrid flicked it over her shoulders. Tying the string around her neck before reaching behind to pull the hood smoothly over her face. Her horns finding their spots and slipping through the thin fabric. Shuddering at a gust of wind rushing over her feet Erionda's mulit colored eyes blinked as she regarded the world around her.
Erionda found herself calming as Kilian moved her closer to him. Looking up at his face she gave him a soft smile. Only with him would she find herself stepping back on this distant and forbidding place. Unlike Serenia and Soudul she wasn't as safe here. A disguise was necessary for survival, for herself and she suspected, Kilian.
Taking in a deep breath of the forest air Erionda shifted through her bag to find the journal. Pulling it out, Erionda unwrapped the leather strings before opening the book. Turning page after page to find the required information. Holding it open for Kilian to see. "I am not familiar with this land. I... I don't understand these directions at all." Erionda admitted, her tone was little more than a whisper as she spoke. She felt strange and alien on Soudul. She had no idea what the real Oblivionite customs where here, or if Oblivionite's even communicated as much as she and Kilian did. "Would it be easier, if people ask. That you are merely guiding me, a Dovaa, through Soudul?"
For now she would have to pass as Dovaa. Even then, traveling with her had the promise of posing dangerous effects. Uassae yawned, extending his front claws out flicking his tail into the air as his belly pressed towards the ground. He was sleepy but willing to accompany the group, he rustled his wings before pulling himself up beside Amadia. Searching the forest eagerly.
Lanzecki tore off the boat with eager haste before anyone else could see him. Dashing forward into the forest before circling back. Stamping his front paws in the ground, snorting at a rustling leaf before dashing back into the forest again.

Kilian glanced down at the journal Rio held open for him. A frown crossing his face as he read over the information her father had written down about the Ukkobak. The first word that popped out to him was lake. Did that mean they would be traveling to Lake Koralifel? Kilian shifted uncertainly as he looked up and glanced around. He was on edge around so many other Oblivionites around and Rio near.
He glanced down at her when she spoke. Kilian tilted her chin up with a couple of his fingers. “Do not worry about such things. Unless we run into someone I know or someone in a nasty mood, we’ll most likely be left alone.” He watched as Lanzecki dashed into the forest and back out again. “He does seem eager, doesn’t he?” Kilian asked as small smile played across his lips and Lanzecki took another mad dash into the forest.
Kilian sobered up as he turned back to Erionda. “I don’t plan on staying around others long enough for anyone to ask questions anyway. In your father’s journal it talks about them living in lakes. Well…” he trailed off as he glanced up and into the forest. “The first place that comes to mind is Lake Koralifel. It’s on the other side of the continent but it shouldn’t take long to get there on our hastars. Not only am I sure I can find our way there, they should be able to still remember how to get around here.” Kilian reached up and patted his hastar’s neck. He leaned down and placed a quick kiss to Rio’s lips, while no one was paying them any mind, and then quickly pulled himself up onto his hastar’s back. “Shall we get going then?”

Erionda nodded slowly, trying not to let the anxiety in her mind show through her features. Shifting seamlessly away from Kilian, Erionda pulled the lead on her Hastar's head around to face her as she hoisted herself onto its back. Shifting the reigns into the proper length the hooded young woman waited until Kilian had mounted his chosen Hastar. Waiting until he asked his Hastar to move before kissing her own to follow in a smooth lope behind him.
Uassae took to the skies. Content to know through the bond where the hybrid was, while enjoying the feel of the smooth glide over the trees. Some part of this felt amazing to him. The freedom and proper temperature was much better than the extreme heat or bone chilling cold they had to endure for so long. Flapping his wings he chirruped happily. Pleased to be moving away from the docks and so many other Oblivionite and Dovaa that had recently landed with them.
Lanzecki ran after Erionda with surprisingly good speed. Kicking up dirt as he moved through the underbrush. Dodging in and out of trees and roots as they moved.
Every once in a while Erionda would have to duck under low hanging branches or guide her Hastar to leap over roots jutting from the forest floor. Or remind her Hastar to keep moving when it spooked at a strange sound off to one side.
Arriving at the location took a little longer than Erionda had anticipated. Mostly because her own travels had only covered half a continent at best. Sitting deep in her seat before pushing her heals forward towards the Hastars chest Erionda called her mount to stop. Pulling up behind Kilian before dismounting.
Shivering at the strange aura around the lake Erionda's eyes caught the first movement in the water. Zeroing in on the motion Erionda felt the familiar tingle race up her spine. Dashing forward she released her magic as a strange serpent emerged from the water. Freezing it's head she watched it tumble to the ground thrashing about as it struggled to breath before dying quietly on the shore.
Still hooded Erionda turned to smile back at her mate, a soft whimsical giggle escaped her. "That wasn't so bad."

The power coming off of Lake Koralifel ran over Kilian, causing a shudder to run through his body. The feeling of great power was always strong at this lake. Kilian was reminded of the first time he had ever been to it. It was where he had met Kavanna and a few other Magescians he’d not grown as close to.
He pulled his hastar up short, watching as Erionda jumped from her mount and took off. Kilian didn’t even have a chance to dismount from his hastar before Rio was attacking the Ukkobak. He remained on the beast, watching her work her magic and felt a swelling pride in his chest for his mate. She really was a powerful being. He smiled back at her as turned and giggled.
Kilian dismounted from his hastar. As he turned around, his heart dropped down into his stomach. Panic coursed through him as he watched four more of the creatures quickly swimming through the lake. Already, one of them was near enough to Rio to strike. Amadia! Kilian called out to his bonded and in an instant, the drakein was behind Rio, cutting off the attack of the Ukkobak, her teeth puncturing the neck of the creature. It gave a shuddering groan before going lifeless, half in the water and half on shore.
By the time Amadia had done away with the first one, Kilian was pulling Erionda back and away from the other three Ukkobak that had now came to the edge of lake. The first of the three lunged at the same time as Kilian grabbed one of his swords out of its sheath. His wings extended, blocking Erionda from the monster’s view and giving him some added balance he brought the blade slashing horizontally, taking the head off of the first one.
Kilian moved, keeping Erionda behind him, as Amadia shot forward, splashing in the shallows of the lake as she snapped at the third Ukkobak. Kilian’s tail flicked up and around Erionda’s wrist, giving a slight squeeze before he let go and shot off, folding his wings against his back so that they wouldn’t catch hold of wind and throw him back. He brought his other sword out and tore into the last two of the Ukkobak, making quick work of both serpentine like creatures.
His breath labored he turned back towards Rio only to freeze as a roar from overhead could be heard. Kilian didn’t have to look up to know the source of said roar. He would know it anywhere. Could feel the power emanating from the beast. “Diabi…” he muttered just as the beast swept down and landed on the shore not far from him. Kilian couldn’t move, frozen to the spot by fear, his swords dropped from his hands as he stared down the dragon he feared most..

Still giggling Erionda's smile brightened. Tugging the hood away from her face she reveled in the small amount of pride that swelled in her chest. Kilian had not only seen her attack, but looked pleased with her skills. That alone would have been more than enough for the young woman to survive on.
Watching as he dismounted the black hastar. Erionda's smile faded from her face. Stepping back into the water confused at the rush of motion she felt herself bump into something. Turning slowly around Erionda's heart fluttered fearfully in her chest. Amadia had blocked a powerful attack that would have severely injured her.
Kilian's strong, familiar grasp wrapped around her arm. Pulling her behind him. Too stunned to react quick enough to the sight of more Ukkobak approaching. She was relieved when his wing separated her from their view. She had no idea they hunted in packs. Or was it just her luck they were fighting a nest of them or something?
Taking in a deep shuddering breath Erionda steadied her magic intent on helping with their defense. Gasping as a severed head tumbled towards her. Trying to escape the snapping jaws, the Aiskala hybrid pressed her body firmly against Kilians back. Gripping the cloth around his neck, unaware that they had moved in almost unison.
A slight pressure on her wrist drew her attention. Kilian's tail was away from her just as fast as it had appeared. She felt his pressure leave, his feet slashing as he moved quickly dismembering the remaining two. Smiling towards him as he turned. He was powerful, Erionda was sure there would come a day when her Oblivionite's father would regret the actions that he had taken.
Stepping into the water, Erionda ignored the scream of a Diabi. Dragons all sounded the same in her head. All grumbled and moaned about life. Even their all so might roared did little to phase her. It was the look that passed over Kilian's face that caused her to stop. "K-Kili-?"
Looking up over her shoulder Erionda swallowed as the shadowed frame of a Diabi pulled into view. Settling on the shore only a few paces from Kilian. The world seemed to slow down before Erionda could will herself to react. The Dragon seemed to be aiming strait for her mate. What was worse, Kilian was dropping his weapons!
Fear, concern, worry, panic. All tumbled about her heart, wrenching a cry from her very soul. Her eyes watched as the Dragon's jaws opened. Drool spilling into the water around it's feet, a roar sounded as the razor sharp talons racked through the water towards Kilian.
Erionda moved forward, reaching behind her to pull out her imprinted weapon. Stumbling forward in the muddy surface as she tried to move faster, her magic reacting to her frightened state. Sizzling along the surface of the water ahead of her to create a barrier between the claws and her love.
Uassae was the first to reach the Diabi. Snapping at it's tail to distract it. Nothing seemed to work even the wind picking up trying to press the monstrous creature into the ground. Slipping in the mud Erionda forced herself between Kilian and the Dragon. A fierce fire blazed in her eyes as she stared the creature down. White feathers burst from her back as she took flight her sword raking up the length of the Dragons neck.
Muscles strained to keep her in the air her right wing giving way. With another cry Erionda fell towards the watery surface. Disturbing the rest of the water as she fell into the water. She saw the bubbles rise from her fallen form as she sank further below the surface.
Reaching the floor Erionda tried to kick off back towards the surface. Her foot catching on a slimy tendril of plant life. Wiggling to pull herself down, Erionda began fighting with the very thing that held her trapped below the waters surface. Her fingers slipping before they could grasp onto anything. Movement on the right caught her attention. Trying not to scream as two more Ukkobak caught sight of her struggling. Each drawing closer. The panic flushing her system was making her accuracy decrease with each ticking second. The lack of air was making her dizzy. Reacting in a last ditch effort Erionda's magic burst to life again. Encasing both monsters in ice.
Uassae and Lanzecki cried out simultaneously. Both looking towards the place Erionda was trapped but unable to move very quickly. Crying again as two icecubes popped above the surface. Lanzecki's movements slowed as he neared the first block of ice. He was starting to feel dizzy this wasn't right!
Uassae screamed again diving under the water in an attempt to reach his bonded.
