Amrita had been in the Monster Dorms, looking for a certain Kelpie when she stumbled across a room with an open door, which was strange enough on its own. When she peeked in though, unable to help herself, she was pleasantly surprised to find that she not only recognized the creature within, but she knew him! Her second in command in Yearbook and her occasional partner in crime. Ren.
...And he was...packing? The door was open so she didn't feel bad about stepping up to lean against the door frame, openly looking around the room she had never been in before.
"And where do you think you're going?"

Ren was indeed packing, but very terribly.
There were clothes thrown across the bed in haphazard piles, most of them not folded at all, pillows strewn across the room, and dozens upon dozens of foxfires milled about, happily bouncing here and there. And Ren himself was half kneeling on a suitcase, apparently trying to squash something into it that clearly didn't fit.
The voice, however, made him turn, and the suitcase sprang open again, spouting fabric. Ren seemed not to notice, however, and bounded across the room to throw his arms around the ghoul.
"Amrita!" he crowed happily, patting her cheeks affectionately before stepping back and gesturing for her to come in. "Such a pleasure to see you, always! And I happen to be backing because I am moving!"
He said it with such enthusiasm that he was practically bouncing, Ren smiling brightly at her.

”You know—“ She was cut off as the Gryphon’s arms went around her and, suddenly, her cheeks were being pat. The ghoul giggled at the gesture and tried to shy away with it, doing her best to swat the offending hands away from her.
“Moving?” She repeated, peeking her eye open once he had backed away; part of her was suspicious that he’d try again, now that she had moved away. When it seemed safe she dropped her guard and stepped in to his room, looking around at the boxes, and the suitcase that had vomited clothes everywhere. “I can see that! Where are you moving to? And, more importantly, why are you moving?” She wasn’t completely sure, but she had an idea as to why, but it was always nice to hear it from the horse’s mouth. The Gryphon’s mouth? Hrm.
