The cubicles have been cleared out, leaving a field of torn-up mud, blood, and random pieces of weaponry. Five lengths of rope meet together in the center, waiting for each of the dorms to pick it up and pull their little hearts out.
But not literally.
But maybe literally.

FORMS
Once you're done rolling, post the form that corresponds with that character's dorm!
Sophie stood among the other undead, as far away from the fire parts of the rope as possible. She let her feet sink into the mud as far as possible until she found semi-solid ground to get her bearings. Then, hands gripping the rope, her arms tensed as she gripped it with all her might. When it began, she locked the bottom half of her body and let her arms - death grip and zombie strength coming in handy - do all the work.
She was surprised to find she was actually doing rather well.

A tug of war? The zomboil was grinning from ear to ear when he picked up the rope, fingers clutching it hard in his death grip so that there was no chance in hell that he was letting go.
He glanced around himself at his fellow undead, his sister, his zombro, Aymet, Olivia, other faces he recognized, old and new, and he knew that they so totally had this.
Creeple were going to realize just what the undead could really do, soon.
When the war started, he pulled with all of his might. There were distractions, of course, and things meant to loosen his grip but he was not about to let go.
He just gritted his teeth, dug his feet into the ground, and though they were few, remained confident that his fellow dorm mates could pull this whole thing off.

Another contest, and one that Mathias was sure he could do well in, something he could prove his strength in, as he had his speed in the race. Wings flaring behind him in anticipation, and ears twitching with readiness, he lifted up the rope, well aware that his short stature might make things a little more difficult for him, especially if he wasn't careful about where he stood, so he made sure to get a place near the front where the rope would be lowest.
Holding on tight enough for his claws to dig deep into his palms painfully, the wolpertinger gritted his fangs and pulled when the battle began, bare feet sliding in the mud, scrabbling for purchase nearly the whole time.
The dracolich sank immediately into the mire of mud, like a heavy stone, and squelched over to where the others hand begun lining up to pull their way to victory. Aymet's claws casually closed around the rope, and the sharp pointy objects embedded within. Between the armored gauntlets and a lack of anything blood-filled inside of them, it wasn't much different from grabbing the sleeve of an itchy sweater to his skeleton hands. He gave it a casual, friendly tug.

Efflo seemed doomed to mediocrity in the competition, though his ability to tug the rope seemed an improvement over the previous events – then again, pulling a rope, even with its hazards, wasn’t exactly the most difficult of tasks, especially not when he had the rest of his dorm standing beside him, all of them pulling their weight.
He might have been lacking in school spirit, but he wasn’t a total jerk, and Efflo threw all he had into pulling, instead of giving over to apathy, determined not to be the one to let his house down.

Olivia didn't quite like the look of the fire on the rope either and settled herself, like Sophie, a little further away from it as well. And hoped when they pulled it would not come closer. That would be bad. But she was settled among those of her dorm and her small blackened hands took up a part of the rope when instructed (now with a smile on her face, she wasn't thinking about the fire anymore). And at the sound of the start, she pulled with the others, her boots sinking into the mud to give her a little more leverage.
So, it turned out that even though she was pretty small and petite, the ghoul had a bit of strength behind her. And for once, she was pulling her weight in this competition.
Zar really wasn't hopeful about the demon dorm's chances in this overall competition. They tended to make their way in the world with a combination of selfishness and cunning, none of which really helped a great deal when it came down to team work.
He stepped up to the rope and seized it in his claws, looking doubtful. And then, with as much strength as he could muster - without scraping up his palms - he pulled.

Yank, yank, yank. Mikey stood out tall among the other first years in his house, his clawed hands gripping tightly onto the rope. He wasn’t entirely impressed at the sight of more mud, but he was already covered in it, and there was no use lamenting the unavoidable. It wasn’t a big deal; he’d just enjoy a nice relaxing dip in the hot springs afterward.
He planted his feet as firmly as he could in the mucky mire, and pulled.

They were back to physical prowess and thus Maple let out a heavy sigh when she saw the mud and the rope of many dangers. Back was her apprehensiveness and slumping shoulders and a general foreboding as she lined up with the rest of her dorm. This wasn't going to go well, she thought to herself as she carefully placed her hand on her section of rope, eyeing all that could destroy her hands in the process of this.
The little witch let out a little whine as she pulled her weight, not liking this at all.
Siddie pulled on a pair of gloves. Old gloves, because this was going to ruin them. Likewise, she was going to have to throw away these sneakers. She had an appreciation for muck and goop, certainly, but she wasn't too fond of it in her clothes.
She got a grip on the rope and pulled hard. Well. Sort of hard.
Barth was not anticipating much luck in a rope-pulling event.
But he did not expect the event to feature oil, slime, mud, and barbed wire either.
He cleared his throat and wrapped his claws in between the hazardous parts, and ropes of thorns snuck up through his sleeves, to wheel the rope forward like a winch.
Nothing to see here.
He nodded off in the middle, which only effected his performance for a few pulls, and then seemed to actually improve it.
