Ket-t-t-t-t-osisFormer Weight: 320 lbs. Met Goal Weight: 220 lbs. Current Weight: 187 lbs. Goal Weight: 140 lbs. So, you dudes probably have read it here and there in the guild that I don't eat bread, or carbs, or sugar, or fun.
Because doesn't that just sound interesting?
Anyways, even if it doesn't, I'm throwing it all in here so you can judge me at your leisure, ask me questions, stalk me, whatever you want to do I don't care.
I have been on a carb binge for the last two weeks? Something like that? A lot of the reason I did that was because I plateaued, and carb binging is a pretty common method to restart your system. There are three kinds of jump starts for the diet and the carb binging is by far the most pleasant one, the other two being fat fasting, and just holding on to the wagon and keep doing keto. I kind of went overboard, since I did it for two weeks instead of two days, got lazy and shizz no big deal. BUT ANY WHO, getting back on the horse and posting it here. ^_^ Contents!

My Fitness Pal I start out daily with 1700 available calories. When you start this diet it's really important to not beat yourself up about how hungry you feel at first or how much you eat. Just eating while the body adjusts is comforting anyways. You can worry about calorie counting later~ 11-4-13 Today, I went over by a bit but whatever. I actually JUST ATE those six eggs and I'm still starving though. gonk 11-5-13 Today I went over my carbs by 2. D: 11-6-13 Today, I'm actually a bit short. I might have a couple of eggs later though. Please ignore the numbers, they're left overs from the last time I'm dieting. My scale broke the other day. Probs just needs new batteries but whatever. 11-7-13 Today, I kind of ate a SUPER FAT meal. I actually haven't been getting enough fat, believe it or not. So it was necessary. I'm a bit dehydrated and weak, even though I've been drinking water all day. It's easy to get dehydrated on this diet (it's kind of hard to explain actually sorry). 11-8-13 Today, I managed to get under my calorie limit but over my carb and fat limit. Ooops. Not a big deal though. whee 11-9-13 Today, I was a horrible example. I ate just the one meal and was basically cramming pepperoni in my face all day. XD11-10-13 Today, I didn't eat enough. The internet chastised me after I finished my entry with a small section about malnutrition and starvation mode, but I REALLY WASN'T HUNGRY. ; n ; Don't be mad at me internet. 11-11-13 Today, I was right on the money. c: I'm adding in the hours I'm on my feet, and I have a pedometer now for when I walk my dog and stuff so you'll start seeing a small field about 'earned calories' at the bottom of my reports. I won't just be walking, I also do some light cardio, jump roping, because it's fun. whee 11-12-13 Today, I ate a pizza. KIND OF, OH SNAP REMIX TIME. I just peeled all the toppings off, and at those. XD It was sad throwing away that crust. BUT I DID IT DAMMIT. 11-13-13 Today, I ate a lot of food. But somehow still managed to stay beneath my carb umbrella. Albeit barley, but whatever.

Breakfast

Lunch
> Flax wrap sammiches > Flax wrap tomato less pizzas > Salads, so much salad > Cheese tacos
Dinner
> Cabbage beef stew > Chicken broth w/ chicken chunks, spinach, SMALL AMOUNTS OF ONION. > Batterless Hotwings
Deserts/Snacks
> HEAVY WHIPPED CREAM IS MY FRIEND. > Jell-o > Cheese chips w/ avocado, salt, pepper, bacon.

I should really hope on my weight loss again. A month ago I weighed in at 164lbs... I don't know if I maintained, gained, or lost weight since then. I haven't been really be eating healthy healthy, but I have cut down eating a bit.
Enough about me!!!! Good luck on your weight loss!!! You've lost a lot of weight so far!! And what is my fitness pal all about? Is it a free website?
I should really hop on losing weight with you so we can support each other through our troubles. ^^

D: That's what I assume, since the average child is 7 pounds, and I was a whopping 136. She just sort of ceased to exist.

Thank goodness. x3 I know I'll forever have my wide hips... and as far as I know I'll still have my big boobs as well no matter how much weight I want to lose. xP lol.
