Personality: Luka is a bit of a brat. Always eager to play, he enjoys pranks and adventures equally, and is always up for a game or a laugh. Sometimes, this can get him into trouble, because he doesn't always realize that his pranks can sometimes hurt others. But he's young, and means well, and perhaps with some time he will grow to understand that being playful is good, but being a friend is better.
Biography: The somewhat-pampered first shiny of an inexperienced pokemon breeder, Luka spent his youngest days being thoroughly spoiled with whatever means his breeder had to offer. Then, he got it into his head that he wanted to see the world. With that thought in mind and little sense in his head, Luka ran off to see the world. He fully intends to go back someday - when he's seen everything that he wants to see!
Anything Else of Note: Luka does not like water, particularly deep water. He has yet to see the ocean, but once he does he will probably be terrified of it.
