 Vancelion was wandering along the outskirts of the forest when he suddenly tripped and fell into a bush. "You've got to be kidding me," he grumbled to himself. The misfortune he had fallen into was really bothering him, since the bush was being annoying. "Urghhhh...." He kept trying to wrench himself free, but the bush was being a very stubborn plant. He finally gave up and waited for someone to show up to help him.

 Caderyn and Rin long were having a somewhat debate once again as they make their way into territory that is a little new to them.They decided to go exploring and may have wondered a bit to far. " Caderyn. We should turn back the way we came. Not go deeper into this new area.Don't be reckless!" Caderyn rolls his eyes.Rin Long has been complaining since they started as he was oh so looking forward to napping all day like he does everyday. Caderyn on the other hoof wanted to go for a stroll. And let's just say he is not finished. So here they are bickering." Rin. Do me a favor and stop your complaining." As they the bush filled terrain he catches sight of a pink and brown antlered Azerin. Hmmm what an odd fellow. He can't help but snicker slightly at the sight of the other caught by bushes. He is glad he doesn't have that luck." Hello there. Seems you are in a tight situation."

Vancelion's ears perked up at the sound of another Azrein and a Familiar. Thank goodness I wasn't here too long.... Vancelion called out to the other Azrein. "Hail, good sir! Could you help me out of this plant?" He spoke loud enough so that the other Azrein could hear him loud and clear, to prevent him from having to repeat himself. He hoped that the Azrein would be kind enough to help him, instead of just leaving him there. That would be a very unfortunate fate for Vancelion, and he didn't like the thought of it.

Caderyn walks up to where the other stallion is stuck and looks at him. Whatever happened to get him in this situation? Not that he particularly cares about the stallion. He is completely detached from others. Rin long himself has a hard time with their bond. They tolerate each other and whatever Rin knows is from observation. Caderyn shakes his head and helps the other stallion silently not bothering with small talk. Once the other is free he backs up. Thankfully his scarf and feathers didn't attach to anything."Out of curiosity. What were you doing before you got tangled in the thicket?"

Vancelion was thankful for the fact that this dark blue stallion had helped him, but was quite taken aback by how distant he was. "Thank you for the help. And I was taking a stroll along the edge of this forest here, when this plant decided to latch on to me." Since this stallion cut straight to the point in his questions, Vancelion decided to do the same. "What might you be doing here? I would probably know if you were from around here...." Since Vancelion lived by this forest, he had been sure he would know whoever came to help him. He had taken strolls through this particular forest countless times, but he had never seen this particular stallion before. It had also been strange that a plant had caught him like it had, since he had certainly walked by it before and never had any problem with it.

Caderyn looks at the other with a bored stare. The other really just went and blamed a plant? Did he really say the plant latched on to him? Is the other messed up in the head? He shakes his head."You are saying that the plant just up and decided it was going to attack you. That it became alive enough to grab and pull you down? Are you stu-" Rin long rushes in breaking off Caderyn's harsh remarks."Caderyn! Hush! What have I told you about holding back your tongue!" The familiar glares at Caderyn."Please just don't pay attention to him. This jerk doesn't care to think of the impact his words might cause. " Caderyn flicks his tail in annoyance and bucks which sends the familiar flying. Luckily the dragon lands on his feet and shoots Caderyn another glare. "No we are not from around here. Been exploring a bit. Come from the east actually."

Vancelion wasn't surprised at the outburst from Caderyn, whose name he had learned from the familiar on the latter's back. I knew he wasn't a people person, but GEEZ. You would think the guy would have SOME manners.... The familiar seemed well-mannered, on the other hand, which made Vancelion confused as to why they stuck together in the first place.
Caderyn also seemed to not be able to take any sarcasm, either. He had a biting thought he was tempted to lash back with, but he held his tongue. He drew his attention to the fact that he was in the east. "Hmm.... I'm sure I've run into someone else from the east before.... I don't remember who, though," he mused to himself. "Now who was it...."

Caderyn watches the other and he knows what the other could possibly be thinking of. He looks around and lets out a huff of air." Don't blame plants. End of story. I don't envy your antlers." They would be such a hassle. All the making sure not to knock over things and tangling with plants. The other also has feather legs. So that doesn't help at all. "Caderyn. You indifferent jerk. I stick with you cause you freaking need someone to be a conscious for you. And... I would be extremely bored without doing something you big.. big.. turd!" Caderyn looks at Rin and shakes his head."How I deal with you I have no idea. "

Vancelion was amused at how Caderyn randomly added at the end of his statement that he doesn't envy Vancelion's antlers. Well, sure, my antlers can get in the way sometimes, but they look cool, so it makes up for it, he thought to himself. He then turned his attention to the familiar's outburst. It was comical how they didn't get along, yet stuck with each other, complaining every step of the way. Vancelion started laughing at the scene in front of him.

Caderyn and Rin long both stop bickering back and forth when the other stallion starts to laugh. Caderyn looks at the stallion with a slight frown as he doesn't like being laughed at. Rin looks at him with a what's so funny expression. "Pray tell whatever are you laughing at?" Caderyn waits for an answer as Rin moves to settle up on his shoulders. A place he likes to sit when his rump isn't comfortable enough anymore. "Well at least someone finds this funny. See what I deal with?"

Vancelion was surprised at the fact that Caderyn didn't know what he was talking about. At least the familiar knew what he was talking about. "Well, your friend - or might I say, bickering buddy - seems to know what I'm laughing about. Why don't you ask him?" he replied to Caderyn. Then he directed his attention to the familiar. "I must say that I feel a bit sorry for you, now that I know what you have to deal with. He would have said something much more crude, but he restrained himself, figuring that he didn't want to get too far on the bad side of the Azrein who had helped him out of that plant. Geez, though, does he have any emotion whatsoever!? he thought, away from the ears of Caderyn and the familiar.

Caderyn gives the other stallion a long stare as he replies. He moves and starts heading on his way."Bickering buddy huh? Well even so he is my friend and despite our differences he doesn't bother me. Good day. Hopefully no plants go to attack you again. Wouldn't want to get them angry." He makes his way around the other stallion and wishes him a good journey. He has no intentions on staying. Rin looks at the other stallion and just smiles as Caderyn defends their friendship."This is my big lump of a friend. Bickering and debating on intellectual and non important things are how we waste time. Odd friendship yes, but it works for us. Good day. Seems as if my friend has a mind to continue on our way now. "

Vancelion was glad to get rid of the rude stallion in a way, but his familiar was nice enough. He thought it was interesting that even though Caderyn bickered with his familiar, they were still friends. It was a bid of an odd relationship, but it was a relationship nonetheless. He laughed at the comment of not wanting the plants to get angry, then decided it was time to let the travelers go on their way. "Goodbye, then. I hope you both have a safe journey." He noticed that the familiar was actually okay with Caderyn's sense to leave. "I hope you both find some more friends as you travel," he added. It seemed that even though he hadn't completely agreed with Caderyn's point of view, he had still made two new friends.
