I dislike UPS. From the moment that I have ordered my new computer to today. 10 days of constant confusion and misinformation. The confusing navigation of their tracking services. I have had enough. I just want my package so I don't have to deal with them anymore. When you have it say, package being held for pickup before even being in the city, yes I'm going to panic and cancel the hold request. Then over 3 days of exception. Which good luck understanding what that means for you. Then I see last Tuesday, on their delivery planner page, that it was scheduled to deliver that day...I got excited....it didn't come cause it was still in Illinois. I then give them the details to deliver between 1:30 and 3:30...1:39 they came. However, on their site, it said in the tracking page. DELIVERED! I don't know about you, but at that point I have had enough. The final thing is. When I said, I'd be willing to rush out and take it off their hands cause seriously. Now when they called me to settle the place to pick it up. They give me the 7:30 to 8:00 window when it says everywhere that they close at 6:00. I'm going to go at the time they said. However, if this turns out to be some trick, I'm not going to be happy, and I will refuse to take anything by UPS ever again.

Getting a package from Europe to Australia seem to usually take 14+ days for me it seem. It doesn't help much to see the tracking service stop tracking when the package leave Germany on day 2. 'Bout 2 weeks later, it usually appear in Singapore to be shipped into Australia.

That's why you use the good ol' USPS whenever possible (lol, my dad's a mailman =P)
