Take turns rolling one 6-sided die with an RP post to determine random event! You must wait until THREE other people post and roll before you can go again.
1. The breeze picks up slightly. (nothing happens)
2. A murkrow soared past. What was that thing people say about murkrows... weren't they bad luck? (you can only land on this once per person and counts as a side story point for you. After that, this space will turn into nothing happening. The murkrow is only spotted by the person who rolled.)
3. Sitting cramped in a balloon with all these people and little leg room sure was annoying... (nothing happens).
4. A small hole in top of the balloon begins to rip (If you land on this 8 times as a group, your balloon is going to slowly decline... and you all must stop rolling. This is the end of the side story for your group. Any number of times less than 8, continue rolling.)
5. The Captain tells you about the geography of the land, the local flora and fauna... something something something... How boring (nothing happens).
6. A pidgey flies by. OH GAWDD, NOOOOO! WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO GIVE YOU-- oh wait, there's something different about that pidgey... (you can only land on this once per person and counts as a side story point for you. After that, this space will turn into nothing happening. The pidgey is only spotted by the person who rolled.)
If you somehow manage to all see murkrow and pidgey and your balloon is still in the air, CONGRATSSSS!!!! You win the event.

Michelle climbed into the balloon basket and checked to make sure Remy was there with her. Once she was certain the Meowth was there, she picked him up and checked him over for injuries. "You did a good job out there Remy." The blond teen cooed then sat down in the back of the balloon basket so it would be harder to be seen by any Pidgey.
Magnolia fell forward from Rho knocked her from behind. She fell smack-dab onto the only other person in the basket, Michelle, in a tumble of ouch. She took a moment to groan from the pain, but suddenly pushed herself up from the other female and widened her eyes.
"Oh my goodness, I'm sorry!" she cried in apology.
Rho only grit his teeth and stood, strolling over to make sure his accident didn't make his trainer lose her teeth. Or worse, head.

"Ouch!" Michelle yelped when the other female fell into her. "Are you alright?" She asked when the other got up. The teen sat up, and rubbed a sore area. "It's ok, you didn't mean to."
Remy's tail twitched in aggravation when the other trainer fell into his human and stuck his nose on her to make sure she was alright. He calmed down when it was clean nothing was seriously wrong then looked at the other feline pokemon.

As Cadence dashed towards the balloon she didn't really think about how she was going to stop once she was inside and so it was with a loud "oof!" of wind being knocked out of her lungs, and her falling back onto her butt, that she escaped the wrath of the pidgey. Once she recovered from her encounter with the side of the basket she looked at Amaryllis who had nearly been squished between her trainer and the side of the balloon basket. The Raichu was bleeding from multiple scratches but two deep gouges on the side of her face were the main concerns and Cadence removed her pack, turning so she could look out at the chaos. She saw Cara and waved her towards them before setting to work on cleaning and bandaging up Amaryllis' wounds. A few Oran berries later and the electric pokemon seemed to be doing much better.
Relieved that her pokemon would be alright the young woman set to work on bandaging up her own wounds. When she was done she looked at the other occupants of this particular balloon. "Are you ok? Do you need any medical attention?"

Yusaki all but tripped into the basket, hot on the heels of her very battered Mightyena. Both trainer and pokemon slumped onto the floor of the basket. Yusaki pulled the Mightyena halfway onto her lap, examining the multitude of scratches and pecks. The peck by Korou's eye was probably the worst, but even that would heal cleanly with a bit of medicine. She pulled a tiny spray bottle out of her pocket and spritzed it with light cloud of antibiotic.
Content with the status of her pokemon for now, she looked up to see who she shared the balloon with. She seemed taken aback by Cadence's question, and took a moment to assess her own injuries. Nope, nothing major. "I'm quite alright... Are your pokemon okay? Some of those Pidgey were downright vicious..."
Magnolia bowed her head with a nod, suckering herself to a corner of a basket with a bit of a tremble. Rho narrowed his eyes to the Meowth, but didn't give a reply to the cat's statement. Instead, he strolled up to his trainer and took a seat beside her, licking the area on his tail where a Pidgey nearly tore a chunk out of it.
The fourteen year old raised a hand up and petted her Pokemon's head. Rho ignored her touch, still concentrated on treating his wound. Noticing what he was doing, Magnolia felt her stomach churn slightly. Rho was hurt because of her.
Looking to one of the other occupants, Cadence, Magnolia pursed her lips and asked, "Do you happen to have a Potion?" Since she had given her bag to the Machamp while on the airship, she had forgotten it when she was forced to depart with Rho, and wasn't gong to brave the deck again to go back and get it.
Cara rolled into the balloon, holding on tightly to Spirit. "Owwwwww." She groaned. The two were exhausted. Cara's arms were bloody from all the scratch attacks she fended off and Spirit was battered and bruised. As she righted herself into a sitting position, Cara hoped the rest of her friends would make it through the onslaught alright also. She carefully laid Spirit down in her lap then looked around at the others who were already in the balloon's gondola ((yes that is the proper term for the basket)). She saw Michelle and Cadence along with their Pokemon, but she also saw a few others she hadn't met before. She pulled her pack off and put it next to her and began pulling out the first aid kit (for both humans and Pokemon) and started to see to Spirit's wounds first. Her own could wait.
((ooc: and I am now off to bed, I have to get up tomorrow morning but I'll update as soon as I can heart ))
Katori tumbled into the Balloon, not looking where he was going.. or rather not able to see properly, blood trickling from a cut on his forehead into his eyes. He had multiple scratches on his arms as well as the cut on his cheek but they were safe, for the moment. Once in he flopped to the ground, leaning his back against the side of the balloon and flopping his head back, eyes closed, clutching Danae to him as he tried to regulate his breathing.

Laurence was panting when he finally made it into the balloon. Kili's fur was standing on end and she looked ready to bolt-- but there was nowhere to go that didn't lead to a very long fall.
"Magnolia," Laurence said when he finally caught his breath, "I am so glad that you are safe. I am so sorry for losing you like that..." The sudden swarm of pidgeys had been nearly impossible to move or see through, so it was no wonder that they had gotten separated, but he still felt terrible.
Laurence looked around at the other people on the balloon. "Crazy adventure," he muttered, then more loudly stated, "My name is Laurence... Nice to meet you all, although I wish it were under better circumstances." He looked at the balloon a bit nervously; what if the pidgeys punctured it? Was this really any safer than hiding belowdecks?
Cara finished fixing up Spirit with an oran berry and a small healing potion and smiled. "There we go." She then looked around while bandaging her own arms after putting on some antiseptic/pain relieving ointment and saw that the others in the gondola with her were just as battered and bruised as she was. "Um, if anyone needs some medical attention, I can help out with that. I brought my first aid kit with me and some oran berries." She offered. "I don't know what got into those Pidgey but man..."
Spirit curled up next to Cara to rest, hoping that everyone else made it out of that madhouse alright.

It was good that more people were making it out and joining them. Michelle shook her head at Cadence at the question. She really only had scrapes that weren't that bad, better to save some of the first aid for later just in case. "I'm good, thank you." She pulled Remy into a hug which made the feline start to purr. She looked over at Cara and shrugged. "Don't know, I didn't think Pidgey did that normally."
Magnolia's eyes darted up to the individual to state her name and she expressed a sigh of relief to see that Laurence was all right. "Likewise," the girl responded. Her voiced hitched to the unfamiliar concern the older man paid her and her chin fell parallel to her bosom again as she felt that guilt stir again. "I-I'm sorry," she apologized. "I didn't mean to make you worry . . . A-Are you all right? And Kili? Is she okay as well?"
Rho rolled his eyes beneath his lids. I don't know why she feels sorry for them, he thought. I'm hurt the worst!
The lavender haired female considered the rest of the members of the balloon's basket, deciding to become familiar with the rest of them. She really had no choice; considering her circumstances, she was going to be stuck with for Arceus knows how long. Pursing her lips, she introduced herself.
"I'm Magnolia. Um, and everyone else . . . ?"

"Kili and I are fine," Laurence said, relief evident in his voice. He'd sustained a few cuts and bruises from the pidgeys, but he wasn't concerned about it. Kili's tail was still frizzing out-- a combination of nerves and static electricity?-- but Laurence had managed to protect her from their assailants.
Laurence listened to what Cadence said closely. She was right; he could understand a pack of poochyena or even a flock of spearow behaving in such a way, but pidgeys were normally timid and peaceful. Something must have happened to make them behave in such a way.
Locale: Balloon 1 Gondola - still connected to Airship With: Michelle, Magnolia, Laurence, other occupants

"Me either...packs of houndour, herds of tauros, clowders of persian or Liepard, or even flocks of Fearow yeah...but never once have I heard of pidgey acting like this. It's a true mystery." Cara said while she finished wrapping her arms and put the bandages away in the first aid kit. She decided to leave the kit itself out sitting next to her, in case anyone else was in need.
She pulled Spirit up into her lap and surveyed everyone else in the gondola with her. There were Cadence and Michelle, along with their Pokemon, but there were also a decent assortment of other people and Pokemon. A young woman to Cara's right, holding a Glameow, started to speak to the older gentleman, who looked familiar, then introduce herself. The glameow made a comment too that only the other Pokemon could decipher. Since they were going to be stuck in this balloon for a while, she might as well make friends. She shifted in her seat and spoke up. "I'm Cara, and this is Spirit. Nice to meet you, although I wish it was under better circumstances than a spontaneous Pokemon attack."
Spirit didn't bother commenting on what the, apparently self-absorbed, glameow said. All she felt like doing right now was resting. If she did want to say something, she would.
