Take turns rolling one 6-sided die with an RP post to determine random event! You must wait until THREE other people post and roll before you can go again. (You knew that having a lot of people in your group would suck, didn't you?)
1. A pidgey flies by. OH GAWDD, NOOOOO! WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO GIVE YOU-- oh wait, there's something different about that pidgey... (you can only land on this once per person and counts as a side story point for you. After that, this space will turn into nothing happening. The pidgey is only spotted by the person who rolled.)

2. The Captain tells you about the geography of the land, the local flora and fauna... something something something... How boring (nothing happens).
3. A small hole in top of the balloon begins to rip (If you land on this 8 times as a group, your balloon is going to slowly decline... and you all must stop rolling. This is the end of the side story for your group. Any number of times less than 8, continue rolling.)
4. Sitting cramped in a balloon with all these people and little leg room sure was annoying... (nothing happens).
5. A murkrow soared past. What was that thing people say about murkrows... weren't they bad luck? (you can only land on this once per person and counts as a side story point for you. After that, this space will turn into nothing happening. The murkrow is only spotted by the person who rolled.)

6. The breeze picks up slightly. (nothing happens)
If you somehow manage to all see murkrow and pidgey and your balloon is still in the air, CONGRATSSSS!!!! You win the event.

Valarie ran into the balloon and slid down on on of the sides of the basket. She scratched Fois head and gently placed him down and pulled out a few berries from her bag and fed them to him. She was exhausted from the pidgeys and chasing Fois around-- all she wanted to do was sleep but she was a bit too frightened to do so.
She chose to hide in one of the more emptier of the balloons. Sure, there was safety in numbers but then again a lot of people might attract the attention of the pidgeys. That was the last thing she wanted to deal with now. The watcher looked through her bag again an pulled out a slice of pizza she took from the airship and idly nibbled on it.

[Reposted from the other thread, forgot we're supposed to post in balloon threads now OTL] "YES!" Sienna cried as the pair finally got that last pidgey to move away from the balloon basket. The pair eagerly dove down into the safety of the basket, Skylar snuggling into his trainers arms. The swablu cooed with relief, and Sienna nearly cried. She almost never wanted to see a pidgey again. However, these ones seemed a little different than all the pidgey she had met. They were hard and wiry, their bodies spoke of a harsh and difficult life. Sienna pitied them. While pondering the nature of this particular flock of pidgey, Sienna opened her bag and fished out a berry for her pokemon and something to clean off her face. Skylar happily ate the berry, and Sienna winced as she touched the cut on her face. It wasn't deep, but it stung and hurt when she touched it. Nothing she could do about it just yet. And there was Valarie, the girl with the hoothoot that she had met earlier. "Glad you made it!" Sienna said with a smile. The bird keeper looked down at her pokemon briefly, who had finished his berry and seemed to be interested in taking a nap in her arms. She smiled slightly at him and then looked back at the girl. "Hi there! Made it past the pidgeys alright? I'm Sienna, by the way."

(Reposted from main thread, from before starry's post!) Location: Balloon Basket Interacting with: Anyone, Vana?, Sienna? Fifi tucked herself in a corner of the balloon basket, sitting down with her smallish white and blue pack next to her. For some reason the Pidgey didn't appear to want to attack the balloons, and were leaving the baskets alone. Fifi's thigh highs were hopelessly ruined, torn at the knees and stained from dropping down onto the deck so many times. The rest of her outfit could dust off, but the thigh highs had to go, she decided. Unclipping them from the garter clips on the bottom of her ruffled bloomers, she rolled down first one, then the other. Pulling a flat package from one pocket, Fifi shook out the white material, revealing two new thigh highs. Shortly after, Fifi finished fastening her second thigh high to the garter, and stood. Dusting off her skirt she tapped the toe of her right shoe a few times to settle it and started smoothing her hair and winding the ringlets back into a semblance of order. Smiling shakily, she nudged Alastyn to the side and looked around the basket.

Vanadinite rushed into the balloon her torchic on her shoulders and stood with her hands on her knee as she gasped for air. "Those bird were so mean!" She was glad that she had kept her bag with her the whole time. Seeing that Fifi had made it she grinned "Glad to see you and pooky are safe!"

Gepardo nearly tripped as he ran into the basket, holding his bag and small white zubat that was quickly transforming back to an ekans to throw her head behind the breeder and hiss at any pidgeys that attempted to follow them into the basket. The breeder shakily sat down, pressed against one the basket's walls and stared at the others with a slightly crooked smile. "Hi...." He panted as Lilliputti looked at them, flickering her tongue at them. "Oh stop that....we are safe......"

Eros tumbled into the balloon’s basket, and luckily landed right-side up. “Ladies, sir,” he panted, by way of greeting. He peered wide-eyed over the basket’s edge, back the way they’d come. “They’re not following us, are they?” Upon confirming that the Pidgey were not, in fact, in pursuit, Eros let himself drop to the basket’s floor, leaning against the side. The boy lifted the edge of his battered coat to inspect the damage where a vicious bird had torn off a button. “It’ll never be the same!” he lamented. “I’ll have to have a new one when we get home.” Dido had clambered into his lap. She spat out a few more Pidgey feathers before starting in on a thorough tongue-bath.

Sienna had been so busy hiding from the storm of pidgey, feeding her pokemon, and checking on her own state that she hadn't noticed who else was in the basket. There was another girl, who also appeared to be in a ragged state, except for her new tights. In addition to her changing her tights, Sienna also found it odd that she had a ponyta in the basket with her. The girl took her ponyta on a balloon riding trip...? That ponyta must have loved flying! She couldn't see why else the other girl would bring a large, land-bound pokemon on such a trip. Sienna quickly decided that this girl, with her pretty looks and soft style and consideration for her ponyta, was probably a very nice person. (derp, why did I post that before Nanashi posted)

"Hi Sienna!" Valarie smiled back, then she remembered she hasn't introduced herself yet. "I'm Valarie. Oh, and I guess we made it out pretty okay. Fois flew into the deck a few times because he kept trying to use take down when I told him not to." The watcher glanced at her hoothoot, who finished his berries and took some interest in the cold pizza. Fois sniffed the pizza a few times before quickly switch his interest to a white zubat-- no wait-- an ekans? He watched the strange pokemon from where he stood, cocking his head from side to side and craning his neck to get a better look. His curiosity grew stronger and he finally decided to nonchalantly waddle up to the ekans and he just stood there, staring at her.

Blaire guided Erika into the balloon, and the officer stumbled in and fell flat on her face. The scyther looked around as she stood guard over the woman. Pulling herself into a sitting position, Erika looked around at the others gathered, and with all the tact she could muster, gave a small wave. "Hey. Fun trip."

Lilliputti turned her head slowly as the hoothoot came closer, she curled a bit tighter around her trainer's arm, but the man just attempted to get her to let go. "Lilli, just play nice and transform into something else. Look, you got a hoothoot, you never turned into one before...I think." The ditto hisssed at him but slipped to the floor of the basket and investigated Fois for a moment before transforming into a hoothoot. "Hooooo" "I am Gepardo, by the way." He said to no one in particular as he took out a small first aid kit. "Does anyone have scratches...." He stared at the officer and her Scyther. ".....are you alright?"

Location: Balloon Basket 3 Interacting with: Basket 3 Fifi calmed a bit as people joined the basket. "Thanks Vana," Fifi said to the other girl, smiling a bit shakily. "Hi everyone. I'm Fifi, and this is Pooky. Does, does anyone know what we are supposed to do next?" she asked uncertainly.

"You and pooky, have the cutest names!" Vana said. "Eros glad you made it!" She called out as the pink clad male ran into the balloon. "What and odd pokemon!" She said at the white shape shifting pokemon. Vana hadn't caught Erika's name so she just waved as the older woman jumped on. "What a cute birdy!" She chirped noticing Sienna's swablu. The noctowl was interesting as well. "Oh I still have some treats, if anyone wants them for their pokemon."

Erika shrugged at the man's inquiry. "Don't have much balance right now, but that's mostly 'cause of the booze. As for the blood on Blaire, that's not hers, don't worry."
