In the sun, it glimmers with colors; red, yellow, blue, and multitudes of green. Though it's labeled as a dungeon, if only for the mysterious moss covered stairs that appear to lead explorers deeper into sun-flooded groves, most Armonians don't think of Caterpie's Forest as particularly dangerous. Guild leaders send their new recruits here for practice. While most of the wild Pokemon who have taken up residence in the forest are peaceful, the Bug types can be quite territorial...
For this dungeon, you will roll for 10 rooms using a 10-sided die.Dungeon Map:

This was so exciting! She was going on an adventure through Caterpie's Forest! Really, it hadn't quite dawned on the little Pichu that being an electric type in a forest full of bug and grass types probably wasn't the smartest idea she'd had. But hey! It could teach her to rely on her other skills, besides thunderbolt, right? Right?!
Totally.
Her large ears perked up at the distant 'buzzing' she heard, glancing around to see if she was about to be under attack and the best course of action-
"What's that?!" She bounded over, brushing some leaves aside and found an Oren Berry!

Oren berry tucked away into her little bag she'd been smart enough to bring, Nori continued her way into the forest, pausing every now and then to investigate something or another.
So far, she hadn't found anything else beside her Oren berry.
Which was totally alright because that just meant something even more awesome was waiting farther along the way!

Bounding along, she stopped again to investigate another sound she'd heard. But it proved to be nothing and there was the blurred glimpse of a Butterfree's wings a distance away from her. Nose wrinkling, she turned to follow along the path she'd been exploring...
... and tripped over a stick.
"Ack!" Righting herself quickly and hoping no one saw that, Nori picked up the stick and decided to bring that with her.

That insistent buzzing seemed to grow louder as Nori ducked under a bush to peer out and find herself nose to face with a Butterfree. Both Pokemon were startled, Nori jumping back with a yelp and the Butterfree taking wing. And then it came after her, probably to tell her a thing or two about sneaking up on pogeys.

Squeaking and ducking as the Butterfree tried to tackle her, Nori dodged it just in time, darting about and skidding to a halt as she began to charge up for an electric attack... and then thought better of this. Adjusting her goggles so they now covered her eyes, the Pichu launched herself at the Butterfree for a return tackle.
It was a success! And with that hit, the Butterfree issued a few curses before fluttering off to leave her be.

Feeling pretty good at having managed to beat the Butterfree, Nori pranced through the forest, not quite brave enough to stick her head through another bush. Y'know, just in case the butterfree wanted another round!
"A berry!" The Pichu squeaked happily as she stumbled upon another Oren Berry.

Once she'd stored her Oren Berry in her pack, Nori started forward again, only to smack right into a strange 'rock'. Except the 'rock' buzzed and took flight and the Pichu realized that wasn't a rock, but a Combee! And it definitely did not appreciate her lack of manners. How rude to run into it!

Jumping back, Nori narrowly avoided being attacked. But the Combee was coming back and she dodged to the side, feeling the breeze brush her ears from how close it had been. It came back again and she wasn't quite fast enough to dodge completely, the Combee knocking her over.
"Take this!" Since the attack had worked pretty well before, Nori used a tackle attack again, giving the Combee a good knockin' like it had tried to give her.
"That's right! Run away and pick on someone your own size!" She called after the Combee as it decided it was done with her and huffed off.

And she was back to exploring, keeping an eye (and ears) out for more Combee's and Butterfree's.
Instead she found a Nincada. Whoops!

Nori wasted no time in going in for the first attack. Which missed. And she felt a little embarrassed about it. Even the Nincada giggled over it. Sticking her tongue out at said Nincada, Nori shot a thunderbolt at it. The Nincada made a rude noise, not really wanting a serious battle. Nori jumped and used a tail whip as well. That was it for the Nincada. It went to go pick on someone else.

She was so on a roll! And probably shouldn't let it go to her head like it was. But come on! Every encounter she'd had, she'd totally come out on top! The Pichu just sauntered through the forest, riding on the high of battle victories.
And then another Combee was following her and didn't appear to be too thrilled with her attitude.

With a spurt of agility, Nori put enough distance between the two of them so she could launch herself at the Combee for a tail whip attack. It wasn't as effective as she would have liked, and the Combee got in a hit too. Another thunderbolt was used, sliding along the Combee like water. Well fine! Take this, bug! Nori headbutted the Combee. It was totally effective!

Really, she just needed to get a good whop to the head so she lost some of the high adrenaline she was riding. It was still totally awesome exploring the forest! And Nori planned on doing so again. Maybe after she bragged to everyone about how cool she'd been fighting all those bug pokemon!
Speaking of bug pokemon, Nori found herself in a staring contest with a Weedle. It pointed its little horn warningly at her, but she didn't blink. Nice try, Weedle!
