After securing the alliance with Cassandra, Queen of Atlantis, she had allowed him to use this meeting area to plan with the villains he gathered on how the invasion will take place. A massive table set in the middle of the large room, the walls look similar to what you would see in other parts of Atlantis.
The table is ornate along with the chairs, but other than the decorations on the walls and the chairs and table, there is nothing really noteworthy about the meeting hall.

"Boom baby, lets play instead...... ____________________________________________________
Zax had been summoned so suddenly that it was of the most abrupt arrival. He found himself still in his ragged cloak that he'd gathered from the dirty streets of Coast City. Against the layout of such a royal setting he felt almost filthy and naked, exposed; yet was assured his reasoning for being here was not for fashion. He had been informed that others of his ilk with like-minded ideals would be joining in this court soon. He was grinning under his cloak, though it couldn't be seen. He'd wondered in the back of his mutant mind what kind of monstrosities could this planet offer that had his ideals in a similiar field. It intrigued him to find out more about his mystery delivery to such a sight, more so as he wandered the halls. The location was likely secretive and only known to so many individuals; at least that would be the smart idea.
He smoothed his right digits over the wall to press further upon the grain, the oceanic designs were flawless in their beauty. Even so, they seemed oddly ancient, more so than his own garb, likely having stood the test of time. The walls in which he now inhabitated had to hold some great importance to the host to come to such an area. He pulled out his usual tech to check for any nearby bounties, but could not find any that had yet made their appearance known. The perfect time, it could be a trap, catching him when his schedule wasn't full; however that is why he didn't come unarmed. Only an idiot would trust a complete stranger when they were hunted just as well as hunting. He found such a game almost laughable though, finding an even bigger predator and snuffing the life out of them if necessary.
Zax retracted his hand and eyed the cieling, relatively curved; it would be great for an elevated jump had not the image of the sea been right above. Illusionary technology or reality, he witnessed the appearance of several deep sea-dwelling creatures moving across a dark blue canvas of sparkling water. His knowledge of earthen animals was a bit scarce, what little he knew barely grasped the full kingdom's offerings. He knew that much because he had learned about it from the earthling experiences of their lantern, but was still just a plutonian studying it from afar. It was like studying your target, you became sickly aware of their eating habits, but had no idea what their diet actually tasted like until you took a bite yourself. He wondered if his earlier kill got it right when she tried to dine on homo-sapien.
"Any one else lost like a proton among electrons here or is it just me?"He didn't have to shout, already he could see an open door. It was so clearly inviting, he could just step right in. He moved for it to find a war-like crafted room. It seemed fit for planning and had many chairs around a table that possessed something that looked similiar to a holo-globe. He took a seat for himself, if any one was there, they'd soon make their presence known. He knew this like instinct; felt it like blood running through the veins. Zax just hated being left out of the loop when it came to what exactly he was supposed to do. He wasn't used to taking orders or request, but when he did, needed precise leadership at hand.
He reclined in his chair and lifted his boots on to the top of the table, crossing his arms over his gut. With a tip of his hat, Zax began what he hoped to be a short wait for the others to arrive.....

 Deathstroke aka Slade Wilson
Slade was in the middle of searching for a new job after being on a several month hiatus. Something that would allow himself to test some of these new heroes see if they were up to par with the legacies they now carry. It was during this search he saw a message requesting undesirables from all over the world some not even from the world to come for a meeting and talk about some sort of assault. It generally intrigued him however him and Atlantis weren't on speaking terms right now so he decided he would attend but would take his own form of transformation.
It took a few phone calls and a check or too but he was able to gain access to his own form of transportation to Atlantis which would also serve as his emergency exit should he not like what he saw.
Though upon arriving and scanning the area Slade decided they were going to forgive past transgressions atleast for the duration of the meeting so with that he headed to the war room not worrying or caring much about the atlantean structure. Finding a chair he pulled it out and sat relaxing in the chair he looked at the alien who was making a joke. It actually made Slade smile behind his mask before speaking up. "You should try moving around this place when your uninvited much more entertaining."

gaia_nitemareleft ~ Ace Adrienne ~ gaia_nitemareright King of Hearts It's rather late, isn't it?Ace suddenly found himself in an unusual place that seemed to be somewhere in the ocean. Well, the man had said that they were meeting in Atlantis... Still, it was very interesting. Perhaps he would use some of the architectural ideas in his own base the next time they expanded or renovated. He heard voices in the next room, so that's where he went, seeing two men already there. Once he had taken a seat, he leaned back, looking very relaxed and at ease. He certainly would, considering that this was a "business" meeting of sorts, and he was more than experienced with those. "Hello, gentlemen. I suppose that you're here for this plot of world domination as well?"You must be getting tired.... Out of Cards:

~Akato~Sakikin~ I am power, I am Darkness... To see me is to die, to survive is the distant light of hope.... I will have what I want and Hellfire shall follow Status: Healthy Mood: Curious Thoughts: What is the reason for this meeting? OOC: "World Domination, a pointless effort." Akato spoke from shadows in one of the corners in the room. He had stowed away on the transport that had brought Slade to Atlantis, unknown to the mercenary. The demon hadn't necessarily been invited to this party, but had found his way to it nontheless. The assassin appeared from the shadows and joined the group at the table, his Oni mask concealing his demonic heritage. Location: New Boulevard, Shopping Center Quotes:

Vlad Vane Vlad found himself in unfamiliar surroundings. It put the Muscled, Meaty, Man on something of an edge. Being on edge nevertheless made for a bad move; Vlad was not one who was ever keen to be on edge. He would push past doors, the odd Atlantean looking up in a mixture of awe and disgust. How could a human become so massive? How could he see through the solid plane of metal encompassing his head? Why the hell did he smell like grave dirt, and why was what skin showed on his body encrusted in blood?
Vlad pushed to door open, the room he had been told to enter after arrival there before him. His pace was brisk, curt, militaristic, and his encumbrance mighty in it's show.
" Hmmp. " His voice came from within the helmet, dark, hash, grating.

Atlantis was perhaps one of the least likely places Catwoman would have thought to find herself, but when she'd been told about the potential 'job opportunity' that came with the visit, she figured that testing the waters, both literally and figuratively, couldn't hurt. Her black leather heels clicked against the stone floors as she stepped out from the shadows, and with a sly little grin Catwoman slid her goggles up. "Hmm, I hope I'm not disturbing the party, boys" She purred, swaying her hips as she sauntered to the closest empty seat. There didn't seem to be too many people around, but the few that were there were strangers to her, there didn't seem to be anyone Catwoman was able to identify right off the bat, so instead of engaging in conversation she merely sat, waiting quietly for someone else to speak.

A small chuckle would be heard to the ears of the others that currently resided inside of the meeting hall, as Mira slowly made her way inside. Her armor was active, making her feminine appearance unknown to all of the other people in the area, however there was little to no evidence of her being a "woman". This was one of the things Mira loved, to mess with the people that resided around her. Even if they were friendly or not, the pure confusion and barrage of questioning what her gender was entertained her. In her eyes, she was a Goddess, someone that was sent down from above to do as she pleased, so the concept of some filthy person summoning her to participate in some 'organized crime' seemed almost too primitive. Who cared if the heroes were becoming a problem to them, they didn't put up much of a fight to Mira. Already she had dealt with some silly woman who tried to stand up against her, which was not worth the time or effort she put into removing from the face of the earth. She smiled to herself, remembering the flames burning and eating away at the woman's body, hearing her flesh bubbling and charring from the intense heats Mira's armor output. It was pathetic, and sad, that it came to that in the end. It wasn't like she didn't try to stop it from happening, however.
Looking at them all and making her way to one of the chairs, Mira pulled it out and lazily sat herself in it, putting her feet up on the table, her armored legs making a light clunking sounds that seemed to resonate throughout the area. "So... Are we getting free food or something for being here? Because if I don't see one ******** plate of those little sausages in some breaded wrapping, pretty boy over there is going to have his head up someone's a**. I can't stand to look at that face of his." she warned, somewhat not caring about the other's reactions. She referred to the one that was Ace, as her tinted visor prevented anyone from seeing who she was looking at, but compared to the other freaks in the room, Mira was sure that they all knew who she was talking about. Her voice filter seemed to be working extremely well, also, making her normally feminine voice a lower, masculine tone to it.

Everyone around him seemed to be moving slow. That was really the case in his point because they really were. Once their conversations got boring, the figure that appeared like everyone else was moving about to have done several actions all in under the timeframe of five seconds. When the one in black armor merely began to speak on food, a voice from their side chimed in."You should try their Calamari rings, Mister Tall, Dark, and Brooding..."The tone was otherwise joking as a chuckle chimed in after it, yet it seem to happen within the blink of an eye. In the Black Beetle's hand, they would find a plate of some kind of strange food that the mysterious and fast figure dubbed as Calamari rings. They looked round and tasted particularly spongy. His next person of interest was the only woman in there at the time that dressed up in leather of some sort."Oh most certainly not. I'm sure everyone in here wishes not to see the current sausage fest going on, unless you count for the strange thing over there in black as he asked for said dainty finger pork food."This time, the figure had a glass of strange liquid in his hand as he began to drink it down in a fast motion, faster that the average person."Oh pay this no mind. I went around the place a few times and saw the nice fish people drinking it, so I started to drink it as well. Anyone else want some?"

"Oh, so we got some funny guys here, ehh?"
The voice of the madman was definite as he entered the room with a strong bold kick to doors, his snazzy and pointy toed black and white shoes wiggling in the air for a moment as his hands remained in the pockets of his pinstriped purple pants. The trademark grin was certainly in place as his tiny pupil eyed emeralds peered around the room taking in faces. Although the smile faltered for a moment as a pout seem to trace his features.
The Joker slid into the room, standing straight and poised with a finger and thumb on his chin in thought. Now where was that filthy little psychiatrist of his? She should have been at the park but she wasn't there either. And he'd assume she'd be here because well...he was there! A shrug came to his shoulders before he turned back around to face the crowd.
"You see, as fond as I am of seeing men in tights, yours certainly don't have any sense of appeal about it." The Joker mused as he approached the red and yellow spandex/latex covered male who seemed to have been boasting about having explored the facility prior to everyone arriving. He patted the chap on the shoulder after offering him a piece of corral as a gift with a wide grin.
"Oh and Catwoman! What a pleasant surprise! Seen the new Batsy lately? If you have, I'm kind of jealous of you, you dirty little cat. I haven't gotten the chance to sink my claws into him like you do!" The Joker's limber limbs slinked up to her seat, his gloved hand caressing the opposite side of her face as he leered awfully close with his long nose and large grin. At least there was that familiar face of his partner-in-crime's friend.
"You haven't happened to have kidnapped my Harles and brainwashed her into hating me, have you? I haven't seen my girl since we got our invite from the glowstick!" He cackled for a moment before leaning closer to her, almost his nose touching hers with a hand on the table and the other on the back of the chair. "And if you did, you best give her back to me, kitty cat, before I have you declawed." He growled at her, his smile dropping and replaced quickly with a fierce frown with narrowed eyes - the madness and insanity clear in his mood change and the glint in his eyes.
And just as abruptly as he was nice and joking to aggressive and upfront, he leaned away from her like a swaying tree branch and plopped himself down cross-legged in the seat next to her.
"My, for such an ornate hall, we have such a terrible host." Joker mused absent mindedly - almost as if he had completely forgotten his threat to the latex/spandex female next to him.

Darres would simply appear from one of the alcoves within the palace, having teleported in by his own powers. The red haired man found the proposition made for this gathering quite interesting but had no desire to paint a big red bullseye on himself by being flashy. This meant keeping himself to appear a metahuman with some cool tricks. With this in mind he headed down the halls following the sense of bloodlust, greed, and other desires that caused countless wars. As he walked the red haired man reached into his shirt pocket and pull out a pack of cigarettes. He would then proceed to shake the box to pop one up before putting it in his mouth and returning the box to its home. While he did this a few locals looked at his sin stick with mild curiosity, however that curiosity soon turned to anger as the red haired man lit his cigarette. Now he was no expert on this place but the bottom of the ocean probably didn't have the best ventilation system. With a smile he just took in all the anger and hatred directed at him as he headed towards the meeting, after all to Darres those feelings were like candy to a baby.
Arriving at the obvious meeting area, given the nonlocals, Darres was surprised to find the door wide open as if thrown or kicked open for some reason. Raising his left hand to his mouth the man would remove his cigarette blowing the smoke out as he looked around the room. The yellow guy from the broadcast wasn't here yet, he thought before taking a seat.

When R'avin, who had molecularly changed himself into Clayface, and was in the mindset of the very same criminal, was teleported with the magic of these so called Atlanteans, he found himself appearing right above the table where the meeting was to be held, noticing the area around him as rather marine to Earth's expectations. Looking at the crowd of people a split second before he would have landed onto the table, he contorted himself into a seat next to Catwoman, on the opposing side of the Joker, the clown prince of crime as the television called him. He seemed entertaining, perhaps at human birthday parties, yet he did have that comical outlook, and appearance. He remained silent as he eyed Catwoman, a villain who was not entirely a villain, or was she? At least, that was what his television had said. Yet, R'avin also noticing a being who was running past them on a higher speed level than them. He looked on as he could see Deathstroke as well, another known Gotham criminal being present, wondering if he would see Black Adam and Agrona in here again, yet he focused on the task at hand. Taking a view of the room as a whole, the rest of the villains were rather new, and unknown, or must have been scarcely heard of so far, much like this Nathaniel Grant character who summoned them to this place. He was deciding whether or not he would speak, in the same voice of Clayface of course, yet he decided against doing so, remaining the massive hulking figure of clay sitting alongside the iconic villains of Gotham City. He continued to think more and more as Clayface, feeling nearly fully comfortable in character as the moments passed by.

_________________[The Immortal Conquerer]_________________ "Time is something I have plenty of, and I am not adverse to the taste of human flesh." Suddenly another figure was thrown into the growing group of villains. Well, suddenly appearing was more like it. What was moments ago an empty chair now had a man wearing a dark uniform talking on his phone. His hair was thick and perfectly cut, as well as his full beard. His figure, though hidden behind his dark clothes, seemed rather strong. A belt that he wore was lined with various daggers. And his dark eyes blinked several times before surveying his new environment. The man looked around the room, his phone still held up to his ear. His expression was not nearly as surprised as it probably should have been. One moment being seated in front of the television and in the middle of a conversation to try and figure out what was going on.... and the next moment to be seated in... and entirely different environment all together. It was startling, but... apparently not amazing to the man. He calmly focused on each face in the room for a moment, as well as any exit or detail in the room that could indicate where he was. Then he moved the phone away from his ear and gave it a bit of a look as he clicked it off. There was understandably no longer anyone on the other end to continue conversing with. Carefully sliding the cell phone into the inner pocket of his uniform, the man again looked around the room. Vandal Savage recognized a few of the faces, but not many. Mostly faces that frequented the media or had been in his best interest to collect information on himself. The Joker, being one. With one of his bases in Gotham, and the clown being such a prominent opponents to the Gotham's Dark Knight, he was someone Vandal had taken the liberty to look into. The same for what seemed to be the only woman in the room, Cat Woman. Anyone that frequented Batman was worth looking into if Vandal planned on keeping one of his bases in that city. Deathstroke was another figure that he had come across with his interest in gathering information. May of the others he did not recognize. Except... for one. A man wearing the all too familiar lightning bolt symbol over a red costume. If it hadn't been in Vandal's best interest to make a good first impression in this unfamiliar setting, he likely would have allowed his emotions to get the better of him for a moment. Letting the anger that came with the sight of the symbol boil over internally, Vandal kept his calm demeanor and silence. Though he did not allow his gaze to fall away from the red and yellow costume for as long as the man allowed himself to be visible. _______________________________[ LOCATION ]_______________________________ At the Table:Sitting in an empty seat at the table.___________________________[ COMPANY ]___________________________ Everyone:No one to personally interact with as of yet._______________________[ STATUS ]_______________________ Intrigued:Far from what he had been expecting.Keeping his Cool:Of all costumes, there also had to be a Flash here.___________________[ OOC ]___________________ As a warning, I can only get on line about once a day. Have to travel to the closest source of wifi. -_-'' But I do update once a day, weather permitting.
