Leora ran into an alley way, her legs aching... her chest aching... her whole body... aching. She stumbled, catching herself against the brick wall of one of the buildings, one hand on the cool stone of the bricks, the other, gripping the fabric of her lacy dress at her chest. She couldn't seem to draw a deep breath. When she tried, pain radiated through her whole rib cage, making a small sound like a sob escaped her.
She didn't remember exactly when she had powered down, or how long she had been running. It had been a mad flight, twists and turns through alleys, in and out through buildings, in an attempts to shake Luxor from her trail, obviously intent on ending her existence in this life.
Oh god Luxor. Her charmingly grumpy, skirt clad, maybe-stripper, unlikely hero. The man who had made a point of walking her home and keeping her safe on several occasions. The one who had promised to keep her safe. He was the enemy. And she had seen the madness in his eyes, waves of rage radiating from him and driving him to try and kill her. It made her heart ache.
She glanced over her shoulder, taking shallow and shuddering breaths, leaning against the brick wall, straining her mortal ears for any sounds of pursuit. When none came she closed her eyes in gratitude.
What she wanted to do was go home... curl up in her bed and sleep and cry for a week. A month. But she couldn't do that. She didn't think she could even get home at this rate. She was on the completely other side of town. And having stopped her mad race, she felt as if her legs were made of lead. She couldn't very well call her father for help, even if she had brought her cell phone with her. Knowing she was going to spend this evening powered she hadn't even brought it with her. Not that she would, because then she would have to explain what she was doing, what had happened to her.
Her brain felt sluggish, and then a thought occurred to her. If she were to power up... just long enough to use her crystal. She had only used the device a couple times. But if she could just get someone, anyone, to her aid... maybe she could get home.
It was a risk... but it would only be for a moment... just long enough to call someone. Maybe Ilmenite, or Aluminite... Her people.
With a profound effort she called the power of chaos to her, feeling it flood her in a rush, for a split second making her feel well, but it quickly faded. Pushing against the brick wall, standing a little straighter, she opened the little pocket on her chest, fishing for the communications crystal that had been given to her.

For every minute, every hour, every day delayed, more people will suffer. Lives ended, souls eaten, blood spilled- the power of the Negaverse that edged across the city and perhaps further. And there was less and less comfort in rest, for he knew other had none. Less desire for food, because the dead could not eat.
So Thraen was out, the hour foolish and dim. It was mostly lonely, the amount of cars on the streets was dwindled to only the nightcrews that worked graveyard since most of the bars had or were closing about then. He paused having heard, not far maybe, echoes of running, and he listened. And he felt out, scanning in case there was trouble from chaos nearby and someone in desperation for help. And it was true partly, clear in a moment like a bullet- a chaos signature.
The Super Senshi turned his direction, following the oil-slick feel until he was at the juncture of buildings down to the alleys below. There was someone down there, and he had a feeling it must be the agent. He didn't hesitate, and leapt down to just out of arms reach distance.
"Lieutenant of the Negaverse. "
"This is your one chance, so don't waste it. Turn out any energy or starseeds and surrender- renounce the negaverse. "
"Penitence willing, or castigation unwilling- your choice."

Leora, Now Teallite, focused on the crystal, willing her aching body to concentrate, either on her General Ilmenite, her... well... she didn't really know what he was to her, but Aluminite, the crystal giving a faint flicker of response sparking to life, a hint of glow starting when suddenly there was a Senshi before her.
She startled back against the brick wall, not to terribly hard, but enough that she bit down a groan. Good god the minions of the White Moon were just coming out of the wood work. She narrowed her eyes at the senshi, forcing herself to stand up straight once more, not allowing herself to wince. She figured that would probably be a bad idea.
" Fine. You and your buddies pack up, get off out planet, and I will. " The words came out collected, calm, and conversationally. They were also so cold that the ground around her practically iced over. She was brought into the fold was because the senshi were invading, aided by the knights, and the knowledge that the Negaverse, and the power to defend her home had been granted to her for a reason.
If there were no invaders to defend against, there would be no reason to use her powers, no reason to gather energy. These guys sure seemed to have their cause and effect all a** backwards.
She slowly pocketed her communication crystal, fairly certain she wouldn't be able to reach Ilmenite or Aluminite with Sailor Botanical Wonder hovering around her.

"You stand by the rape of lives, the ending of souls, the destruction of reason, an organization and place who's very name speaks of the final end it seeks for me, for other senshi, for the people it preys on, for the world it consumes, and for all things that move, breath or exist outside itself, and claim it just." The chill or her words wilted him not at all. His own expression was neutral- not cold but impassive. "So be it." "Dura lex sed lex.*" He shifted forward, no hesitation now- Zircon's teeth around a starseed as he'd done this before playing through memory like over exposed, burning film- the same of the memory of Buddingtonite's bones breaking. It was terrible. Thraen threw out his arm to try to throw her hard into the wall. Disorient first, then break.Niloufer *( the law is harsh, but it is the law )

Seriously.
What was with these Senshi.
Were they all Lunatics?
Every single one?
One had called her an evil doer, like they were in some lame 80's cartoon, and now this one was talking like he was writing a a very depressing emo song. Maybe all the Negaverse had to do was dole out some serious medication to the white moon, they would come to their senses, and go back to their own planets.
The thought flickered through her mind just before the boy flung his arms out at her. She had expected him to do something, but her body was bruised and battered, making it slow to respond. It connected and she cracked back against the wall, her breath leaving her in a rushing, pained gasp.
She glared at him.
And promptly smacked him upside the head with a teddy bear, the alley way filled with a very loud, very high pitched squeak that echoed through the whole alley.
It wasn't the smartest thing to do. No, that would have been to run, but the cloak of calm that she wore at all times had slipped from her shoulders for the briefest of moments.

Her weapon- A squeaky bear. Her hands are no less deadly than any other agents, but they seriously put a girl on the field with a squeaky toy as a weapon of war. Why even carry it? Instinct was to do right back and slap the ever loving snot out of her head, but he wasn't going to make an elementary school recess game out of this. She mocked reason and stood by the destruction of everything. His needs, then, were two-fold in ensuring she was removed from being able to carry out orders for a while and in checking if she was a confirmable murderer and had any starseeds on her. If she did, it wasn't less disabling and completely decommissioning her. Proximity as it was, he tried to plant his wooden boot into her.

Why were they all so tall? It had been a constant fact of her life. People were taller then her. Most people were, but why were all these people giants. Luxor was a giant muscly man. To the point were he, even aiming low, had punched her right in the chest.
Now this guy, filled with his self righteous flower power, kicked her. And hit her high enough that it pinned her arm to her side with a snap, and barreled her over onto the concrete. Contrary to appearances, she had tried to dodge, but her body was like lead, obeying her commands like a person drugged. She hardly had enough time to pitch her body with the kick, it was probably just barely enough to keep her arm from being broken by those wooden boots. But not enough for much else.
She didn't know much about the inner ranks of Senshi, but she could already tell she was in over her head. Yes powered Senshi hit harder then a normal person, but his attack was more then that. More then just someone who was over 6feet tall side kicking someone who just hardly topped 5foot. This was someone who was just stronger then her. Like... What was a Captain in the ranks of the Senshi?
She didn't know, she didn't want to know, but she had a horrible feeling she was about to. Takeing a breath as deep as she could, much to the horror of her ribs, she planted one foot beneath her, crouched in the started of rising... and bolted, wondering if she could simply lose this one in the labyrinth of the city long enough to either call for help, or... oh she didn't know. Just curl up in a phone booth and cry.

Thraen's jaw set against making any noises of any kind as the girl shifted to beat a retreat. It was, perhaps, the smartest thing for her to be trying strategically- a lieutenant randomly faced with a super senshi. The odds, surface wise, were about as good as his own facing a captain or lieutenant. But he wasn't going to just let an agent get away without knowing if they did or did not carry any starseeds, and therefore were or were not very likely a murderer. She is slower than I, little bear of the enemyHe didn't just break into a chase behind her- it left too much in her power. The key was to get in front of her and try to herd her. Trajectories was easier in this alley and she sprung into a sprint and leap from dumpster to fire escape and then a swing down to land in front of her, whether she ran in to him or not, and stop her. Niloufer Sorry about the delay~ Had a run around with drivers

Teallite heard the commotion of him doing something. And when he swung off of the fire-escape, just a few feet in front of her, she didn't have much time to react. She did the only thing she could think of, the only thing she had time to do.
With not enough space to effectively dodge due to dumpsters and other alleyway inheritance, she simply leaned forward, putting her shoulder into it, and barreled right into Thraen, not even slowing down.
She was small enough, and he was tall enough, that she made contact right stomach. And she instantly regretted her decision. Her body was already aching, and whatever injury she had sustained to her ribs, blazed to agonizing life, making her vision spot. It felt like something was grinding against another something inside her ribcage, and tackling a 6foot tall senshi did nothing to help it.

He'd considered the possibility of her choosing to just bull-rush. It was a good choice, with the shortness of reaction space. He open his arms for it, taking the hit to the in his stomach, and wrapped them round her in a debatabley companionable embrace. They all gather energy, conscripted to such service for whatever dark purposes. They all break faith by their hands. I have to get to her hands.Momentum still carried them both back, and he swung his weight to keep them rolling until he had the top position and threw her bodily down to pin her against the concrete. "You. Will. Yield."

They were rolling.
Her vision was already spotting, flicked with red dots and streaks of darkness. And then suddenly she hit the ground hard. Hard enough that her head made a sharp sound against the pavement, the metal rods in her hair scraping with a metallic sound.
Her breath came in little gasps. If she had been a person with less resolve she would have whimpered, but as it was she simply struggled to make her lungs obey, drawing shallow quivering breaths, the contact oh hitting the ground was enough to make her see stars.
And now she was pinned by a very large senshi man. A flowery senshi man, but still one who still had the definite size advantage.
" Get off of me! ' She said, her voice came out faint and raspy, and she managed to yank one of her legs free from under him, attempting to kick him off of her from the side. If she could have kicked him in the junk, she would have, as undignified as it was it would have been a helpful move, but pinned as she was she only managed to aim at his thigh.

I have you now. Getting an arm sacrifices completely having her pinned, but its worth it. He took the kick to the thigh, knowing it was going to bruise later. It wasn't precise enough to trigger a charlie horse, which was as much as he could ask for. "Lex talionis, " Thraen grabbed her wrist with one of his hands and wrenched the arm up, with his other he struck right at the forearm, a breaking blow for the radius or ulna, whichever bone took the brunt of the force. He tried, wished, willed that his own nerves and ears would neither feel the give of bones and muscle, nor the sound of the breaking. He wanted to remain white, not red, but there wasn't much choice left. No, no if I do it, I must see it, hear it, feel it. I will not pretend ignorance or superiority- if I do it, and willingly, I must atone for it myself one day. It is too easy to brush under a rug. I will know all that I do. She refused to surrender, refused to stop, so he would save what innocents he could how he could- pull the teeth from the wolves and they would starve, or they would be tame.

The bones of her arm snapped. It was audible, and it was visible. And it ripped a scream from her she didn't know she had left her in struggling lungs.
Leora trashed around, her other arm, now free, clawed at his face, fingers curled and long nails attempting to rake at his eyes. Trying to wrench her her now broken arm out of his grasp, which only succeeded in sending a red hot wave of agony through the limb.
She had once thought she was going to die before, and that had been when Ilmenite corrupted her, but that turned out to have been a blessing. It had hurt, but he had granted her power to save her home. To keep her loved once safe from an enemy they only heard about on the news.
Now she was fairly certain one of those enemies was going to end her. She couldn't read minds, but she could read body language, even frightened as she was. And this man had a look about him like someone who was methodically trying to wipe out something that was scarce more then vermin.

She screamed, and Thraen didn't flinch. Of course, its a broken bone. But we're not done yet. Her other arm? Two are given to us, for good or ill.It was becoming easier, the bile didn't come to the back of his throat this time. Her other arm was clawing at him, lacerations now painting his brow, cheek and neck. He let go the broken limb and grabbed that second arm, standing to wrench it up as well and pull her onto her haunch, twisting shoulder in joint to hold it still of her thrashing. His own shoulder blade had been broken once, a matter that had taken some weeks to be serviceable. He aimed a hard, wood-covered knee at that last good shoulder, sure to hit upper ribs as well given the length of his long legs. He let her go with the blow, to tumble as she would as he brought up a hand to wipe blood out of blurring his vision. Starseeds. I need to check if she has any on her. He shifted and started after her again.

She had the small satisfaction of feeling her nails dig into his face, but it was short lived as she was jerked upwards, her tired body screaming in protest, her actual screams dieing off before even leaving her as he kicked her, feeling once again something in her body simply give way under the onslaught.
A sound dangerously close to a mewl escaped her, having sprawled to the ground with the force of the hit. Her broken arm was curled protectively against the front of her body, and she hit the ground hard, feeling the average clutter on alleyway pavement, glass from countless broken windows, gravel, rip the skin of her bare shoulder, taking the brunt of the fall, unable to catch herself.
She dragged her other arm around, any movement of it at all caused it to flare into fiery pain, but she didn't really have much of a choice. Pushing herself up, she did the only thing she could think of. Born of panic, she bolted down the alley. She knew for a fact two blocks down there was a way to escape... At least she hoped it was a manner of escape.
She got a good half of block, before she stumbled, falling to her knees, the material on her legs, and the skin beneath scrapping from the momentum. She clawed her way back to her feet and kept running towards her destination. The freeway tunnel, and the walled sidewalk that ran parallel to it before it disappeared beneath a cap of concrete, splitting off in different directions.
