Miguel silently and to himself laid down on the grass by a large stone and stared at the sky. Keeping to himself and letting his thoughts just fly through his mind not even trying to train at this moment. He finished his training a while ago and felt like a good time to get some rest without going home. All the time he spent here, he was thinking about what his mentor at the research facility was telling him about the Creation Rebirth technique and the Strength of a Hundred Men could actually make him the strongest and greatest medical non of his generation. The fact that his mentor saw that much in him, made him really think about how much he could accomplish with that power. He smirked to himself as he continued to lay down and just relax before someone comes in to ruin his peace of quietness.
The ever present mist diffused thoroughly in the valley, as if the blanket of night was still upon the conscious day while it rose from its slumber of night. Shizuo had only recently started rising this early for training, and he felt the entire hour that he lost from the beloved sleep which he so tenderly loved. Had Yuzuru been with him, he may have been in greater spirits however the dojo master deemed it fit for him to find train at least an hour without his assistance. Shizuo yawned as he made his way into the valley, sure that no other human would be there at this hour, and began to talk aloud to himself. "Man! Why did Yuzuru have to make me get up this early? *Yawn* Plus, this valley is empty! How am I supposed to hone my skills without anything to practice on?!" He sat down on the ground with his arms crossed and brow furrowed; he was clearly at ends to figure out his predicament. "What was it he said? 'Each step towards greatness comes from two steps of hard work.'Hmmm....I need a drink." He grabbed one of the four bottles that he carried along with him, and unscrewed the cap. The brown cylinder that held water was not an uncommon site for those who knew Shizuo as his body required to be hydrated constantly due to the kekkei genkai he held. He began to drink its contents with frustration as he tried to figure out how to train beyond just physical exercise, although that was never a subject that Shizuo rejected since he would be doing that later with Yuzuru as always. He stood up an continued to walk the valley while drinking his water until the large stone he liked to rest came parallel to him. Sitting down on his usual side, he leaned his head against the rock an screwed the bottle shut and set it down beside him. At the end of his patience Shizuo yelled, "IF THERE WAS ONLY ANOTHER PERSON HERE, THEN I COULD GET SOME REAL TRAINING DONE!!" Unbeknown to Shizuo, there was another person there who had gotten up to train just as early. This very person was even resting on the other side of the very rock that he himself was shouting from.
Miguel had been just fine being alone until he heard a random voice screaming out. His calm face turned into a disturbed yet annoyed face expression knowing he was having a good relaxation time to himself. Leaving a few words only to come out of his mouth. Damn... Miguel lifted his upper body up and rubbed his eyes a bit. Opening them a few moments later to quickly glance over to see a kid with silver like hair in light blue clothing. Him again... Miguel tried to be silent again until he let out a loud sneeze into the air. Hoping that the kid won't hear it and try to bother him.
~~Klein woke up early this day to see how his village is doing personally and to see the young prospects that would soon grow up to protect the village. While he was walking near the Kiri Valley he heard a familiar voice shouting in frustration. As he heard the shouting Klein let out a grin "It's good to know he's awake this early to train" As Klein was walking towards the valley he saw another young man looking annoyed sitting on the grass. "Looks like Shizuo will have his hands full if he trains with him" thinking as he was looking at the boy. He then hid his presence to watch the future events unfold. While hidden he reached into his Mizukage Garments and pulled out a notebook containing data on some notable people in the village. "Miguel Ohnoki,a genin in Kirigakure. He has an older sister who is a kunoichi Jounin who taught him medical ninjutsu and the basics of the human body. He enjoys time being alone training, reading, or just by himself most of the time although his teammates and classmates tend to hang around him for the fun of it. During his academy days, Miguel was an excellent student. Both in his books and during training practice." Reading the information about him silently he then thought to himself "Hmm, We have a natural prodigy and natural tragedy this'll be interesting."

Miguel silently got up with his hands in his pockets. Hmph. Miguel turned his head away as he didn't want to be bothered yet didn't feel like moving away. He can't stand the kid's loud personality, ever since through academy days. It was really annoying.
"GWAH!!", he yelled after hearing the loud sneeze from behind him. Shizuo quickly stood and turned around to see who had made the noise behind him. There was not a soul in sight, and the rock he was resting on had not moved nor changed since he first laid down. "Who's there?!" With no response given he moved closer to the rock and noticed that a large crop of black hair was sticking out into sight. He grinned knowing that he wasn't alone after all, and was drawn back to the hope that he might meet someone who wanted to train with him. Shizuo started to walk around the rock to meet this mystery person on the other side saying as he did so, "Oh, hey. Sorry to shout like that but your sneeze sort of surprised me, hehe." He had placed his hand behind his head in slight embarrassment and closed his eyes when he made the complete journey to the opposite side of his favored boulder. "You know, I thought that this place was empty; being it's so early in the morning. I was hoping to get some training done, but I guess you found that out earlier huh?" He slightly blushed, and opened his eyes to view the stranger but was unpleasantly surprised to see that it wasn't a stranger at all. Having his face rapidly drop from one of embarrassment to that of severe dislike. "WHAT?! THAT WAS YOU THIS ENTIRE TIME!" Shizuo's most disliked person was sitting on this side of the stone, and he made sure that he knew that from their training in the academy. "What the hell are you doing here, Miguel?! What are you following me or something? You know that's rather creepy, especially coming from you." He pointed his finger indignantly at Miguel when he spoke that last word. Miguel himself looked rather displeased in seeing Shizuo as well, but more so since it seemed like he just woke up from a nap. Bits and pieces of grass were in his hair, along with the over all dampness of his clothes that the mist probably made wet from his laying there for some time. Clearly, Miguel had gotten up even earlier than he had to go out to the valley, and had extra time to take a nap. Having noticed the overall disheveled look of his rival, Shizuo soon came to that same conclusion and hoped that Miguel didn't hear his complaints of rising early in the morning. Crossing his arms once again, he tried to take a superior looking stance in order to emphasize his dislike even further and scrunched up his face while turning it upward as well. "Hmpf. Or did you just forget how to get home last night, and slept here instead?" Shizuo usually was not one to want to insult people, but with Miguel Ohnoki he took the exception.
Miguel glanced over and saw Shizuo walk up to him talking. He turned his head away from him and scoffed in response to his first question. Hmph, you wish loser. Miguel lifted his arms and folds them until slightly turning his head over still with his annoyed and not caring look. Hearing the second question, he didn't feel like answering him at all, just turned away not giving any kind of care at all. Ruffling the excess leaves off his head and back to crossing his arms. Don't you have anyone else to bother? Go talk to some girl or somebody who actually cares about what you have or want to say. Miguel, seconds later uncrossed his arms, placed them into his pockets and began to slowly walk away from the annoying kid.
Hikari woke up early today and she decided to head to Kiri Valley to see if she can train with someone.Whilst she was walking she had a few thoughts in her mind. "I have to get stronger" she said as she had a flashback about her past and about how the Mizukage acted as his older brother " I have to get stronger so that I won't just be a burden to him, I must prove that I can take care of myself now." as soon as she finished conversing with herself she heard two very familiar voices "I see they woke up early as well, Miguel-kun, Shizuo-kun, their ceiling is expanding everyday ever since we graduated the academy. I can slowly see my ceiling now, I only have abit more left in the tank to improve. Someday in the future I'll just become a burden. I must work harder than them if I still want to help them." Hikari then approached them and shouted "Hey!" as she was running towards them she first approached Miguel and asked him something "Hey Miguel do you wanna have a training spar with me?" she said with no hesitation."This is a perfect time to see how far the gap is between me and him." she thought to herself.

Looking over to see a girl known as Hikari Yuki, another classmate at the academy that he also tried to avoid besides everyone else in his class. He turned away from both of them and suddenly got an idea. Hmph, Shizuo, it seems I once again have to do all the work and suddenly found you a sparring partner that you were barking over for that past several minutes. Turning over to Hikari then back to Shizuo. Hikari will be your sparring partner while I go back to sleep. Miguel didn't bother waiting for someone to respond to him and went ahead back to the rock he was laying against and sat down to get back to his nap.

"Even if I fall, I will rise up even stronger!
╔═════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ At Miguel's response, Shizuo became even more riled up."Grrr!", he growledwhile he clenched his fists in anger not shown to many. "Don't think you can just walk away from me! I'm getting real tired of that 'cool-guy' attitude of yours and since I'm wasn't sure how to begin..." Shizuo punched his right fist into his left hand to show his desire to fight. "... I think now that knocking you down to size will be the best form training I've had in a long time." This he said with a wry smile as he tightened his grip upon his fist. Despite being smaller than Miguel in height and build, Shizuo's body was conditioned beyond reproach as a result of the constantly rigorous lifestyle he had with Yuzuru. It was through his time with his adoptive father, that his body was almost completely composed of strengthened muscle yet was still mobile enough to permit him a great amount of speed with hand-to-hand combat. Shizuo jumped over the nearby boulder and retrieved his bottle that he laid down in previously felt exasperation, and quickly emptied its contents into his system. Wiping his mouth with his sleeve then screwing the container closed, he placed the missing member of the collection he held on his person back to its proper place. "Now, I'm ready to begin!" Once again, in a display of tempered need to prove himself, he leaped towards the rock yet landed upon its apex rather than across it. Shizuo stood ready to pounce onto Miguel, and was determined to get the first strike!
Crouching, as if he were one of the predators depicted in the murals of the dojo he called home, Shizuo focused his gaze upon Miguel. His taijutsu training from Yuzuru not only conditioned his body, it taught him how to fight without needing to use up chakra in singular attacks of great strength. The animals that adorned the walls of Shizuo's home were not for decoration alone, rather they held a lesson. Each panel along the walls relayed a movement of an animal within a battle, and contained the succession of its actions until the mural's end. Yuzuru utilized these movements to instruct various forms of fighting to his students. Having had these styles passed down to him by his father, Yuzuru wished to expand them further and in turn pass them along to Shizuo. The boy specifically wished to be taught these styles as he greatly admired how each creator of a style was painted alongside their respective animal in each mural in demonstrating for how the human body were to move. He dreamed that he too would be one of the masters of the dojo, and have his picture displayed with an animal like his adoptive father. The most recent development in the collection of animal styles was the Snow Leopard Style which Yuzuru modeled after the rare, and native species that inhabited the near by woods of Kirigakure's mountainside. This style requires swift movements of the hands and feet as the stance taken is a lower one. Down, with keen eyes upon the intended target, the user switches position in related to the opponent in order to gain an opening to strike. The particular ferocity of the Snow Leopard, and the extensive amount of damage it does to the body of the opponent, has been greatly noted by Yuzuru. Such was this power, that he initially refused teaching it to Shizuo as often the boy would be too brash. However, the determination to learn and his conviction to protect those he held precious to him, eventually convinced Yuzuru to give the instruction, on the condition that it be used for that singular purpose. Shizuo remembered his promise as he entered the Snow Leopard's stance on the peak of the boulder, and deemed that using it to only pounce would not do much harm. Miguel had begun to walk off as he made this decision, and his back was turned away from Shizuo. Closing his hands into paw shapes, gritting his teeth, and lowly growling he reared downward to build power in his legs for the launch.
Just as he was about to lift off of the rock onto Miguel, a familiar voice called out. Turning his gaze at the last second to see who it was, Shizuo blushed as he saw his crush approach. Hikari Yuki was the girl which his eye had been on since he first saw her at the Kirigakure Academy. She was the prettiest girl that he thought that he would ever see in his lifetime, yet it seemed to him that she never really noticed his affections. Having had this sudden flow of emotion within him, Shizuo lost his balance and tumbled off the stone and landed on his face. After quickly getting up to brush off the dust on his clothes, he then became quite despondent when she called out Miguel's name instead of his own. As she got closer to the two genin, he internally hoped that she hadn't seen him fall as his face blushed yet again with embarrassment. Hearing then that she wished for Miguel to train with her, brought him down even more so. Shizuo then slumped over in despair until Miguel chided him once again. This would have usually riled Shizuo up but instead he chose to ignore the slight in favor of getting the chance to spend time with Hikari. "Yeah, yeah, Miguel. Whatever you just said, I didn't really pay attention.", he bluntly said. "You can just go back to living under that rock for all I care." Shizuo waved his hand in a "shooing" manner at Miguel as he turned his attention back to the approaching girl. "Hey, Hikari! How are you this morning? I didn't expect to see you this early, haha! Why don't you train with me today?!" He was grinning ear to ear while waving happily.
Hikari was awaiting Miguel's answer with a slight smile but as soon as she heard Miguel say that he has found a training partner for Shizuo she became quite shocked at seeing Shizuo just near the place where Miguel was standing. After Miguel turned Hikari over to Shizuo she smiled and said a friendly "Hi" after she said this she was quite amazed at how fast Shizuo could talk because she was bombarded by so many questions that she didn't know what to answer first. Hikari agreed to train with Shizuo. The instance that Hikari agreed to Shizuo she asked him if he was ready. "Hey Shizuo-Kun!, are you ready?" she asked. Hikari unlike many girls her age did not really have a certain someone that she admires. Hikari knows that Shizuo admires her dearly because it was quite obvious in her eyes while she was in the academy. " Once your ready you can just attack me right away without hesitating ok? and don't hold back either cause I might just kill you" she said in a friendly tone which was quite creepy to hear someone say that to you. Hikari never really was the type of girl that chose her words carefully, a trait she picked up from their Family Guardian who died a long time ago.
As Miguel was walking back to the spot he was just laying at, something popped into his brain. He remembered that Hikari is from the Yuki clan with the powerful Ice Release. He slowly came to a stop as he turned around to watch the two preparing to spar. Let's see exactly how prestigious in Ice the Yuki clan really is. Miguel crossed his arms as examined both shinobi already imagining how this fight is going to end, now watching to see if it actually comes reality. No matter how it goes, Shizuo will still be a loser.
Holding back was always a concept that was foreign to Shizuo, yet at the same time he didn't want to hurt Hikari. He placed himself into a stance not of the Snow Leopard, rather of the less aggressive Water Snake. This stance requires the hands to be flat with one above the other, and his feet were placed not with them both firmly planted on the ground as typically done in fighting stances. Having the ball of his right foot touching the ground, placing it in front of his left which laid firmly upon the ground. A space of approximately thirty-five centimeters distanced the touching point of his right leg to the supporting left. Shizuo began to prepare himself for the spar saying, "Don't worry about me, Hikari, I can guarantee that you won't be able to kill me. I've been training hard, and there are a few tricks I have up my sleeves, ha ha!" He winked at her afterward as he wanted her to know that there was no ill will felt toward her during this match. Hikari told him that she was ready, and a surge of excitement filled his body as they faced each other in the dampened grounds. His feelings for her still held strong, yet he knew it was not the time for sharing them. They are words that should be said in more private, and gentle situations rather than the tough and public training time. The famous mist of Kirigakure began to increase in level, bringing in even more moisture into the valley. Cracking his neck, Shizuo indicated that their bout was imminent.
Kiri Valley's ground was damp as usual, and squished underneath his feet. The feel of this wetness, ever increasing by the renewed mist would prove to be a factor in the advantages Shizuo accounted for. Contrarily, one would assume that such aspects the terrain offered were hindrances to a fighter, rather than support since the privilege of sure footing was lost due to the slippery ground thus, the more likeliness of loosing one's balance. Such was not the case while utilizing the Water Snake style, which utilizes quick, careful feet movements and fluidity of the body in avoiding or striking. In addition to these, sweeping motions of the legs imitated the tail-like body of a snake. The hands were to motion as the mouth of the snake, with their quick and powerful bites. This style focused on maintaining the balance of the user, while also disrupting the opponent's. Soaked ground provided both a secondary and third opportunity for this became a resource of water necessitated for jutsu, and for Shizuo's kekkei genkai the: Hydrification Technique. Yet water naturally turns into ice, if made cold enough, and Hikari herself wielded its power through her bloodline trait.
The chill of the morning blew in from the mountainside, and raised the entirety of Shizuo's hair across his body. It would take a few more hours before the sun rose in replacement of the moon, which still hung above them in the ethereal plain that looked down upon those few in the valley whether hidden or not. Offering warmth to no being, that same moon reflected only a promise of heat for Shizuo. Cold never was his favorite, and he hoped that this would at least warm him up before his muscles started to stiffen. It never got too could in the Village Hidden in the Mist, but the winter would always bring snow to the entirety of the area in generous amounts which Shizuo dreaded. Snow was not the type of water he liked. Snow meant that his lake would freeze over and the favorite activity of swimming could not be done. Snow brought an end to going outside for training with Yuzuru. This season in particular was the busiest for Shizuo because, instead of training outside, compensation was made in constant labor done for the upkeep of the dojo. A taskmaster more diligent than his, adoptive father could not be imagined by Shizuo as he incessently would be charged with physically demanding chores. However the plus side of winter was that Hikari would be out more and he could get the chance to spend more time with her, that is if Yuzuru did not task him too much. Autumn was the present season though, and the matters of winter were ones to be concerned about when they came. Now was the time to focus and prove ,if not only to Miguel, then Hikari as well that he definitely was not a loser. "I'm going to do my very best, Hikari, so show me yours too!" Dashing forward with tremendous speed, Shizuo swung his leg beneath both of her's in order to "sweep her off her feet." This version of the phrase though, was not the one he would have chosen if he was given a choice between the two.
Hikari then watched Shizuo's movement as he starts to respond to the challenge Hikari threw at him."The Water Snake Fighting stance huh?, so he thinks that he could use this area to his advantage using his kekkei genkai, we'll see about that." she thought to herself .Hikari closed her eyes to reflect upon herself "So be it". she thought to herself. Her eyes opened as Shizuo approached her with tremendous speed. The area being wet she realized that she could use this as an advantage in this bout. "Alright lets see the area is wet and I pretty much familiar with the surroundings of Kiri Valley." she thought to herself whilst looking at Shizuo. Hikari jumped up to dodge the attack of Shizuo and made a Tiger handsign using her left hand and said "Hissatsu Hyōsō (Ice Spear)" and the moist ground that was under Shizuo became ice rapidly as it formed gigantic spikes of Ice spears appeared below Shizuo rising up to impale him. She then hopped a feet away from the Ice Spears to view her surroundings as she stood in her fighting stance.
