God Is Good All The Time And God Is Always Good.
Aleksandr Marchant La Mer ††† Aleks could feel his strength completely returning back. His body glowed a faint gold which was the color of his elemental affinity, light. The old man was sitting alone on his small, humble bed located in the orphanges' basement. His head was slightly tipped upward. The feeling of regaining such a massive amount of power was quite pleasureful. Alas, even that feeling failed to relax him completely. It was becoming quite clear to him that his Quincy were not anywhere near where he wanted them to be. In terms of discipline and power. The Shinigami and most definately the Arrancar would have no problem decimating his people. "Father, give me strength to show these children the path to salvation." He thought back to what Serah had said to Miriam. The way she spoke to Miriam, flaunting her rank. Being inebriated was no excuse as a matter of fact it was an offense to him that she treated her body in such a fashion. If not for her strength he'd have to find a new Successor immediately.
A child came inside Aleksandr's room. It was a young, toe-headed, german boy. He blue eyes nervously looked at his own feet as he mentally prepared to ask Aleksandr for something. With a warm smile, Aleksandr placed his right hand on the boy's head. "What is it you'd like? DiZ?" His eyes watched the boy from behind the lens of his glasses. The boy started fiddling with his fingers just bedore asking, "Can you tell us the story about how you became emperor?!" A certain excitement was in the boy's nervous voice. Now that the question was out there, he squeezed his eyes shut in anticipation. "Haha....Hahahahaha." Aleksandr let out a deep and magnificent laughter of delight. "Of course my boy! Gather everyone around!" The boy lit up immediately like a light bulb. He rushed out of the room to go ge this friends that wanted to hear the story. A horde of future Quincy children flooded his room, but it did not bother him. The older Quincy were lost causes while these children were the future. "Where do we begin?" He asked with a silly, inquisitive expression.
The true tale of Aleksandr is too graphic for children so he obviously told them a more symbolic story that was more about morality. No, the true story is much more.
A young, new member of the Quincy commits to his daily routine of excercise inside of his small, monastery room. "9,999...10,000" He mumbled to himself with one last push-up. This is a much more younger Aleksandr. His sharply toned muscles gleamed with his own sweat. Self inflicted scars were scattered across his body. One on his forehead, one on his left and right breast and while it wasn't a scar Aleksandr tatooed a cross inside his lower lip. "Fooooo" Aleksandr let out a breathe of air initiating concentration. Suddenly, everything within his room began to fade into pure Reishi and head towards him. In less than 5 seconds his entire room excluding his Quincy items was gone. In ten seconds so would the monastery. "Guide me on my quest Father. Today is the day the Emperor pays for his sins." There was absolutely no emotion in the eye of the young Quincy. Religion was completely blinding him of any rational thought. The only thought in his mind was to kill the emperor.
Upon reaching the Emperor's base of operations Aleksandr was stopped. Somehow the Successor had gotten wind of Aleksandr's actions in the monastery. "Aleksand, explain why you attacked your own monastery." The Successor asked determined to keep the Quincy away from the base. "They were impure..." The successor could not hear what Aleksandr had just said. "Speak up!" He ordered. Before he even knew what happened, Aleksandr was holding his throat while lifting the Successor off the ground. "YOU ARE ALL IMPURE!" The Emperor sat on his throne in an almighty manner. Women mouth fed him while artists played music for him. For a moment it was almost like he never would have notice Aleksandr's presence. "Holy Trinity, VENTUS!" An enormous Quincy bow made out of wind appeared hovering above Aleksandr's hands. The Emperor spat out the food he had been been chewing in disbelief. "What the hell are you doing?!" Aleksandr stretched his right arm back as if he was pulling back an arrow while beside him the massive bow was being controlled. "You sinners shall all pay!" He shouted releasing a massive arrow of rampaging wind. It immediately blows everything out of it's path. "Is that so?" The Emperor asks with an unamused attitude. "Let me finally give you the discipline you desperately need." Without moving an inch from his throne the massive arrow stopped a cm away from his forehead. The wind being prodiced by the arrow was not phasing him by the least. "Anti-Reishi Control: Reverse." With a sonic boom the arrow blasted towards Aleks with amplified power and speed. "GAH!" The arrow launched him against the base's wall creating a large crater on impact. Aleks fell to the ground seemingly dead. "You see, this is why I rule and yo-"He stopped speaking once he realized Aleksandr was right behind him. "As I walk through the valley of the Shadow of Death..." Aleksandr would soon deliver a series of deep slashes to the emperor's body. "I will fear no evil..." With one final slash Aleksandr gained back his distance from the Emperor. In his hand was Holy Grail with a crescent blade growing along it's side. "For you are with me."
Aleksandr stopped telling the children the story of his past. It was enough for one day. "That is enough. I will continue tomorrow if you all behave." The children all gave a simoultaneous awww in dissapointment. "Now now don't fuss. Go on now. I'm very busy." Aleksandr sighed as the final child left. He still had more matters to attend to. "I'm getting to old for this s**t...Forgive me Father."
